This location is atrocious. We placed a large catering order - spoke with TWO managers, neither said thank you, no "my pleasure", just incredibly rude people. Meanwhile, this was not a rush hour, all hands on deck time of the day, it was 2:30 on a Thursday afternoon. In addition, the location was dirty - there were scuff and dirt marks on the floor near the front entrance, and paper items on the ground in the bathroom. Just a bad experience - not to mention we purchased over $500 with of food. Forget about the ordering process - we called close to 5 hours in advance and spent a solid 30 mins on hold as the catering service could not get a hold of the store, as no one would answer the phone! Overall, just an awful location, rude managers, dirty and gross, zero personality that makes dining at Chic-fil-a the typical pleasurable experience. My advice, someone else in Springfield should opening a competing Chic-fil-a...you'd put this location out of business in about a week.

Despite the ruggedness of the shipping container exterior, the inside has a comfy vibe with indoor and outdoor seating with cartoons playing on tv downstairs and hockey upstairs. The service was fast and very friendly with very little wait time. I opted for the Light My Fire burger because I appreciate The Doors reference. Don't let the name or jalapeños fool you, it wasn't spicy but it was absolutely packed with flavor. Between the wagyu, peppers, cheese, and candied bacon this burger was spectacular! The fries are, well, fries. You have a choice of various aiolis to pick from. I chose the malt vinegar and my wife went for the garlic. In my opinion, they're better with hot spice or just ketchup but I didn't come here for the fries. We also got the Strawberry Fields and Oreo shakes. If you've ever had the cake shake from Chicago's Portillo's, you might like the Strawberry Fields shake that includes strawberry cake swimming in the strawberry shake. Definitely worth it! Overall, one of the better burgers I've had around the Springfield area, so if you're out for a quick burger that's a step up from the rest, head over to Black Sheep!

The bbq brisket sandwiche was beyond amazing and itself even re heated to eat later was a star if only I had taken one bite hot and fresh if was over the scale great 10 out of 10.

Competition breeds improvements. The Cheeseburgers do look impressive upon delivery, but I think the problem with this place is that even though I've requested Mayo and Ketchup and also on occasion Mustard every time I've ordered from here, they simply don't put enough on...so the burgers end up dry ... there is simply not enough sauce to make up for the dry non juicy burger themselves. I've closely examine the burger, I just don't see any mayo or ketchup or mustard whatsoever. Perhaps part of the problem is that I'm always ordering delivery and can't request extra mayo and ketchup in person to help counteract the dryness of these Burgers. I do see the potential for them be decent someday and the strawberry and chocolate shakes are great. However for me I've ordered from here for the last time. I gave this place 3 chances over the last 6 months. I'll be ordering a Dave's Double Cheeseburger instead in the future.

Orders were brought out, first to those in front of me (only two) then they started bringing to those behind me. Finally I opened my car and as a girl was walking an order out I asked if she could check and see what the problem. She said yes but you'll need to wait. When she came back I told her my name and that all I was waiting on was a frozen lemonade. She left and then came back with a frozen lemonade that was half full. Seriously! She said this is the only one I have and it's for Tacia. By then I was furious, accepted Tacia's lemonade and left.
