I was slightly disappointed with the food at panda express. Upon my arrival the food looked like it had been cooked and hour and a half ago. I know most people look at it as "fast food" but it says it is gourmet. I was expecting less greasy and more gourmet. I ordred fried rice and bejing beef. it was sup par and seemed cheap. I wish the quality was a little better and didn't appreciate the unenthusiastic employees who seemed a amateur and whoever was working the wok is clearly inexperienced. Was in line (drive-through) for almost 30 min and when i was about to pay with my phone (apple pay) the guy said that i cant pay with my phone in drive-through but i can inside. So you are going to tell me that i can pay with cash or credit card but i cant pay with my phone bcs of the virus? You're still grabbing something from the customer. I love Panda Express. That being said it is fast food and not made to order. I see lots of complaints about not getting the freshest entree. It's best to go inside and not through the drive through. You can actually see the freshness of the different items depending on how they are selling. Orange chicken sells the best so it's usually always good. I love the green bean chicken. read more

For some reason Panda Express has stopped giving you soy sauce. I'm sure those packets costs less than 1 cent. If you want soy sauce with your meal, don't come here! I waited an awfully long time and thought that's okay it will be fresh...They got my order mixed up and put the wrong entrees' together. Meh...it went to the same house and that wasn't such a big deal. I did however pay extra for the Honey Walnut Shrimp and got 4 pieces! Not even hot and crunchy more mushy like the sauce had soaked in for a while. The Firecracker chicken looked like they scraped it off the bottom of a pan and it was 90 percent peppers and onions with some dime size chicken pieces mixed in. The other 2 entrees' were fine. The green bean chicken was fresh and the orange chicken was acceptable. But probably won't be my first choice for a while. read more

This is a review of food delivered from Panda Express. I asked for extra dipping sauce with my order. There were 2 extra red coloured dipping sauces in my order. The problem I encountered was these 2 extra sauces weren't sealed completely & spilled all over the bottom of the bag & got all over the orders. And the bag had a hole in the bottom near the plastic seam. The spilled red sauce spilled out into my carpet as I carried it from my front door and into my kitchen. What a mess this order made on my carpet. I really appreciate the food, but I'm so unhappy to have to rent a carpet machine to clean my carpet. I hope I can get the red dye out of my carpet. While I absolutely love the food it is extremely frustrating to have to sit in line for the drive through for 20+ minutes because the lobby is closed then be told you are now closed and won't serve anyone else. I understand that the current air quality is not good but for the retention of customers you should have stopped the line at the last car waiting not halfway through the line of the others that had been there far to long already. Panda Express is okay..... but they should lay back on the amount of vinegar used for the orange chicken. Also balance the spiciness, vinegar, and the sweetness. Overall the food is good I always get the Chow mein and orange chicken sometimes I get the honey walnut shrimp. I biggest complaint I have is that a lot of the time the people working are very rude and not just at this exact establishment. I only recommend this place to people who need food, Can handle a little bit of rudeness, and just wanna grab some good grub. read more

I ordered a 2 entree with Orange Chicken and Sweet Fire Chicken Breast. I received about 12 pieces of chicken total and barely any Chow Mein. I also got a Bowl with Chow Mein and Shrimp. I paid extra since it's a "premium" item and still only got about 5 pieces of small shrimp. I'll be emailing corporate about this experience. I also received no soy sauce, no fortune cookies and no utensils. The server acted like her life was on the line when I asked for the soy sauce and when she was scooping my food. Ordered diner through drive up. I was. Shorted one meal. I called and told to come back, and they would fix it. When I got there, I was told by the person "I filled the order and it was complete",then she walked away, and didn't return. I felt like she thought I was lying. I left really pissed. Do not use the drive-through. I eat here around 3pm about two or three times every week, either by walking in or using the drive-through. Bottom-line: their food is decent for the price but their efficiency is terrible. Last time I was sitting so long in the drive-through, behind the motionless car at the window, that my dead gaze turned towards the curb and I started picturing how I could get my wheels over the crappy little dirt-filled median and escape into the other parking lot. When they finally served the lady in front of me, all I saw was what appeared to be two meals and two drinks. That's just one day. About a third of my visits are delayed at their drive-through. It's stupefying how long it can take them to serve PREPARED food. The drive-through lane should not exist. It can only stack three cars from the speaker up to the window, and you're trapped in there as soon as a car comes behind you. The whole building is so close to busy Gateway street that the car leaving the window blocks it until they turn out onto the street. Once you enter, get ready for commitment unless you have a Jeep. So, If you see cars in the drive-through, don't go. Hell, if you DON'T see cars in the drive-through, don't go either. Something is wrong with the way they run it, regardless of traffic, so just park your useless car and walk in. Then you can see if the chow mein is burnt, which it has been on occasion. read more

