So I live right up the road from this location and was craving chinese food. It had been years since I had been here because my last experience with the food here was NOT good. Thought I would give it another chance. Wrong move! I ordered orange chicken with 1/2 fried rice and 1/2 chow mein. The girl that took my drive thru order told me to park and they would bring my order to my car because they were making a fresh batch of chow mein. I thought, "That sounds promising." I said, "Can you make sure to put chili sauce and soy sauce in the bag?" She said, "Of course!" A girl brings my order to the car and I ask if there is soy sauce and chili sauce in the bag. She says, "Yes." I look in the bag and lo and behold, it's not there. I yell out the window to her tat it's not in the bag. (She happened to be looking at the car as if she expected it not to be in the bag) She gets the sauces, comes out and hands them to me as if I was at fault. I get home, take a bite of the orange chicken (that is not the slighted shade of orange but a murky brown.) Well, the color wasn't the most off putting part... it was the chicken inside the breading. Just poor quality. Stringy....sinewy. The "fresh " chow mein" was dry and rubbery. Very little flavor. The fried rice was in globs. Just nasty! Come on! It takes real effort to ruin fried rice! I tossed the entire meal. I don't think I have ever thrown out an entire meal in my lifetime. The only positive was they asked and I donated to Hurricane Harvey. Don't, DO NOT go to this place ever if you want even sub par Chinese food. It's an insult to Chinese cuisine. read more

First and last time here. Ordered 4 different meals at their drive thru, and they failed to get even one of them correct. How difficult can it be to take an order then fulfill it. Wifes order was beef broccoli, received only broccoli, not even one piece of beef in it. Three people including myself waiting in line essentially being ignored. Why not have two people help with the large order and free up the other two employees to help with the line?!? Portions are super small, I am grossed out because my teriyaki grilled chicken was so full of fat I couldn't eat it, kung pao chicken, the vegetables were cut really big and there was hardly any chicken, portion was very very small, and the broccoli beef the broccoli was huge and there was hardly any beef at all. When the right cooks are there, I don't mind waiting on fresh food but it sucks when the ragoons aren't all the way deep fried or the tips being hard because they were not under the hot oil, the Teriyaki Chicken lately has been cooked to well done as it should and very crispy on the outside and juicy on the inside, seeing chicken looking not completely cooked almost eight but lightly pink, not me but I am happy to know who the right cooks are and how hard they all work together. As for the entries certain cooks know how to properly cook the veggies and make the sauce thick before adding the veggies because knowing a thing or two the sauce should be thick and sticking to the meat, some cooks rush the veggies so they are hard like the broccoli and also throw in the veggies too early making the look soggy but for those cooks who make my day every time, thank you! In all I'd say a little work on the expediting/ calling out orders and backing each other up they will have it together, as a customer I see potential and finally I got around to wringing this review, thanks Panda Express team!!! My husband, daughter and I love Panda Express so we were excited when we moved next door to this one until we ordered from there for the first time. The first time we used the drive thru.....HUGE mistake! They were backed up on orders and while I'm usually understanding and try to be patient, they had ZERO parking/waiting area for the 7 cars they had asked to pull over and wait. After waiting 18 mins in the parking lot adjacent to Panda, we thought we'd finally received our food, WRONG! They mixed up our order with another "drive thru waiter's" order. Now we had waited a total of 20 mins AND still didn't have our order. We received it 35 mins after originally ordering. The second time we gave them a try, it turned out so bad we got the manager involved and its no wonder his staff is as incompetent and lacking customer service skills the way they are. I honestly wish I could give 0 stars for this place. I love Panda Express and I always try to give people the benefit of the doubt but this location honestly is not even worth going to anymore. Every experience I have ever had has been negative. Between the employees literally throwing the food in my car to them being blatantly rude and super unwelcoming. I love Panda so this isn't really fair. Food was exactly like every other Panda I've been to.

