I went back and forth about whether this should be a 3 or 4 star review. We've been here twice since they opened. The first time we ordered online, tried boneless wings and chicken tenders and upon reflection, that seemed unnecessary because what are boneless wings... they're basically small chicken tenders. But anyway, we tried a few different flavors: original hot, Cajun, Louisiana rub and the BBQ. The order confirmation said it would be ready in 20+ minutes but when we showed up early, the food was ready. They must have had like 15 new employees in the kitchen training, it was quite crowded and busy back there but I was happy with the quick service. When we got the order home and opened it, I was disappointed that 1) the different flavors weren't labeled in some way and 2) a couple of the flavors seemed to be the same ones so there might have been an error. Not going to knock them too bad on that, they're a brand new place, there's going to be a curve. Anyway. The chicken was good! Flavors were good, but I will be honest, it wasn't stand out food. I can't rate it better or worse than let's say, Buffalo Wild Wings. Though their price and combo deals are more affordable for sure. The next time, we ordered online again and it said 30 minutes +. Well, my error on this one, it was the night before Thanksgiving and everyone else had this same idea. It was insanely packed inside, both as a guest and employee. They definitely staffed appropriately but they are still learning. The call out process on completed orders needs some work. Compared to other people, I don't think I had to wait all that long. Tried a couple new flavors and the corn this time. I really enjoyed the corn! Finally, a side that's different than fries (though we had those too). Their fries have an odd seasoning, I can't place it. It's like it's almost a salty, Cajun-style but then there has been a sweet flavor as well. I don't love that. All in all, I will continue to come here. I think it's a good spot. Do they need to work out some kinks? Sure. Who doesn't? Are they the best wings and chicken tenders I've ever had? No. But they're close to home and you can order online. Word to the wise though, this location sucks. The parking lot, on a normal day, is a crap shoot. read more

My son went to pick up an order at the new Wingstop, and he was pretty happy with the outcome. We tried the Lousinana Dry Rub and the BBQ sauce wings, and both are good. I like the size of the wings and that you get a get both Drumettes and Flats. I do wish we had gotten the Hot Lousinana Rub as the regular has good flavor but little heat. The BBQ was well sauced and not over sweet. We also got some fries - which were well fried and good flavor. One thing that I am super happy about is the size of the dip cups. So often you get teeny dip cups with wings that you can't even get a Drumette into. It was a Friday early afternoon, so they were busy but still got the food put in a decent amount of time. The staff was friendly and working hard. The parking in this shopping center is adequate most of the time. It's not really a dine-in situation. We are looking forward to more visits. read more

15-20 minute wait became an almost 45 minute wait. 3 people were there but the lady at the front who was just standing there was saying there was "only one person working" while she stood doing nothing and out of the other 2 workers one was walking around grabbing stuff and taking it to the back and the other was actually working. You guys don't close till 12 coming in at 10 shouldn't be like coming in 15 to close. Got home with my order and the bag was thrown together, a tray of fries was on it side with fries all over the bottom of the bag. Needless to say I will NOT be spending the insane amount of money they want for subpar service. Could've spent the same amount of money at a nice sit down restaurant and gotten better service and better food for half the wait time. I'm just going to address the facts. The business is clean and in good repair, but it's also newly opened. The kids that work in the store are working very hard and they are kind and doing doing the best job they can. And no way does my negative review reflect on the kids working in there. Something about the Wingstop is broken. There is no way somebody should walk in the door, order their food, and sit at a table for an hour to get it. I watched every single person who had a DoorDash or online order come in and get their food and leave. I watched everybody that was already in the store get their food and leave. I had to ask if food was ready and they said they were just waiting for my wings. After an hour. The quality of the food was absolutely horrible. I had the garlic Parmesan wings and it was a very large order. They were and taste of garlic Parmesan. Five of my wings still had so many feathers on them. They were edible. Feathers on my food? Are you serious? I was offered a cookie for my wait. Which was thoughtful from the employee. I will not be going back to Wingstop. Not only was the food terrible, having feathers on your food is unacceptable. One hour wait for semi-fast food is also unacceptable. Again the employees were very nice, but it's the system in there that's broken. They need to figure out a way to get out faster than one hour. read more

