I like Panda typically. It's not Peony's... but it's pretty good. However this location sucks. They are messing with the secret sauce because it is very different from the one down the freeway in Murrieta. I live in Wildomar and gave this place a second shot, now I drive to Murrieta for Panda or Peony's. read more

VERY disappointed in customer service and Covid policy. I went to place my order through drive thu. I had only ordered one plate when the girl proceeded to tell me my total and say that she'll see me at the window. I told her I was not done ordering yet and she informed me that they were only allowing one plate per car. I had three other hungry people in the car that weren't too happy about that. When I asked her why they were doing that she became very rude and told me that it was the new managers policy. So then I had to pull around and enter the building to order, thus exposing myself to Covid. When I ordered inside I again asked why the change in policy and I was given dirty looks. The cashier I asked was new and uneducated on the store policies. They have no signage anywhere about one plate per car. We also received very small portions. This location needs to either get their act together or close. This is unacceptable and I will not be coming back to this location. read more

Went at 8pm, they close at 10pm, they were out of brown rice, and then lady told me they did not have much white rice either, then she quickly changed her mind saying she found some.....I look in my rear veiw mirror and see that there are 5 cars behind me, ..........the girl explained that when they run out of brown rice after a certain time they don't make any more, as they will have to throw some out.....Really....ordered a large diet soda.....flat and icky....I really dislike this place!!!!!!!! read more

This is the 4th time I go to this store on drive thru and all those time I ALWAYS have something wrong in my order but this time I fell really mad! I ask for a bowl with chowmein and fried rice with string bean Chicken and they put Orange Chicken! I ask for chili sauce and they never have chili sauce!! So I ask for soy sauce and they tell me they put a few ones on my bago get home and no soy sauce was on the bag!! And the last, I order 2 Chicken egg rolls because they didn't have veggie egg rolls ready and they only put on my bag 1 .... I went through the drive-thru and ordered a plate with double orange chicken with steamed white rice and a bowl with orange chicken with steamed white rice. I had my dog with me so I couldn't check my food wen I left. When I got home I had one bowl with barely any steamed rice and three pieces of orange chicken and a bowl with fried rice and orange chicken. I'm allergic to eggs so I had to throw it away. I paid for a bowl and a plate and didn't get it, let alone the correct order or appropriate portions. read more

I just went through the drive-thru at this location. I ordered a bowl with chowmein and sweet fire chicken and a plate with white rice and double orange chicken. The employee read my order back dyslexic. I corrected her say no the plate has white rice not chowmein, and the plate has orange chicken. She understood. I get my food and it's like Panda Express is too cheap to grab a new styrofoam container. Inside my order underneath my white rice was chowmein and underneath my orange chicken was sweet fire chicken. If I wanted that in my order I would have ordered it. If this was shrimp and I had an allergic reaction you would have had a huge lawsuit on your hands. It's as simple as grabbing a new styrofoam container when you originally messed up the order. Not recycling the same container with the contents of the incorrect order still in the container. Train your employees correct please. read more

Always be prepared to go in. I have never once gotten an order correct. They either put in the wrong food, or leave off entire items. When you go inside one person seems to be working both drive through and front, meanwhile 4-5 people stand around staring into space or talking to each other. The drive through will typically cost you 5-10min of additional time than just going inside and ordering. read more

Horrible experience . I ordered a large meal and paid extra for steak bowls and waited more than 30 minutes for my food . Turns out they handed The food to the wrong car . They told me they would remake and it would take another 5 minutes to get . When I got home my bowls were half empty . My steak bowls I paid extra for . I was very disappointed , I called the manager to complain about the quality food I received and how it was Not acceptable the time and the quality of food received with the extra money I had paid . Besides the fact that my kids meals were missing the cookies it comes with , I asked to have my money refunded for the time , trouble and the half empty bowls and the manager Oscars response was for me to go back to the store to return the food so he can refund the money. Do not waste your time or money. Never had such horrible experience like I had tonight . Panda Express is a healthy fast-food outlet. The food is fresh, well-prepared and healthy. I have been a customer for the past two years and have dealt often with 10-12 of their regular staff. They are a warm and professional group of people, who respect their customers and obviously respect each other. For a couple of their dishes that can quickly get "tired" in the warmer, they wait to prepare them in smaller batches when ordered. I've waited just a few minutes for that. I've seen the staff deal calmly and competently with a few customers who were excessively demanding, short tempered, and rude. The team works together very well. This is a very nice place for a good and quick meal. read more

I wanted to try Panda Express again. I didn't have a good experience last time so configured I would give them another shot. Unfortunately they failed this time too. I ordered a strong bean chicken breast bowl and it came with 2 pieces of chicken. I am not sure what the current business model is here at this establishment but again extremely disappointed. This food is fresh with a great taste, good quality. Not a lot of choices though, and they discontinued their soups which we used to get. I would say NEVER order the 2 or 3 item plates, they skimp really bad on the food. Other Chinese places load it on, but not Panda. So we always order 1 or 2 large sides which are packed full and have at least 3 good sized servings in each and make rice at home. On the back of the receipt, do the online survey and get a free single entree each time you do order a 2 item. That's a $3 value. That's my advice for the best deal here, at least it does taste good and seems reasonably healthy. read more