I love stopping here on the way home on a Friday night, the staff is always friendly and so fast, I go inside since they have a drive-thru, and I'm not a fan of burning gas in the car while waiting. But this place is always clean, the staff is on top of their game, very rarely have I ever had to wait while food is being cooked, I can get in an out with my order in just a few minutes (between 5-7 min). I would've not chosen any star but it won't let me do that so just for the purpose of posting a review I'm forced to place 1 star. I with my mother went for a drive thru because it was almost 2pm and still haven't had our lunch. We wanted the Asian angus steak but the girl on the drive thru counter, YEIMY H. said it will take 7 mins so we declined and ordered something else faster. After taking all our orders YEIMY H. still asked me to park my car on the side which I did. It's been almost 5 mins and still no one is coming out so I went in. I asked her what's the reason for the wait, seeing there's no other customers except for one on the counter. She said my order just takes longer and reminded me sarcastically that she told me that, making it sound I'm so stupid and that it's only been 3 mins. I told her I specifically declined the steak order since I couldn't wait but she seemed not to hear me with her annoyed face couldn't even look at me straight in the eye. Then I saw her hand someone else at the drive thru window his order which irritated me more and asked, why was that order ready when mine is not and she replied again in a very sarcastic way, "Because the order was something from the ready dishes." I repeated that I didn't order the steak or anything I have to wait extra time time for. YEIMY H. then asked me if I just want to cancel my order. That's when I blew my top. She then called the manager and the manager looked at my receipt. My order had been ready all along, this inefficient, unprofessional and rude YEIMY H. made a mistake, in her stupid head I ordered the steak so she was waiting for it. The manager apologized and so I told this YEIMY H. that she's the one who made a mistake and not me., she just shrugged her shoulders and said "okay" without even apologizing. We all work hard for the money and I too very well know about good customer service and this Panda Express branch should reprimand and retrain if necessary inefficient employees like YEIMY H. because they make the image of the store so mediocre no matter how they try to raise its level in the food business. read more

I go to this Panda Express frequently because the drive thru is convenient. They've messed up so many of my orders but I'm not too picky and don't see the need in driving ALL the way back to Wildomar just for their mistake to be fixed. But today I went through the drive thru and wanted to order a few meals for my family. I got to the last meal and they informed me (after ordering other meals with steamed rice) that they didn't have steamed rice!? It's a Chinese food place with no rice? Fine that's okay, sometimes stuff runs out. I asked them to scratch the last plate completely, I was met with silence over the speaker and then 2 different employees tried talking to me at once. I got up to the window, the employee named Madison was so incredibly bitter. We greeted her with a smile and our card and she not once smiled or said anything to us. She was so sour faced and not someone I would want representing my company. Maybe a bad day? I don't know but I've worked customer service for years and never acted this way towards paying customers that were polite when you messed up so many times. Also forgot items in the bag that we had to wait at the window for her to open the window again to give us the missing things. Not really worth driving from my house to this panda anymore :/ unfortunate! Hope the manager of this store can help get their stuff together for the drive thru! PS. I just got home and I specifically asked for teriyaki sauce on the side and I got home to NONE in my bag. And just like all of the other reviews, portion control needs to be taught her. You know, usually you guys have it all figured out. I get everything I need and I leave a happy camper. But the past few times I've come have been horrible. I would go through the drive thru, specifically ask if the honey walnut shrimp has been sitting in the case for longer then 10-15 (because I don't like when my shrimp is soggy) and I'm always told that it's been there for 5 minutes maybe even less because it's their "rush hour" and stupid me, always falls for it and gets it and I end up getting 3 shrimps , a bunch of walnuts and no satisfaction for my 1.25 extra, I mean, if you're gonna charge me extra might as well make it worth it for the customer. Instead I get crap. My chow mein is always more veggie than it is noodle. And for some odd reason it doesn't matter how many entrées I order I am ALWAYS going to get ONE fork and ONE fortune cookie. Like what is this? And everything is such a mess in my bag I can't ever find anything until I get home and open my bag. - now given this might only be because it's the drive thru but it's actually not, I would get so frustrated that I would go in, and ask to try the shrimp and would get told that it just came out, but there is barely anything in the bowl and It takes like wet rags. I mean, you guys used to have it all together. And lately I don't know if you're hiring new people or what it is, but it's not working out. Finally the last thing I want to add that has been bothering me for weeks now is there is a girl that works the drive thru, she always has her hair up in her hat and wears lip stick and kind of has a squeaky voice, every time I go through she makes me feel bad about not donating for whatever they are donating at the time, her: "do you want to donate to the **** foundation" me: "no not today" her: "you can just round up the change" me: "no I'm okay thank you" her: "okay fine" very unprofessional. Today I've made the decision that I would rather drive an extra 15-20 minutes to go to the Lake Elsinore location or the Temecula location than ever come back to this one. My 5 stars is based solely on customer service. Stopped on our way back to LA, and I must say the staff here are the nicest panda employees I have encountered. We came in about 30 minutes to close and they were hit with a rush. Brian and his staff still helped everyone with a smile and still prepared additional entrees for the barrage of last minute customers. The cook kept banging out food. Brain was super nice and even gave me a little extra fried rice and chow mein since we had to wait for our third entree. read more

