In a hurry to find something tasty, affordable, and enticing for my staff, I found this Panda Express. I called the store and was assisted by Timothy who was super reassuring and helpful. I ordered two of the 20-30 people party packs and was very pleased with the service I received. The food was ready more or less on time, hot, and well-prepared with plenty of utensils, serving spoons / tongs, and paper plates! My staff was happy, satisfied, and able to take some leftovers home. Finally Friday, came to eat with my Family and I experienced a very uncomfortable moment.... The manager and an employee were being extremely rude and difficult on a fellow co-worker. Saying his business aloud, correcting him... I guess they don't understand the meaning of HIPPA. Me and my husband are new to this area and we love Panda Express! We are used to Panda Express always being communicative and not giving any hostility or making someone feel uncomfortable due to their face expression (I'm guessing these young teenagers hate their job at this location) at THIS location, we were very shocked to see nothing was prepared, their employees rolling their eyes when we requested fresh honey walnut shrimp/orange chicken because they just wanted to serve a small portion(which was only like four & also requesting more orange chicken who wanted to give us only one serving when we requested TWO! ) to what was left, it DID NOT LOOK appealing. I can see in this panda express's previous RECENT reviews and we are not the only ones. It's a disappointment that obviously we can all see that management needs to step up and retrain their employees! There's a sign that clearly tells people to wait outside to be called in because of Covid. Been here twice so far and both times when I wait in front of the door to be called in, some people just walk straight in cutting in front of me in line. I stop them and say the sign says to wait out here but the people either don't care or pretend they didn't hear me. And I'm just doing online pickup, so I'm not even in there for long to tie up any line. Panda ends up serving those people before me. This place is a complete mess. there was a manger in the kitchen that I don't think can handle a rush. She was so rude, she offered me a drink for the more than 30 minute wait for 1 plate from my 8 plate order while my other 7 were getting cold. There was no organization. When she asked if I wanted a drink for the wait I said yes and pointed at the refreshers they had in the front and was quick to laugh rudely and said "not these, yeah they are are like 4$, expensive" while chuckling. That sentence alone would have been cut and it could have been said nicely that that were not a drink I was able to get even though my bill was more than 70$. Since the pandemic started the customer service at this location has gone down. I come at least once a month and they're always so rushed & making mistakes to get people out the door so they can go back to chatting behind the counter. The bowls are always empty making customers wait for new batches. I ask for utensils, napkins & condiments and she says they're in the bag. I go to my car to start eating & of course the cashier lied straight to my face cause she didn't even check. Apart from almost handing me the wrong food since she was such in a rush. I had to go back since & she says "Utensils are only for phone orders." So am I supposed to eat noodles with my hands?!. Is your ego really more important than the job you're PAID to serve customers? Not everyone is on Panda Express time, people are on their lunch breaks, just getting off of work, or taking food to their families. Serve people the way you want to be served, simple. read more

I ordered online. Specifically made sure to check the box to get utensils and napkins. I guess it's my fault for not checking at the store but I was in a hurry. The store was not busy at all. This place is plummeting to the bottom. I always online pick up so I don't know they forget items until I get to the office. Last time they forgot an order of spring rolls, but I called and they made it right by giving them for free next time I come in. This time I opened the bag to make sure they remembered the rolls. They did, but forgot the sauce. I asked them for it, they gave it. But then I get to the office and notice they messed up two of our three plates. We ordered Teriyaki Chicken but got ONLY chicken... yup, no teriyaki sauce. We ordered Walnut Shrimp but got ONLY shrimp... no walnuts. I called about this. The employee didn't offer to make it right. She just said that I had to remind them next time to make sure it's in the order. But my point to her was "Why should I have to remind you that teriyaki chicken needs to have teriyaki sauce?? It's called TERIYAKI chicken for a reason... otherwise just call it Chicken." She continued to apologize and just said to remind them next time. It's strange that they forget the walnuts too... it's cheaper than the shrimp. This is by far one of the worst locations. Me & my husband stopped in for dinner on a Monday night. We wanted a serving of vegetables as the side on one of the plates we ordered. What they had available was a few pieces of broccoli so I kindly asked the server if they had a fresh batch coming out. She said "sure, if you dont mind waiting", I agreed to wait since we were gonna dine in anyway. A few minutes later the veggies came out nice & fresh as expected. So since the veggies are steamed I always get a side of teriyaki sauce for them. I asked the girl working the register for a side and I was surprised to see her serve me a cup of teriyaki jelly. Yes...Jelly! It had obviously been sitting there for a while & completely turned to jelly. I asked her why was it like that & if they had anymore coming out and before I could finish my sentence she rudely replied "I don't know & no this is all we have". At that point I was so dissatisfied with her attitude that