WingStop in Santa Clara was not on my what restaurant is coming to the area next bingo card, but here we are. I'm a glutton for wings, so to have expanded offerings in the area is very welcomed. These are exactly what you'd expect from a large chain wing spot. If you want fast casual wings this is the place. Service is still getting into the swing of things being a new spot, but it'll tapper out soon. read more

I've been waiting for a Wingstop to open up here for years!! This Wingstop is like any other Wingstop I've been to but just on the smaller side. Parking was a little hard but we found some in about five minutes. I'm sure once the hype goes down after opening it'll be easier. There is also limited seating so just be mentally prepared to take your food to go. Pro tip: download the app and order ahead and skip the line! Customer service was great, everyone we interacted with was really nice. Food: The same quality as the other Wingstops. If you've never been to a Wingstop before then I'll sum it up. There's a reason why there's so many of them everywhere! My favorite flavors are garlic parm and lemon pepper (both are dry seasonings but the garlic parm is a little greasy, but it's expected). The fries are well seasoned and thick cut. If you like skinny crispy fries you won't like these. I ventured out to try the limited time maple Siracha flavor, I would pass on it if you aren't sure. The maple flavor is really strong so it feels like you're eating a pancake. I'll be coming back on a regular basis! read more

I am a die hard Buffalio Wild Wings diner, but this location is close to my house, so I thoight I woule give it a try. For a couple 6pc combos -- boneless smokey BBQ and classic (bone) mango habanero. It was around $25 for the two meals. First, they had a LOT of employees there. They had a lot of to-go orders all really to go, awaiting pickup. The staff was very friendly when I placed the order, got my drinks, and was handed my food. The manager there at one point congratulated her team for some kind of process improvement, but I heard hee say that while it was a good thought, the fries would get cold with what the employees were doing. She told them to make fresh fries foe the waiting orders. That is awesome work. Got home and there is a generous amount of fries. Wings are not labeled, but it is easy to tell what you have when one is boneless and one isn't. My youngest was a bit worried the "smokey" BBQ wouldn't be enough like honey BBQ, bu5 he sais they were close and the they tasted good. I got mango wings. Yes, technically I got mango habanero wings, but they forgot the habanero. I love these at BWW (they can hurt being so hot). Without any heat, these just aren't very good. I don't like mango flavor in anything else but habanero wings. Somehow it works with heat. Without heat, these aren't worth even half the price they charge for them. The other issue are the fries. It is cool you get a basket size of them, but they were soggy and the seasoning is a lot of salt with a little of some other flavoring. They aren't very good. My youngest didn't think so, either. I'd rather get half as many and have them not droop as you pick them up and not taste like salty smoke. Overall, I was impressed. The staff is awesom3 and gets 2 of the stars. The smokey BBQ wings were good for the 3rd star. The mango habanero were missing the habanero and the fries were plentiful, but soggy and don't have very good seasoning. It is a shame since this location is so close to my home, but Buffalo Wild Wings absolutely obliterates Wing Stop and their food. I'm not sure I will end up returning. read more

After moving back to Eugene after a decade in Scottsdale, I'd really missed Wingstop as an option for quick, awesome wings that weren't insanely expensive. Wingstop just always hits the spot. Their wings, tenders, sandwiches, and fries are all great, and they do a nice job with service as well. The new Eugene location is no different. Same great wings and fries, same friendly service. At the moment, they're slammed, as people flock to it as it's so newly opened. With that in mind, expect to wait, and be patient as all of the staff is getting trained up and used to all the traffic. Overall I'm thrilled to have a Wingstop in Eugene, and won't be surprised if another location opens shortly, given the immediate success seen at this location so far. read more

