Have always come to this Arby's in the valley, today I came and got a double beef and cheddar combo. Got my phone. Got back to work and opened my sandwich to eat and it had no cheese on it at all. Only roast beef. Definitely double check your order here! read more

Employees are friendly most of the time, and considering how rude other places can be, I am still going to give them kudos considering how rough customer service jobs are. This place just did a major remodel following the trend of most fast food places to make it as sterile and nondescript as possible, even tossing the big hat logo Arby's has been famous for. Definitely not a fan of that. Prices have gone up as well. On the plus side, I will note the food is always consistent here, though they are very often out of things after about 5pm which just sucks. Especially when you placed the order online and then are told they are out of something after you arrive. They won't refund, only offer something else. Quick and friendly drive through service during this Covid outbreak. Although the line went around the building it went very quickly. They had a person at the end of the line handing out printed menus so that you could be prepared to order once at the menu board ordering spot. The food is what you would expect from Arby's, very good. I'm glad their open and appreciate them doing it well during these odd times. read more

Do not order the fish if you want to actually get a piece big enough to tell what it is..Hush puppy coating? Not that I could tell, maybe Bread crumbs...No cornmeal taste..I ordered the 3piece and a small curly fry.They kept the receipt but it was a wasted $8.++ ..(9 /26/2023 at 2:00 pm ) I don't mind paying for a meal, but when you drive away and look in the bag and it is so pathetic as what I seen, I most likely will not return after 40 years of being their customer. It's a shame that so many businesses are using the pandemic as an excuse to jack their prices sky high, and then deliver bad service/food. Shame on Arby's... if they keep this up, one by one, they will lose their customers and they will soon be going out of business. I have not encountered any problems at the North Division Arby's. Absolutely love Arbys so decided to order lunch for me and coworker. The milkshake i ordered tasted like pure coffee which is disgusting. We ordered chicken sliders on 1/4/23 and as I'm about finished eating my chicken slider I noticed a mouse turd at the bottom of the sandwich holder.. We called the store, the manager said she would talk the her GM about how to even handle the situation. We sent an email with photos attached as well. When the manager "Scott" saw the photos he insisted that it was a "black onion". We took the mouse dropping to Arby's and showed it to Scott. He grabbed the bag and LITERALLY PICKED IT OUT AND SQUISHED IT IN HIS FINGERS WEARING NO GLOVES and still said it was an onion and threw it all out before we could even get it back. THEN gave us a refund touching everything without even washing his hands.. I've worked at a pet store for years and have cleaned out mice enclosures many many times and this was 100% a mouse dropping. We will be calling corporate and the health department to handle this situation. I'll add photos of the dropping in my food and a Google photo of mice droppings and you tell me if it's a God damn onion. Absolutely horrific and how traumatizing to see someone squish a mouse poop in their fingers like that.. read more

I am heated right now the Arby's that we go to all the time by my house I will not go to ever again. My son who is 17 was chased by somebody by the park on his way home from work just a little after 9:00 p.m. tonight he ran into Arby's cuz that was the closest place he could go to yelling and screaming for help, my son don't fight. They told my son that he had to stand outside or they will call the cops on him for not listening this is the manager saying this I had him put her on speaker phone so I could tell her she is not sending my son outside. So my husband went and picked him up I called the restaurant and asked to speak with her and she told me "I will call the cops for him he cannot stand inside and I told him I will keep an eye on him" that is not okay I left a review on Google explaining all of this they do not care about the safety of others. I am shaking right now because I am so pissed Update: The GM was a nice guy and had good things to say about my son which he had seen him somewhere else before. The thing I'm not liking is that all they did was talk to the night manager and explain to her how she needs to start dealing with things differently. She told the GM at first she was calling the cops on my son because he would not leave, she then changed it up saying I meant I was going to call the cops for him. The GM asked her did the boy/young man seem scared and upset when he came in and she said yes. (Me thinking) Then why would you send that boy back outside for something to happen to him. Very pleasant and fast service. The server that took our order at the drive through was perfection. To be honest most of our experiences in a fast food drive through had been painful. The server can't be heard or understood so you aren't sure your order will be correct. Not the case here. Not sure what speaker system they had but it actually worked. It's bad enough that the communist State of Washington outlawed restaurants giving you the items normally used when eating a meal unless you ask for it but this Arby's takes it a step further. I ordered 8 sandwiches and a mac and cheese and when I asked for napkins, they have me two. With that amount of food you would expect that they would assume that at least 4 people were eating. So apparently they expect you to split the napkins in half. read more