What could they possibly be doing to make someone wait 15 mins to order...then when I get to the window I wait another 10 mins before I can order. The service is slower then God knows what. Went through the drive thru, placed my order, got to the window and was told they actually didn't get any part of my order at all. Had to redo the order. Then I showed them my military ID because EVERY OTHER TIME that I've been there, I've received a military discount. I was told by Rosy C. that they don't give a military discount. When I asked her since when, she said "always". Then I guess someone needs to inform the rest of the staff because I've always gotten one in the past. Rosy was very rude. When we had to keep repeating our order to her, we asked if the previous girl had gotten any of it and we were told "I don't know, I didn't take your order" in a very snotty tone. Really horrible food. I got a beef and broccoli, there was no beef first u could barley see couple very small beef on my order.

First of all i walk in the store and i was ordering my food and they all had attitudes. While this panda was clean and the service was quick those were the two real highlights of eating here. Decided to stop here as we were starving after a trip into the valley. We ordered some of the usual stuff mushroom chicken, orange chicken, and chow mein. Each of these were good and tasted like what you would get at any other panda. Although the portions were very small. Not too sure why they gave us so little food as many of the people after us seemed to get double the food that we were served. Oh well not much you can do except not go to this Panda Express. Maybe choose one of the other places to eat in the area. read more

Just went thru the drive thru and the girl at the window was so rude. I am a server and bartender so I know how important it is for a business to have employees that display exceptional customer service. She was a Hispanic girl and had a shitty look on her face I asked her if I could have some chili sauce and she didn't respond. Then she handed me my food and I said thank you and she just gave me a dirty look. Won't be visiting this panda express anytime soon. The overall quality of Panda Express has dropped significantly in the last 10 years or so, and is now at an all time low. This location isn't great, but then again neither is any of the other ones. It's hard to place the blame of the general mediocrity of Panda Express on this location, I just think Panda Express needs to really reevalutate their business from the top down. read more

VERY disappointed in customer service and Covid policy. I went to place my order through drive thu. I had only ordered one plate when the girl proceeded to tell me my total and say that she'll see me at the window. I told her I was not done ordering yet and she informed me that they were only allowing one plate per car. I had three other hungry people in the car that weren't too happy about that. When I asked her why they were doing that she became very rude and told me that it was the new managers policy. So then I had to pull around and enter the building to order, thus exposing myself to Covid. When I ordered inside I again asked why the change in policy and I was given dirty looks. The cashier I asked was new and uneducated on the store policies. They have no signage anywhere about one plate per car. We also received very small portions. This location needs to either get their act together or close. This is unacceptable and I will not be coming back to this location. read more

This is the 4th time I go to this store on drive thru and all those time I ALWAYS have something wrong in my order but this time I fell really mad! I ask for a bowl with chowmein and fried rice with string bean Chicken and they put Orange Chicken! I ask for chili sauce and they never have chili sauce!! So I ask for soy sauce and they tell me they put a few ones on my bago get home and no soy sauce was on the bag!! And the last, I order 2 Chicken egg rolls because they didn't have veggie egg rolls ready and they only put on my bag 1 ....
