I came to Carl's Jr 10/5/25. The staff has always been friendly, that's never a question and they are super patient! However, the burger was not made correctly after specifically stating what ingredients needed to be added and removed. One of the sauces had a split in it and it got all over the food. We've been going to this Carl's Jr. location for many years. Honestly, we've never really had a problem here. The food is always tasty. Our orders are 99% correct the service is good and it's always clean here when we go. Even the bathrooms are decent. We usually do drive-through and I know a lot of times orders are not correct going through a drive-through, but ours are always good. The food is tasty and hot. It's Carls Jr so don't expect a fancy burger place vibe or quality. It's good and convenient. read more

This Carls JR has some of the nicest staff ever! I really like their fries, because they are perfectly cooked and salted. The ambience of the place is very nice, they have great lighting nice artwork and great service. One day I was riding near this shopping area on my bike, and I fell and skinned my knees pretty bad. I was going to the bathroom to wash them off with paper towels and one of the workers, a nice old Hispanic man, offered me some band-aids and asked if I needed anything. And on top of all of that they do not offer free water but the nice Hispanic Employee always says I can have a cup of free water when the water on my bike runs out. You should definitely go to this place if you are into great service,Employees, and food. read more

This is one of those older Carls Jr's and it's showing its age. The Physical building is old and outdated, everything is sad and fresh is not a word to describe this location. This might be the reason newer technology like an APP doesn't work. All the kids are doing it! They are supposed to make ordering easy and offer incentives to purchase, heck they even have point of sale app offers throughout the store but alas they just don't work. The burgers sure have gotten smaller, and we really don't need to get into prices do we. The service across the counter was pleasant although unnecessary (see comments regarding the app) and the taste was fine. This Carls needs new management or at the very least, employees that care about their customers. I stopped there this am for a simple breakfast combo. A simple egg & cheese burrito and small coffee. My order was completely wrong and extremely frustrating as I was really hungry. First no cheese in my burrito, I received an extremely small egg and tortilla burrito the hash browns smashed at the bottom of my bag, barely warm and super greasy, not crunchy as they should be. The small coffee I ordered was barely warm and of course I didn't get the number of sugars I requested . Needless to say I will never visit this restaurant again for such low quality food and poor customer service. No wonder there was no other customers when I was there. This has got to be the worst Carl's Jr. in the world. Every single time I've had to go here for food Because this is the only fast food on our side of the town,the burger patty is never even remotely hot. I just spent nearly $15 on a fast food burger meal and asked for 4 ranch and they said no they could only give me 3! What a damn joke! I should've had him return my food right then and give me my money back. I will never return to this location again and it's a half a mile from my house. All I can do is pray that you go out of business and we can get a decent fast food establishment there because you guys are beyond terrible! I just got home from Carls Jr and do not plan to ever go back. The menu mentioned a 3 piece chicken tender all star meal for under $7. I added that to our order and requested it with crisscut fries. After everything was paid for I noticed on the receipt we were charged almost $11 for that meal. When asked the girl said she had to change to meal because of the fries and charge $4 extra. Would have been nice to know that before hand. She didn't seem to care at all. Plus the chicken tenders were so small they were more like chicken nuggets. Not worth the money at all. read more

After that amount of time waiting for "FAST FOOD", it should be perfect correct... Nope... its raw... I think Management has changed. Boy has this place gone down hill. We used to get the best meatless burgers here. Now I got a micro piece of lettuce one onion, a tomato and I asked to add bacon to it. Bacon was barely cooked. Onion rings were good. Fries were good. Our other burger and chicken was fine. Restaurant was fairly clean. Crumbs on the seat benches. Floor clean. There was a guy out in the play area with a dog?! And a bunch of loud, cussing Hugh schoolers that were banging on the tables and chairs and being rude. People behind counter were clueless. A month ago, this would have been a whole different review. Yes, it's a fast food place, yes it's next to a high school and had, at times, more than it's fair share of rowdy kids. (which was reported to the school, in an effort to deal with it) BUT the manager and the crew worked hard and were always friendly. Mind you, I have been taking my daughter there A LOT after school, ( because apparently I can't make a good lunch) so this is not a one time review. Fast forward .... manager leaves....new manager... place falls apart. We go in last week; the line is out the door. When we finally get up to order, the new manager tells us she is short staffed. By the time we finally order and receive the chicken nuggets was almost an hour. next visit, we were excited no line; only one person in front of us.... but no one at the register. There was a girl walking around, at some point it occurred to her to ask if we were waiting to order. I did notice (had plenty of time ) that there were 7 people in the restaurant, 5 with order tags on their tables and one person with one to go. I have no idea of who was in the to-go line. shouldn't fast food be faster than that? oddly enough, when we go our food the chicken sandwich and the French fries were cold. Just purchased a chicken sandwich from the 2 for $6.99 menu (4:30 on 10/16/20) and it was inedible. Opened it 5 minutes after leaving the restaurant which is the one on Cal Oaks in Murrieta, CA, and found a disgusting mess. Bun was soggy, and couldn't be eaten.