Unfortunately, this location has consistently gone down hill. They take forever and their portions are humorous, meaning you get all rice and no meat, nor any sauces that you ask for. UNFORTUNATELY, we opted to give this location another try. We have been to the other location, going out of our way, off of Madison Avenue because they have the best service and great food! In a pinch, we tried this location again and again were so disappointed! Never again! They got our order wrong, I asked them when they gave me my food it was what I wanted, they assured me that it was, got home and of course it wasn't! Great to have teriyaki chicken with no sauce! When you ask for it to be on it and extra?! 0 stars if possible. Too many chances, being dissatisfied EVERY-TIME! We drive out of our way to go to your other location in Murrieta. This is a sad excuse and makes the entire company look bad!! I would NEVER give Panda Express another try based on this location!!! We stopped because we were traveling through. The service was abysmal. I asked for warm water for the baby's bottle they said they had no warm beverages and couldn't heat anything up for me. Really!?! A restaurant has no hot water? I was the only one in line but had to wait several minutes to pay because the person helping me couldn't use the register and the manager was busy with drive through orders. He filled two drive through orders while a third employee stood by and watched before he came and took my money. The Beijing Beef tasted old and was very dry. If I could give zero stars I would. The customer service was horrible. My boyfriend and I came up here to visit his family as we are from San Diego. On our way home, we decided to get some panda before heading back down. It was about 930 at night and we drove through and placed our order. They let us know that the honey walnut shrimp would take about 3-4 minutes extra.. We said that was fine. We pulled up and finally paid at 9:39 pm. Rosy told us to pull around and she will bring our food out to us. Over 10 minutes pass and we decided to just go in and see what the deal was. We knocked on the door as it was locked and they looked at us and told us we had to go around and place our order. UM WE JUST DROVE THROUGH?! So my boyfriend held up the receipt and the other girl finally remembered us so she went and grabbed our food that had been obviously just sitting there. They tried saying it just now was done and my boyfriend told them he had seen it sitting there while he had been knocking on the door. Needless to say, as we pulled into the parking lot to eat, everything was lukewarm at best. Never coming here again. Could not believe how rude and unapologetic they were. Drive through is the worst. You ask for a side of sweet and sour and they give you attitude. Then you look at the sauce and there is less than 1/8 inch of sauce in the sauce cup..... not worth the attitude and the wait time. The food has never been fresh. I prefer to drive an additional 20 minutes to another location in order to have great food and a smiling face. Never order the egg rolls or cream cheese rangoons here. The rangoons are always overcooked and have been sitting so long that they are cold, soggy, and burnt tasting. read more

As a loyal customer it sadness me that i have to write a bad review. i come here almost everyday for lunch and even dinner sometimes. Lately my experience here in this location is not the same anymore. With new management portion size has gone down i ordered orange chicken and only got 4 pieces in my plate not only that but now they weigh the plates. Are you kidding me i pay an average of $10-15 dollars for a plate and a drink each time i come here at least serve me what i pay for.I have never seen any restaurant like panda express that weighs there food. Looks horrible. i would rather go to China one down the street pay less and get more for my bucks. new manager is nice and all but very different from the previous one atleast the other i would see sometimes helping there own associates when lunch rush or busy, this one only walks back and forth and smiles like if lost. i feel horrible for this negative feedback since i always leave good ones but Im just tired of having the same issue happen each time i come here.saddens me that people who work in this store have to endure this type of negative feedback when they are all so nice to me. Usually it is not so bad. Order, pick up, leave, order, pick up, leave. Sam routine nothing to special just getting my lunch. But today, Sept 26,2014. I had a horrible experience. After going through the drive through and being told they wont be able to put more meat in my panda bowl I was already kind of irritated but whatever rules are rules. I finally got my order and returned to work from my 30 minute lunch break. As I opened my panda bowl, the meat was incorrect. I called the store and a women answered, I explained in the nicest way what had happened and she turned around as asked someone what she should do because I order a certain kind of chicken and received a different kind. I did not hear the response but than the lady said, "No that is what you ordered" I explained again that this is not what I wanted, I knew what I wanted because I had gotten it 4 days prior. She was apparently not understanding, for she continued to tell me that what I ordered is what I wanted. IT WAS NOT! I asked to speak to someone else and she told me, in a very rude manner, "I am the manager right now." I knew she was lying because she had just asked someone else what she was supposed to do. In the end I still have the chicken panda bowl that I did not want and I am waiting to call them back because I do not want to deal with that same rude women.The customer service being given at Panda Express off of Clinton Keith is very disappointing. read more
