I love their food! Okay, maybe just some of it. Whenever we order mushroom chicken we literally don't ever get the chicken part, just mushrooms. Same with broccoli beef, no beef just broccoli.... you know what I mean. Teriyaki chicken is hit and miss at this location. But their customer service is incredibly consistent! Consistently awful. Whenever they're trying to rush you through the drive through and you try and get their attention to get some soy sauce and chopsticks, they're very rude about it. And they usually aggressively toss my bag out of the window. If they're customer service was better I'd give them 5 stars read more

Sold out of nearly everything. Language barrier that made order difficult to convey with repetitively being cut off when speaking. Waited 5+ minutes for anyone to come to the speaker and 15 minutes for food. The manager Natalie was very disrespectful, under pressure she folds. She was extremely snooty. read more

Two stars because even though the rice was a little undercooked the food was what I expected. The rest of the review goes like this: first time visiting here since moving to Spokane from CA. Ordered 2 teriyaki chicken bowls, which were left sitting with the rice in them and no top for over 20 min as I waited for things to get wrapped up. Also ordered a 2 entree plate, never received the second entree. I asked the employee several times if she put the additional entree in the box, to which she replied yes, and when asked again she even LOOKED inside the box affirming that there were two entrees, when in fact, there was only one. Once my order was completed it was literally tossed in the bag, leaving the sides of teriyaki bowls greasy & wet, which wasn't ideal, but that happened. Also my first time guest coupon went towards a mini beef & broccoli, which contained two tasty pieces of beef. Luckily I like broccoli & it was free. read more

Consistently disappointing!! I usually don't leave a review for fast food but I have to say the quality of the food here for the price is absolutely lousy. Was really craving some orange chicken and egg rolls. Went through the drive through ordered two white rice bowls with orange chicken and 4 egg rolls the orange chicken was good but the rice was dry and undercooked (really how do you screw up white rice) the egg rolls were over done and didn't taste good at all. They need to change out the grease they were dark and burnt tasting. Might as well flushed the 25 bucks down the toilet. read more

I love their food!!!! I would recommend the drive through. I always get the kids meal with fried rice and teriyaki chicken (it's really fresh and they leave the chicken whole till you order it then cut it up) plus if you get the kids meal it comes with a small drink, a chocolate chip cookie, and a fortune cookie!!!! read more

This is the worst Panda Express location I have ever visited. Every time I go through the drive through they manage to mess up my order. They got my drink order wrong and when they handed me my drink the lid wasn't on properly and it spilled all over me. The girl in the window literally watched it happened as she handed it to me and just walked away. When I got home my entree only had 5 small pieces of chicken in it. I paid $25 and I don't have my drink and barely an entree. read more

If i could give no stars I certainly would....I have witnessed how the service has gotten lower and lower. The last visit I will ever have I was told that it would be a 10 minute wait for an item through the drive through. I agreed because I wasn't in a hurry and like fresh stuff. 20 minutes of waiting in the designated area, still no food. I then decide to find a spot and walk inside. I ask did if I was forgotten, in which the response was no. They then proceeded to make my order from the beginning. I asked for a corporate manager instead of store manager and was told that I can talk to the shift supervisor instead. I was also asked 2 times idlf I wanted an extra item. Every single time in the past 2 years I have gone into this location my food is incorrect then they get out of tune when you try to tell them she argued with me saying that the oil that was spilled all over inside of my bag was teriyaki sauce they failed to put teriyaki sauce on my chicken and they tried to argue with me about it even though I was no longer at the location and she could not physically see the chicken obviously there is no sauce whatsoever on the chicken..Will never come here again and I do not recommend it to anyone. If I could read it negative Stars I would. the oil from inside of the bag got all over my work clothes and my desk when I pulled my plate out of the bag . Management is a joke. If I could give No star it would be more accurate! My family has raved about this place. Not knowing much about the food when the server asked me about the firecracker chicken I asked was it hot and she said no it's not bad at all. When I tried to eat it it was an edit it was way too hot for me I try taking it back to the store and they said there's nothing they can do I ended up losing my food and my lunch break and having to throw everything away. And then when I went to return my food they said they couldn't do anything because I didn't have my receipt. This is the best Panda Express we've gone to. Everything is always hot and tasty, and the staff is efficient and polite.

We ordered $50 worth of food and we were not given one of the add on items ($9 worth). I live 30 minutes from this location and am not going back for it. I called them and was talking to the manager. She was extremely rude. Telling me "I know I put it in there myself" and "I know it is there". Unless it magically disappeared, I did not get what I paid for and had to put up a fight for it. It was a crowded dinner service with a lot of people coming at same time. Drive-thru and inside were very busy. Restaurant was staffed well and food was all available hot with no wait. When I got home, food was like I ordered and ready to eat. Friendly service. Accurate order fulfillment. Great food. Very impressive! I am a home health care aid and serve two families. Love their food! I also love the drive through. Makes it nice to pick up some dinner after work. Unfortunately I see a lot of inconsistencies in the amounts of food I received and the quality of the meals. I always order double black pepper chicken and noodles. Sometimes the noodles are regular long pieces and other times they are all chopped up. The chicken dish is similar, sometimes there are larger pieces of meat and sometimes the meat is in tiny pieces. Sometimes the chicken dish is overwhelmed with celery and onion. I like both but my last order was mostly celery and onions with very little chicken. had a crap experience here. staff was on their phone, rag was left on the table with multiple plates left out i had to clean my own area. workers just passed right by me while i was doin it... then when i return the rag, the lady just looked at me and said "ohh... ah ... thank you... hehe". a bit ridiculous coming from people who want 15$ an hour. read more
