Today is August 1st the day of the terrible North Spokane fires and power outages throughout Spokane/Spokane Valley. This Panda was absolutely swamped (line almost out the door alone with the drive thru completely backed up) it was easily a half an hour wait. The food was constantly being filled and was super fresh. Everyone in the kitchen was doing their hardest to keep the flow. Yiting and Olivia were working the counter and were incredibly sweet and friendly considering the amount of stuff that was going on. They don't get paid enough especially when in crisis mode. I have eaten Panda Express foods many times. I have not had a bad meal there. I like their window service too. Panda Express serves many foods. I love all of them. It's a fast foods Chinese Restaurant. The people there are always happy and helpful. I usually get a two item plate. The rice or noodles is free that goes with the two item food platter. Every time I eat at Panda Express I leave happy and full. The Panda Expresses don't have a lot of room for sitting. read more

When we went in they must have finished a rush as a lot of items were out. But within just a couple of minutes everything was stocked up with hot fresh food. I love the power greens, they have the perfect pop of garlic and are perfectly tender and crisp at the same time. You can never go wrong with the grilled teriyaki chicken. If she's that miserable working with people perhaps she should find another job. Oh my gosh I waited in this line for 28 minutes before I got up to the order box. When I got there they apologized for the length of time I had waited, thanked me for my patience and followed with, "unfortunately the restaurant is closed and we will be unable to fill your order!!" Mind you I had been hostage in their drive thru with three cars ahead of me, two cars behind for so long I thought my bladder would burst!! Thank heavens I called my order in 40 minutes prior! The food tasted bland and horrible, and the chicken was extremely dry. The shrimp was alright, but flavored very oddly. Whoever took our order at the speaker also didn't seem to hear us very well and asked questions we had already answered multiple times. The chow mein was dry and flavorless, and the cabbage was weird too. And the Honey Sesame chicken had the most bitter, pungent stench. Our car STILL smells. Would not eat here again for all the world, no matter how hungry I am during our trips. read more

The food is pretty good usually, I've gotten to-go a few times now. It's not bad for a quick dinner or just going to the buffet. But it's just that. The portion sizes are really good, you get a lot of food. And like I said it's pretty good. I've never dinned in here to eat. Only because I'm either on my way to work (I work nights) or I'm trying to get home to watch the Mariners or Seahawks or whatever. From what I see the atmosphere is pretty good for a Duffey (I've been in some that were really bad and nasty). This establishment is always very clean from the tables to the serving line to the bathrooms. Very well maintained and the staff do care about cleanliness. Only one time did I feel I got less than acceptable service. I went there just a little before closing (on my way to work). I knew I wouldn't get be the best they had, it was the end of the day. What I didn't realize is that I would get a rude attitude as well. The female that helped me just seemed annoyed by my being there. She kept rolling her eyes at me and just giving me attitude. I wasn't sure if it was because it was the end of the day or because I was in uniform, I am in law enforcement. It seemed to me to be the latter, but I could be wrong. Maybe she just didn't have a good day or just wanted to go home. But other than that one time I've gotten pretty good customer service. The other thing that I felt was just a little off (and I'm probably wrong for this) is that I was getting the scrapes she was literally scrapping the pans. And the food had been sitting for hours, it wasn't fresh at all, and it showed in appearance and taste. But I was charged full price. And had I not walked in all the food was getting thrown away. I didn't go there with the intention of getting a discount or anything nor did I know it right before closing. I just went there. But with the attitude I received and the taste of the food I felt it should have been slightly discounted. But it's all good. I just felt it would be "the customer service" thing to do. So, in closing, it's a good place with good food and mostly good customer service. It's clean and it's affordable. I won't let my one little semi-bad experience deter me from going there again. It's better than that and so am I. Yes I recommend this place and I look forward to eating there again. read more

Panda Express-Argonne and Montgomery-Went at 2 p.m. for a late lunch. Ordered a plate with Mushroom Chicken and Broccoli Beef. There were about 6 pieces of broccoli and only 1 (small) piece of beef. Thank God I had more than one piece of chicken or I would have starved. I try not to give negative reviews but this deserved it. I paid over $8 for greasier than normal food and not much of it. My daughter and I went there during the lunch rush, along with my 1year old grandson. Since I'm handicapped and my daughter was holding the baby, it was kind of awkward getting our food and drinks to our table. The manager saw us struggling and came right over and took our tray for us, filled our drinks, and took everything to our table! She checked back a few times to make sure we had everything we needed. And they were super busy! She made us feel like a valued customers, and I really appreciated it! And the food was excellent, too!! read more

I eat here on a daily basis for work, and have tried many of their other locations. As far as fast food in general is concerned I would give the 5 stars. When it comes to Americanized Chinese food it is more like 3 stars. They do a brisk business so the buffet stays fresh, and the place stays better than average clean, so they deserve 4 stars for what they are. read more

Terrible service! Went here 1.5 hours before they closed and they told me that since they were near to closing time they would no longer be making more food, seriously an hour and a half before you close? I thought this was really odd so i went ahead and ordered my food to which he told me they did have what i wanted. Being polite i chose something else, and again i was told they were out, i did this one more time and again was told they were out. Then after all that i politely said i'm just not going to order anything, to which he scoffed at me like. Ive been to panda express many times before close to a closing time (which this case isn't) and have never been treated so poor. This location is terrible. The store is clean, the counter help are great, but the food is awful! It's undercooked to start, then they let it sit under the lamps too long so that the veggies turn to mush. The fried rice is sometimes done, sometimes not. You should be able to at least get a consistent meal at a chain restaurant. Not so for this Panda location! The others are great, this place is terrible. I'll drive a mile out of my way to get food at the one on Sprague from now on! read more

This is the 3rd time lately that I have placed at delivery order at this location, and the 3rd time they screwed it up! But this time will be the last! I ordered the family feast with two sides of chow menu. When my order was delivered, I had NO sides! I called the location, and told them what had happened, and they said they couldn't have the sides delivered, but if I came in they would replace the entire family feast for my trouble. So I drove all the way across town at rush hour, and when I went through the drive up, they tried to tell me they were only going to replace the sides. I said there's no way I drove all the way over here for two sides, I want what I was promised! So they agreed to fill the whole order, but side one of the antrees was being made, so if I pulled into parking they would bring it out to my car. I waited for over 15 minutes, in the hot sun, and they never came out! I finally left, disgusted! This is the third time they screwed up my order, and the last time I will ever order from them! Went though the drive thru. I live on the North Side of town and picked up an order for my daughter and myself. At the window I was asked if I would like any sauces. I replied yes and asked for 2 teriyaki at which time Jenna D told me "next time order it when you place your order it makes it easier for everyone involved." I told her I do it this way to make sure I get it because I get tired of getting home only to find it isn't in my order. She just wanted me to do it her way and argue about it.
