Approximately 10 months ago I attempted to have dinner here. I went through the drive thru and ordered my food, upon paying with my debit card I was asked for my ID. I didn't have said ID. The lady at the window said that had always been their policy. There was no posted sign either... I told her I had been ordering and paying with my debit card and had never had to show my ID. I was told I couldn't get my food without my ID. As I was leaving without my food, I kid you not she was YELLING at me out the window about how this had ALWAYS been their policy and I was WRONG because they have NEVER let someone pay with a debit card without ID. I didn't go back there until today. I WILL HAVE YOU KNOW! On 02/15/2019 at 5:44:08 PM I payed for my dinner with a debit card... without showing ID. Food is mediocre at best. read more

Well this place just lost us as customers. We waited in line to order takeout in the lobby for 10 minutes just to have the staff kick all of us in line out of the store because they decided to close the lobby telling us to use the drivethru which at this point was unacceptably long. We went next door to 5 guys instead which has good customer service. read more

A great alternative to traditional fast food, I really enjoy this when I want something different but quick and cheap. I was soooooo sad when they discontinued Orange chicken with bacon, it was sweet and salty and delectable! My favorites are honey walnut shrimp and orange chicken. We were on our way to Portland and took a random exit to Springfield as my tummy gave me a final warning to fill it up. We parked our car at Elmers got some pancakes to go but I was craving something more, so headed to this location that was nearby. A very typical panda but luckily for me they had some fresh chow mein and teriyaki chicken that just came from the kitchen we got two of the combo plates with fried rice and chow mein along with kung pao chicken, mushroom chicken, orange chicken and teriyaki. The chow mein was good, Kung pao chicken was not upto the mark, mushroom chicken completely missed the mark but the orange n teriyaki were good. Overall it's a small tug of war to push the sever for more chicken as they tend to give u more veggies comparatively so be vocal and get your money's worth. read more

Went in yesterday to do a little easy dinner grab and was very pleased with this location! They were well staffed and the food was hot and fresh. The line moved quickly and even though they were out of fresh veggies as I entered the line by the time I was ready to pay I had hot and fresh veggies in my to go plate! I would go back! Only problem I have is if you order mushroom chicken you only get mushrooms and zucchini not a single piece of chicken. Same goes for the broccoli beef you will only get broccoli. The orange chicken was rock hard so hard I cracked a filling. I don't know what the hell is going on here but if I'm paying a lot for food I would like it to be eatable and have meat in it since I paid for meat. I one time ordered online and I ordered walnut shrimp. What I got was rock hard cold orange chicken. I called management and they said they would replace my order if I came in the next few days. Well I went back and they told me they had no clue what I was talking about and no one said that to me. This place would be just fine if they could just get their act together. I live close to the Panda Express on Gateway and use the drive thru to order dinner maybe once every 2 months or so. The honey walnut shrimp is my favorite. It is always delicious but the quantity varies and is usually on the scant side. The other entrees are a mixed bag. Sometimes good, sometimes so so. It is always the honey shrimp that brings me back. The last 3 times I went thru the drive thru, I was very pleasantly surprised. The shrimp was generous and everything was tasty and good. I enjoyed it so much that I went back one week later and this dinner was every bit as good as the 1st one. Now I'm hooked and enjoyed my 3rd meal just last night. Not sure who, what or why things changed but I sure hope it continues. read more

I had read so many negative reviews that I was apprehensive when visiting this business. I entered the nice clean store and looked at all of the food options. There were so many and it was all fresh even though I was there around 2:30. I ordered the Family Meal which comes with three main courses and two sides. The food was delicious! Their Orange Chicken is fabulous. I also got the Beijing Beef and Honey Walnut Shrimp. Equally delicious. The staff were all working hard and very friendly and attentive. A great store. read more

This spot makes mistakes on drive-thru orders and say they will redo the order and not take down the info. When you go in to get it corrected, they play coy and act like ripping you off of 3+ dollars is no big deal... definately not going there again. read more