So we tried the place on opening night and I'm going to give them the benefit of the doubt on our food. We ordered with the app and when we got there the place was a zoo. It took us about a half hour to get to the counter to retrieve our order. We ordered wings, boneless wings, chicken tenders, fries, chicken sandwich, and a brownie. We wanted to try everything. Unfortunately, everything was soggy except the brownie. We are assuming (hoping) that this was caused by the wait. The quality of the food seemed good but it was hard to get past how incredibly soggy it was. We will try again and update the review when we do. Absolute garbage place. My first time there and they goty order completely wrong, when I called pissed the general manager Katrina Ulveling hung up on me. I then went to the store to get my refund and return the food, and she tells me that it was my fault that they gave me the wrong order, that my food was still there. I was the only person in the restaurant, they called my name. When I asked her for the owner, she laughed condescendingly and told me she was the be all end all, that it's a franchise. I was so excited to hear we got a Wingstop. They are pretty new and everyone one is excited so of course they were slammed , while it did take a while to get my food the service was amazing ! Even while busy they worked well together and were always smiling and giving updates on when orders would be ready. The location isn't the best , they deserve a bigger space with better parking . The fries were crispy and perfectly seasoned ! The corn was delicious, seasoned and perfectly cooked . The wings were good but nothing too crazy, they didn't take seasoned but the sauce was good and they have a pretty good selection of sauces . I swear the people who work here are always stoned, especially the last time I ordered. They only have young college kids working, which wouldn't be a problem but they always mess up. In my pickup order I requested 4 different flavors of wings, I only received 2 flavors. One was one i ordered and the other was one i would never order because it's gross to me. They also gave me PLAIN tenders when I ordered a specific flavor. It also took over an hour for my order to be ready when I was told it would only be 20 minutes, they weren't even that busy at all. This location is unfortunately not great. First trip was missing two orders of fries. I called as it was a 20 minute drive. Was told I could drive back to get them, but they couldn't issue me a refund. Took it as a loss since the drive wasn't worth it and mistakes happen. Ordered online the next time and was double charged. Reached out to the store and the corporate line and each told me to contact the other. The manager was friendly and eventually said they had fixed it and I would get a refund within 10 days. Unfortunately I never got it. My kids love the food, so we made a return trip and the cashier didn't ring up the correct order. They repeated it to us, then it was different on the receipt. I wasn't charged incorrectly, so I just let it be. Got our food and was missing a sandwich and got the wrong wings. I am completely understanding that mistakes happen, but unfortunately I will be giving up on this one. Maybe try the other Eugene location if you are wanting Wingstop. read more

The place was busy and is clearly popular but no idea why. They messed up our order from the start and it took an oddly long to get that dealt with. The staff was nice about this but clearly overworked and appear to have a difficult to use system. We then had to wait 30 minutes for our meal and only got our food when I went up to ask what was happening. They were apologetic but it just showed that the staff was being overworked and they either need more people or better management. The wings were good but the fries and chicken sandwich were straight out of a school cafeteria. I would not recommend going here as they don't have enough staff and most of the menu is subpar. read more

A little while after this branch opened, I placed an order. They messed up on my chicken sandwich. I called them & they said they would replace it and put my name in "their book". I had tried several times after that to get my sandwich but was told I had to order either in person or on the phone to that store vs online ordering. I recently called and placed an order for about $29 and added my sandwich which was being comped because they messed up. The Mgr called me shortly after the order was taken and said I could not get my sandwich because it had been almost 6 mos. I explained that I wasnt given a time frame but she refused. I cancelled my $29 order and went elsewhere. I went to corporate and explained the situation online and they sent me a $5 gift card. My sandwich was $5.99! I won't be going back. I've had a few other negative experiences that warrant me to go get my wings elsewhere. One of which my wings were ALL the small pieces and no drumsticks and another time they shorted me a wing.
