I asked for 3 sweet and sour and of course they give me 3 different sauces... I always have why are you guys so stingy with sweet n sour sauce?

I don't know if it's because of lunch time or what, but the one shrimp and kid size meal for $15 yall full of crap!

This Panda Express is conveniently located across from the Walmart shopping center. Their parking is ample, the inside food service line moves quickly and they have a drive through. The food is what you'd expect from a national fast-food chain: hot, standardized and representational of the genre: not bad, but not great. You can see from my pics they have a variety of Asian based offerings. I've gone there with work peers and they seem to offer something for everyone. Tonight I had the Bowl of Orange Chicken over vegetables. On this evening, the portion size seems to be smaller than what I have had in the past. The veggies were vibrant in color and crunchy (not overly cooked). The orange chicken had the right amount of orange flavor. There was quite a bit of breading, see pic. The good news was that the chicken wasn't overly cooked. We also had the Mushroom Chicken Bowl. This was also ordered over the veggies. As you can see in my pic, there were various sizes of mushrooms - including large pieces for 'shroom diehards. The flavors were mild all the way around for this bowl. Of course, we had the customary fortune cookie for dessert. This is a convenient and quick place for a warm bite.

For drive thru orders or online orders please check or double check your orders! I tend to be fair when it comes to food places and I understand that there might be times where accidents happen. I was in the drive thru today and i ordered a 3 entree plate. When i got to work i saw that whoever packed my food was clearly not paying attention because instead of packing the "honey walnut shrimp" they packed the "honey sesame chicken". Keep in mind they did charged me for it so clearly they did have the receipt to pack the right item. I called and they said if i could come pick up the right entree item.... Ridiculous because not everyone is going to have time to do so. I have never had a problem with panda express before so i was a bit bummed out of the inefficiency.

For a Saturday at 4:30pm, we were seated and waited on immediately. The menu was expansive and I was surprised with the amount of vegetarian options for a Chinese restaurant. Our server was helpful in suggesting various fish options and knew their wait times. Some notable dishes were the sizzling beef with black pepper, beef scallion rolls, honey walnut chicken, mapo tofu, and fried chicken. The dishes that could be improved for flavor were the vegetarian steamed dumplings, steamed whole fish, and beef chow fun. We probably ordered around 8-10 plates (all dishes came with rice) and many arrived at the same time. The prices were very reasonable for the portions and it was just enough for everyone. Since we had a birthday celebrant, they were able to put our personal cake in the fridge. Our server provided a complimentary matcha cheesecake and candle towards the end of our meal. His robot server sidekick also sang happy birthday! I did feel like they were understaffed because the lobby hostess had to find the server for me several times when I asked for our cake and the check. Overall, it's a great place for large groups and celebrations.

Today, I visited this restaurant with a party of five and wanted to share my experience…read more Unfortunately, our first interaction set a negative tone for the visit. When we arrived, the hostess attempted to seat us at a table that would not have comfortably accommodated our group. I politely asked if we could be seated at a nearby table that had more space. In response, she rolled her eyes and let out an audible sigh, which felt unprofessional and dismissive. When we were eventually seated at the requested table, she placed the menus down abruptly and did not hand one to me directly, instead leaving it at the end of the table. The interaction came across as unnecessarily rude and, frankly, not in line with the level of service I would expect from a hostess. That said, I want to note that the rest of our experience was positive. Our server was friendly, attentive, and provided excellent service throughout our meal. The food itself was also very good (I would not recommend the orange chicken though) and something I would return for. I hope management takes the opportunity to address the front-of-house experience, as first impressions matter and can significantly impact a guest's overall perception. (She was white and had unique, colorful, round glasses)

We ordered several different dishes: Honey walnut shrimp, lemon chicken, Mongolian beef, and house chow fun with chicken. The honey walnut shrimp was crispy and juicy, the prawns used were large and the nuts added to the dish were a nice touch, Mongolian beef was also flavorful and well made, and the chow fun dish reminded me of Pad See Yew in its use of wide flat noodles but the Chow Fun had a nice smoky flavor, wasn't spicy, and the beef was tender. As you enter the restaurant the ambiance is warm and inviting. The staff that took my order was knowledgeable and patient as I perused the menu. We went all in and tried a little bit of everything: shumai, shrimp dumplings, sticky rice in lotus leaf, BBQ pork buns, cucumber salad, pork XLB, black truffle & pork XLB, and beef fried udon noodles. Everything came out fresh, flavorful, and well executed........we cleared every plate. What really stood out was the service. Honestly, I don't always expect standout service at Asian spots (and I say that as someone who is Asian), but this place went above and beyond. There were multiple servers helping throughout, bringing food, refilling drinks, checking in, and everyone was genuinely friendly and attentive. As someone who waited tables for years, that level of service really stood out. They even brought us complimentary egg tarts since they were closing soon, which was a nice touch. You can also watch the dumpling makers through a glass window, which adds to the experience and gives off slight Din Tai Fung vibes, but without the long drive. It's family-friendly, great for sharing, and just a fun, satisfying meal overall. Definitely a spot I'll be coming back to.

I've grown up in the area and have branched out to living all over california. However the sense of entitlement the locals here have is insane. China Town Fast Food has delivered good tasting AND affordable Chinese-American food for quite some time! The portions are the best bang for your buck in the Loma Linda area, and the staff is also very nice. There are language barriers to some extent and a plastic wall that could make it hard to hear for both the customer and the server, but pointing fingers at the food and putting extra emphasis on enunciating my words have always helped, and if they can't hear, both the customer and the server can go to the side to hear each other clearly. The place is also small and can easily get packed during the rush hour. There are usually only TWO people in the front and a cook in the back, so I believe it's very key to have patience for when you go out during these hours. In all forms of service whether it be food, retail, etc. please remember that they are still human and working at a pace that tries to accommodate for us. In hours closer to closing, it does slow down and it does get quieter, I believe those are the best times to go when it's not so busy. Food wise, I'd highly recommend getting their Orange Chicken and House Special Fried Chicken. The orange chicken has a nice bit of sweetness, tangyness, and crunch to each bite and the House Special is just that... it's SPECIAL! Freshly fried chicken, usually about a 10-15 minute wait. Paired with a side of a garlicky, green oniony, shoyu sauce helps create just the perfect bite when combined with some rice. Their teriyaki chicken is also very delicious with a beautiful char on the outside. It's not your typical, Seattle, Japanese-esque teriyaki chicken, but it will taste very good! I hope this review helps with all the negative feedback I'm seeing and introduces you all to a classic spot to check out. Enjoy the food and have a great day!
