Saw that Noodle Express had 3.1 stars and I usually won't go below 4 but decided to give it a shot. So glad I did. Was greeted as soon as I walked thru the door. Asked counter guy what his favorite was and he said Singapore so I ordered it w/ chicken. Very friendly service. Came out steaming hot and was shockingly good. Ingredients all seemed fresh, chicken was high quality, flavor was on point. Excellent iced tea, too. Brewed, not crap out of the fountain. Literally ate every last morsel from the bowl which, by the way, was generously sized and well worth the price paid. We stopped at Noodle Express for the first time on Oct 22 about 8:30 pm. Although we were worried about arriving 30 min before closing, the staff were so welcoming. Brandon, who took our order was helpful as he explained options and gave recommendations. He is one of the most helpful employees I've encountered in any business. Very disappointed this place used to be awesome. It's going downhill I ordered two chicken was supposed to be double chicken yakisoba. Mine is all noodles and my husband's that's double chicken has four pieces of chicken in it. It's ridiculous $41 and not happy with. I never complain nor do I post but it's happened the last few times this place is going downhill fast. This place has great food! The teriyaki chicken is delicious and the cucumber salad goes well with it. I feel healthy eating here instead of other fast food places. Wasn't sure how this would go as they are newly opened (less than a week) but they had everything in order. The restaurant was clean and the employees were friendly. The food is what you would expect from any of the Noodle Express locations. I feel like you get a decent amount of food for the price and it was very good as well. Here's my experience. Went in yesterday, first time, wanted to check it out. There are two tills, one girl has a line, I wait, no problem. I don't mind. 2nd girl comes to the 2nd till, calls me up, "Can I help you?" I reply, "It's my first time here" as I'm about to ask about an item on the menu, she takes a call. Like that! Nothing! She continues to talk on the phone. What?! Wow! Ok I figured she's not coming back, so I go back to the 1st line and wait my turn. By the way 2nd line girl never came back. Saw her minutes later eating behind me as I waited for my food :/ Ordered 2 items and 2 appetizers, yakisoba and sweet sour chicken. Got it all to go. When I got to my destination, I find they forgot 1 of my appetizers. Food: Not so good Appetizer: Rangoon's were ok Service: Horrible!!! Since they've only been opened for 2 weeks. I'll chalk it up to "working out the kinks" but you can't change flavor or the food. First timer here. Me & my husband we're very excited about trying this place. Big disappointment I ordered the Teriyaki pork rice bowl was looking forward to having it. As soon as I got it I was very surprised on how little meat I got. I got more rice then anything. I would have though I would have gotten more meat then rice. So that was disappointing. I also ordered the Rangoon's and they tasted like oil, no flavor at all beside the oil that they cooked them with. Staff was rude (Emily,Thomas) and portions are extremely small. Never did they mention if you substitute that it would be an extra charge. I asked them what was going on at their location, & told them I was the one they had on hold for over 30 minutes total, he stated oh , sorry we must have gotten busy with customers.... I ordered, no problem, very nice employees, quick to get the food but was so disappointed. Very little sauce and the chicken was nothing more than a LOT of very crispy batter with little chicken.