Food OK, service terrible. If you're getting an a la carte box and they are out of that dish, just give up and walk out. If you wait they will queue up plate orders that were behind you, then when the food comes they will finish those orders (including payment) and maybe a few others for good measure, before getting around to yours. On our way home to Seattle and dined in. Dinner was great! Upon entering I was greeted by Azure who was most friendly and accommodating as she and the kitchen staff cooked my husband and I a fresh batch of Honey Walnut Shrimp once we'd inquired if there was any cooking. Service was impeccable. Both Azure and the cashier, Gwendolyn- I believe, were very kind and shared smiles while we placed our order. The space was very clean, including the bathroom. I love Panda! It's about as Chinese as Taco Bell is Mexican, but that's okay! Beijing beef, sweet fire chicken, sesame chicken are favorites. Food always seems to taste freshly prepared and I've never had a problem with the food. Love the drive thru, most of the employees are exceptional. The loan exception was "Alexis" (whose name appeared on the receipt). Snappy over the drive thru, kept arguing with me about my order (what's so hard about "2 item combo, double fried rice, double orange chicken"? She kept insisting I was trying to order a 3 item combo- which I was not). I pull up to the window- no smiles, no please or thanks, snotty attitude. Thrusts the food toward me with a "here", and slams the window in my face without another word. Working with the public isn't her forte, apparently. The order was incorrect (the 2 item combo referenced above and a 3 item combo, plus two chicken egg rolls). I got the wrong chicken (orange chicken instead of the sweet fire I ordered) and she forgot the teriyaki sauce I asked for on the side. This place got our order completely wrong. We wanted a "bigger plate", which comes with 3 sides and rice or noodles. We didn't want rice or noodles, but instead wanted additional protein. The employee said we weren't allowed to, even though we were willing to pay extra. Not only that, we paid for the bigger plate, but did NOT receive the 3 side, only 2. We used the drive-thru. I suggest going inside to make sure they get the order correct. Also, I suggest the company hires people who can handle a fast paced environment and can work well under pressure. The convenience of a drive-thru makes it all the more better though! Before covid everyone was very polite. Now they are rude, rude, and again, rude. You think at $15 an hour they would have manners. The first person talked so fast with a mask on and a plastic partition, it's hard to hear and she talked with an accent and with a mask muffling her it was that much harder to understand. When we asked her to speak up and slow down, she was mad. When at the end of the line we asked for napkins , the girl just walked off. They were all very rude. Not one person said thank you to us , although we did thank them and was as polite as possible although we were getting frustrated from the way we were treated. The entire experience was unpleasant. After pulling up to the drive-thru ordering speaker, it took what felt like five minutes before someone even said anything. No, "I'll be with you in a moment" or anything. I got orange chicken and mushroom chicken for my entrees. The orange chicken was so crisp, but chewy at the same time that I could barely eat it. With six years previously in the food service industry, I would guess that this orange chicken had sat for a while and they then decided to reheat it for my order. Could be wrong, but that would be my guess. The mushroom chicken was very bland, almost no flavor. It's my favorite entree so I have been getting it for years and am very familiar with how it should taste. It seemed that the only flavor was possibly from a grill or wok that needed to be cleaned. Last complaint I have is that I was given my one plate in three separate to-go containers. Luckily I was going home so I was able to dump it all onto one plate. What if I wasn't going home? I didn't want to eat my meal out of three separate containers, taking a bite out of one and then a bite out of another. Gwen was very unprofessional in her demeanor. The shop was completely empty and when I walked up to explain the menu to my boyfriend who is legally BLIND she rushed us asking over and over "are you ready?", "are you ready?". I hadn't even explained to him how ordering works so I spouted off my order to appease her because I knew what I wanted. I asked my boyfriend what he wanted and she asked yet again "what do you want" he knee jerk responded "the same as her" and Gwen started packaging up his order despite me telling her that's not what he wanted to order. She then walked away and asked 7 times "is this for here or to go", mind you the restaurant is completely empty.