At this Panda Express, the food was good as most of their restaurants. As I ate my food inside the restaurant, I noticed most of the employees or either cooking or standing around. I noticed most tables were empty but had not been cleaned. I also noticed the floor needed a good sweeping. It might help to remind the employees that when it's quiet, it would be nice to sweep the floor and clean things up in the eating area. Our receipt said Karen N was the cashier in drive thru around 3:00 pm on 7/16, and in drive thru we ordered a bowl with fried rice and cream cheese ragoons. When we got to the window she gave us chow mein and ragoons, and when we told her, she said "That's why I asked you to check the screen before you pulled up" with a lot of attitude and then she grabbed the bowl and changed it. My daughter worked at Panda in Southern Oregon for quite some time, and that is not acceptable when talking to a customer. Maybe if she listened to the order it would've been fine, or if she took the bowl and said something like "I'm sorry let me fix that", but other than that the food was good. read more

If they ever tell you to pull to the back parking lot behind the building and they will bring your food, don't waste your time. We had our family of 4 and ordered $40 worth of various items and were told that the chicken teriyaki would take 15 to 20 min. After 30 min of waiting I called them, but no answer. At 35 min I finally walked around the building (10 pm) and was told that they couldn't fill my chowmein order. So I told them to just refund that item. But my receipt was in the truck...so I had to go back and get it. Now 40 min after my order was made I am DONE. So I tell them to refund my entire order. They should have sent someone out to tell us it was taking twice as long as they quoted or they should have answered their phone so they could have told me. They just kept saying they were super busy after the Duck football game and sorry. But as a restaurant owner I know communication with customers is a huge part of customer service. Service was exceptional! Megan I hope you read this and I hope I spelled your name right! I went here to buy myself a meal and when I got in the car and starting eating I thought it might be a great surprise to get a meal for my friend and surprise her at work. I go back in and order her meal and as I am at the check out they could not use my card because it was coming up as a "duplicate" card which I think is freaking ridiculous. And they company is bound to lose money like that if you turn away your guests from buying more. Very unhappy with that! But I digress!! The reason I am giving four stars is not to the company but to the employee! While I was at the counter and her manager was asking if I had another card (which I did not) I could not believe I had to leave the food I order when I could easily afford it. Megan the employee offered to buy it for me and literally went into the back to her bag and paid for my meal!! She is the sweetest thing I could recommend that panda in hopes that you get to have her help you. She is so sweet and amazing! I can not thank her enough and she made two peoples day! I come into this restaurant several times a month. The manager there is wonderful with her well trained people. Everyone is always laughing and interacting with the guest. The food is always fresh because they are very busy. The only advice I have is be aware, the parking lot is very small and if you are looking to go thru the drive thru at peak lunch time or dinner time be aware!!The drive thru dumps out onto Gateway street which at these times, can be very busy! At no fault of the employees working here the drive thru can be slow because of how it was installed poor vision on whoever designed this location. I find it fast and friendly so I always love to go inside. Best panda by far in food quality, friendliness and just great people working there!! read more

Ok it's Panda Express. Food is so-so and just Americanized Chinese'ish. This location is okay. They have messed up my order a time or two though. When they get it right it's a 2.5-3 star experience. The drive-thru is worthless. It only works if there are only a couple of cars in line and the restaurant parking lot is basically empty. I had stopped to get food from a nearby restaurant and then got in the panda express drive thru line. I had to wait almost 20 minutes before I finally got to the window. When I had been the 3rd vehicle form the window, I could see the lead vehicle and we sat there for 5 minutes before they got their order and drove off. When I finally got to the window, the lady was rude. When I got home (which is 5 minutes from PE), my food from the other restaurant was lukewarm at best as was the food from PE. Other fast food places have a special parking area for people who are waiting for their order but here, EVERYONE waits in line while food is cooked for the customer in the lead vehicle. I had another incident a couple of months ago where I was the only vehicle in the drive thru lane. I got to the window and waited about 5 minutes before anyone greeted me. When the lady finally came to the window, she apologized and told me that they were shorthanded in the dining area and that she needed to help customers in there. Again, I wasted time and fuel sitting in line unnecessarily. read more
