I used to really like P.F. Chang's, I remember going to a large city before they moved to Spokane and thinking, wow, I wish we had one of these in Spokane. The first few visits were great, but since then very inconsistent, very expensive and we have so many better options. I sometimes feel like I'm invisible during some of my visits, I don't know as I as said it's just inconsistent. My favorite thing on the menu is the tofu lettuce wraps app. They are worth the visit every once in a while by themselves. read more

At some point you have to accept no matter how wonderful your server is, the bugs in the restaurant and in your food are due to the filthy conditions and food n no way the responsibility of the server! We ordered egg drop soup, chicken teriyaki and peppered beef. The soup didn't taste great. I've had better at a fast food Chinese spot. The chicken teriyaki and peppered beef was really good tho! I've been to a lot of PF Chang's locations nationwide and this is the absolute worst location so far. First, of all no weekend happy hour anymore and lousy beer selection anyway. Second, the prices are astronomical for the portions and the quality. Third, and possibly the worst NO DAN DAN NOODLES. Kid who was running pickup station would disappear for 10 mins at a time, no explanation or apology for the late pickup. She also asked us right then about appetizers. When she returned with drinks she took dinner order then brought the lettuce wraps which we ordered for appetizers. Growing up in a small, rural town I would always see commercials for P.F. Chang's but it was never really an option for a place to eat for me, but I always wanted to try their food. That being said, I've been to 3 different locations now in Salt Lake City, UT, Peoria, AZ and now Spokane, WA. They have all been good but Spokane has been the best by far! We started out with a bowl of Wonton Soup and Edamame for appetizers! My wife, a self-claimed Edamame connoisseur, said it was perfectly salted! I also rather enjoyed it. The Wonton Soup was warm, filling and flavorful! The broth was just the right temperature right when it hit our table and had the right amount of season to it. The pork wontons were delicious and there were little pieces of chicken, shrimp and mushroom floating in the soup! Very, very tasty! For our entrees, my wife ordered the Beef with Broccoli and I ordered the Crispy Honey Chicken! I had a bite of my wife's beef and it was garlic heaven! The meat was juicy, thinly sliced and had the perfect amount of garlic and pepper. It was delicious, I almost wish I had I ordered it instead... almost. The Crispy Honey Chicken was the best I ever had! It the chicken was lightly battered which let the chicken flavor mix with the honey sauce, which was also delicious. One thing to note is that the sauce was also lightly applied, which truly let the dish fee crispy. I've had Crispy Honey Chicken in the past that was way too saucey and left almost a soggy feel to the dish. This was done perfectly! We got the New York Style Cheesecake to go for dessert and it was incredibly smooth and rich! Last, but certainly not least was our waiter Denise! She was very personable and attentive to our table the entire time! She refilled our drinks every time she passed our table, which was often! It was nice to have a waiter who knew how much to chat and when to check in on us! She was a great waitress and it made a huge difference in our dining experience! Was in Spokane for the weekend and on the last day didn't know where to have dinner so we stopped by PF Changs for the first time ever. It wasn't busy at all but the wait time took forever (low staff maybe?) The salad (pictured) was the only good meal out of everything we ordered.