We stopped by our favorite arbys and tried to order the bonless chicken tender with Buffalo and fries to go. Well when got home and opened our bag all there was chicken nuggets no fries and no buffalo sauce. I didn't have time To go back. Never really enjoyed Arby's my entire life. Been to about 4 different locations and all have been lackluster except this location. You can tell they put in more effort and attention to detail to preparation and presentation. It's easy to taste the difference compared to other places I've tried. Got talked into visiting this Arby's location by my family who were sure it had to have improved. No such luck. At the drive up, I ordered three of the new Bacon Brisket and cheddar sandwiches. Including fries and extras, the tab came to $35. When I got home, the bag was short two sandwiches. So I had to return to retrieve the rest of my order. The night manager apologized and tried to explain it away as good help is hard to find. I replied apparently so is good management--training and performance reflects on the manager. When I returned home, I found that one sandwich we originally got was missing the bacon. Avoid this particular location, especially after 5:00 PM. There is a pretty good Arbys out on Indiana by the Valley Mall. Save yourself a lot of hassle, go there. read more

Not a fan for several reasons: 1). Every sandwich was made incorrectly. Ordered three sandwiches and said "no cheese" on any, yet they all had cheese, so that sucked. 2). In the kids meal, it comes with apple sauce. I asked the guy if my kids could just get extra fries with the kids meal instead of apple sauce. He said that was fine. (I know what I'm getting with fast food and I know it's crappy and unhealthy, but I don't need them to do me any favors by trying to give me apple sauce or other "healthy options," I'm at Arby's for crying out loud.). But when we drove off and my kids opened their kids meal, they had the tiniest thing of fries, instead of extra. 3). The kids meal says bottled water is a choice for a beverage but when I pulled up they gave me fountain water (tap) until I complained that they should give what is advertised. 4). I ordered two kids meals, a roast beef slider, and a curly fry. Well when I drove off my bag had one slider, no fries, so I had to go back to the store to get it. So, not my favorite place. I paid 5 bucks each for a kids meal that consisted of a slider (which is tiny and had cheese, even though I asked for it without) and about 10 curly fries apiece despite asking to swap the apple sauce for extra fries. Then I almost got screwed out of curly fries. I giving it two stars because when I went back in to get my fries they all seemed really friendly. Long review for a fast food joint, I know, but I am so tired of paying money and getting ripped off at these places. Over all with kids meals included I got three sliders (still mad they all had cheese), two infant sized French fries, one (originally forgotten) medium curly fry, and two bottles of water (that I had to fight for) for 15 bucks. What the? We went there through the drive-in on Sept. 29th. Had coupons for a 2-$6.00 beef and cheddar. We ordered that and an order of poppers plus I had a free coupon for a slider from a donation. Got home (should have checked our bag but didn't, they had us pull over and wait for our order) we had one beef and cheddar, poppers and 1 slider. I called and complained. They said coupon would come in mail. Waited 1 week. Called again (accountability) supposedly talked to mgr. said coupon would be coming the next week. well today is the 10th and nothing in the mail yet. If you want customers to come back then where is the accountability? Will NOT frequent again and will pass the word to friends and family until this gets resolved. I know it's just a sandwich but I don't appreciate being lied to. Have never had an issue with other Arby's in Spokane. What's up with the valley store? I worked in the industry for many years and we bent over backwards to make things right. I went on line to take the survey and it asked for a 4 digit # from the store well our receipt only had a # on top of 233. Couldn't even take the survey.