I said "really, that's all you have? So you're telling me you put teriyaki jelly on your teriyaki chicken?" She didn't reply & handed me a cup of jelly. Pretty much take it or leave it. Well to my surprise, literally less than 10mins later a brand new pot of sauce is put out and the jelly is thrown in the trash. Instead of the girl having the common sense to offer a fresh side she completely ignored the fact she gave me jelly minutes before. So I took it upon myself to get up & ask for a side but this time I asked the other server who looked to maybe be a manager or lead employee. She gladly served me a side & warned me to be careful because it was really hot. I said "that's ok, I'd rather have it hot than eat the jelly one I was just given". She completely ignored my comment & walked away. Now if it were me & a obvious dissatisfied customer made a comment like that I would apologize at the very least. I ordered online from this place, I had a large Dr.Pepper and it tasted like mint toothpaste, idk if someone put something in it or if there was something wrong with the drink itself but it shouldn't taste like toothpaste, the fried rice was dry and definitely old, it was the orange chicken was also old, you easily tell it was sitting for a long time and made hours ago. Christina H has a horrible customer Service at store number 1729 . Really nasty attitude of the start with No proper greetings. As I walk in without being greeted with a warm smile or saying hello she tells me to go stand in the red box and then turns around and continues to work on her stuff. without no proper instructions I was cluelessly try to find a Redbox. When she turns around and sees that I was not in the Redbox she points to it rudely and repeats one more time to stand in the Redbox. Finally the second time when she actually pointed to the box is when I saw it and I went and stood inside . She could've done all that with a warm smile to begin with . Then she proceeds to take my order and I place my order . When all that is done she gives me my total and I go ahead and Pay using my card. As I'm inserting my cars she walks away then muffles something about the receipt and tells me to go wait outside rudely again, like seriously ? What's with the attitude. I couldn't understand what she said about the receipt so I asked her if I could grab the receipt. Christina H says yes and then rudely points outside to wait, Instead of saying can you please wait outside while we prepare your food? how hard is that? So after I go outside and wait for my order .once it's finally ready she calls out my name and places it on the table And walks away again , Christina H has no proper hospitality . I checked my order to make sure everything was correct , I was missing sweet and sour sauce for my veggie rolls. I go inside and ask her for S&S sauce. Then with an attitude on her face she turns around and asks for some sweet-and-sour sauce then place it on the table and walks away super rudely. I tell her thank you for the sauce but she does not respond or even acknowledge me and that's what really pissed me off . So I say thank you again and nothing she just looks at me . Panda Express is one of the few places on my personal list of fusion joints. I have to point that out because if I rated this place solely on Chinese cuisine ratings, I will ding the crap out of it. I like most of what Panda has to offer but I usually end up ordering two sides if I can't make up my mind, which are: (a) mandarin chicken (with sauce on the side) and (b) black pepper chicken. So its easy to actually give a more accurate review of these two items. For some reason that I'm personally curious to know, the last few visits (about 6 or 7) in a month, neither of the two dishes tasted the same. 2 out these visits, I liked it. The other times, I wanted to feed it to the hungry bin. What really killed it for me that will prevent me from visiting this particular joint was the rice and BBQ pork that I received on my last visit. I should have known better that when rice looks dry, it *IS* dry. I should have even been smart enough to regress to habitual ordering instead of ordering BBQ pork that is off the usual red color and sitting in VERY watery sauce (if you can tell visually that it is watery, it *is*). Today my family and I chose to eat food from Panda Express. I went at around 7:30pm and there was no line which was great. The best thing about it was the food was fresh. We got Orange chicken and beef & broccoli, with half white rice and noodles. The food was delicious. What differs the most about Panda vs other local Chinese food restaurants is the taste and portions. The taste is not heavy or greasy like others and the portions are appropriate. What I also like is seeing the food in the refrigerated pantry because it lets me know the food is fresh. The staff was kind and welcoming. I will definitely return. read more

Ordered 3 meals. Many more customers arrived after us and the boxes were stacking up waiting to be filled. After 20+ min we got our boxes and left,passing a long line of people on the way out. NONE of our 3 orders were correct. Given the long line and back up when we left, there wasn't enough time to go back and get it fixed. Poor organization, small overcooked entree portions, but courteous checkout. The quantity of the entrees are disappointing. The sides are served in great portions, but I get a larger quantity at the Monrovia location than this one for the same price. Plus, the Monrovia location refill the tray even if there's a small batch left of the entree. Here, I got the leftovers. For example, there was two pieces of shrimp and lots of veggies left--that's the batch they will serve. There was a full staff but it is unorganized. I had two girls asking about my order which I told the previous girl I had two orders I was paying for. There is no communication. The first girl was supposed to communicate with the second girl.
