The good news about the feedback, not to mention the free entry for filling out the form, is that our feedback is listened to. I stopped going for a while (having been in the food industry when younger with strict standards) and lately I tried again. Much improvement - and I would like to post my feedback on the survey regarding one particular staff person. He remembered my order from month's earlier. I don't want the styrofoam as I can recycle the black plastic bins for take out. I have certain requirements - vegetables on top of noodles so they don't get soggy on my bike ride back... and he once again did so. I waited for the fresher product when the bin was almost out. He didn't rush me along. It is always the staff that makes a company and he is superb. I only wish STRONGLY that Panda Express would bring back the side dishes of Pot stickers (dumplings to me) and little ribs. Food was good but cost is high for what you get. Preferred time to visit is around lunch or dinner time- that way the food should be freshly cooked. Fairly clean place, friendly staff and fast service makes it a decent fast food alternate. read more

I have never had a problem with this panda express. But i went yesterday and the food was awful. The rice was not even room temperature the noodles weren't even warm. I did not even finish my food. Alondra and Val were just super kind and patient when we ordered and smiled as we perused the menu and tasted the sample. They got the free premium right and the price right and asked us if we wanted a drink and any sauces. They are good for business and will work out great as new employees. read more

Panda Express is one of my daughter's favorite restaurants, but this one the Drive thru is often extremely backed up and by the time you order on several occasions many items on the menu were stated to be unavailable. But the staff is nice and the food always tastes fresh. read more

This Panda Express is conveniently located near a bunch of stores and restaurants. The restaurant is clean, and there are lots of tasty Chinese food options. I like that you can get 2 half sides if you wish, so you can splurge on noodles and get healthy with mixed veggies. The entree options are varied, some spicy and others not. I luv Panda Express because they have super nice waitresses and they keep it clean the only reason I don't give this five stars is cause the only food I like is the orange chicken and veggie rice I would say that the other foods were not you hood and are not presented well but the orange chicken is amazing definitely recommend this chicken read more
