Well, I haven't been to Panda Express for at least 7 months or more, last 4 times I had been there they didnt have what I wanted.. and went for BBQ Pork, 2 of the times I went I just didn't order and drove thru when it was my turn. so tonite I decided to go just because I didn't want to cook. What a mistake. I ordered the BBQ Pork which is STILL on the menu board, and was told they didnt have any. I said gee...that is what I was told 6 months ago when I was here, so asked her if the new beef dish was spicy and she said with an attitude no it is not... so ordered that as it was something new and thought it would be good.. told her I just wanted steamed rice with it and that was it..she informed me the new steak dish was 1.00 more and then asked if I wanted anything to drink, I told her no.. my drink money just went for the dinner... opps...maybe shouldn't have said that.. when I got home and opened the container, it had chow mein and fried rice...no steamed rice at all... and the meat dish was spicy... burned the back of my throat... needless to say I would not recommend this place and will not be going back. I am also going to contact the corporate office also as the last time I contacted the manager they just said sorry, they ran out... Ate at this location. From the moment i placed my order the lady was horribly rude. I had to tell her 3 times my order. She gave small portions. And then when I eat my fork wouldn't even penetrate the steak. I asked her for a fresh order, she tried to tell me that's how it's made. So you serve food people can't chew? No. Then she took my whole plate of food and threw it away. Literally threw it. All the food. Not just the steak. I asked to keep the sides and she said I could wait for it to come with my food. I said since I had to wait 10minutes, could I have it now, she said yes.....needless to say I didn't get it back until the steak was ready. NEVER GOING TO THIS LOCATION AGAIN. read more

My girlfriend and have always loved Panda Express so we chose to eat there after a long day. When we arrived the place looked busy but the line was moving fast. When we got to the front we were talking to decide what to order and one of the ladies in the black shirt rushed us to ordering and got easily frustrated when we took more than a second to decide. We felt pressured into making a decision on what to eat. After we ordered they forgot to include our third item which was Orange Chicken. We told the other lady in the black shirt about the orange chicken and she told us "we'll get it for you", we stared at her thinking she would do this promptly but she never did, on top of this she was rude when we told her about the missing item. We then had to ask the cashier to get it for us, since the last two people failed to do so. To top it off the portions were small, and the plate isn't as full as it would be in other locations. If I could give a zero I would. Went here on lunch break with a co-worker we work down the street and this Panda Express gets a lot of business from our company. We got in the drive thru, now with cars in front and behind us, got to the order speaker ordered our first order(a kids meal) and started the next order (also a kids meal) since we carpooled to lunch that day (because her car battery was dead) and we were told I could not order my lunch there could only be one transaction per vehicle. So shocked my coworker said "so I can have my food but she's not allowed to order hers?" And the employee said correct they would not take a second order so since we couldn't get out of the line we pull up to the wonder she gets her food and I asked to speak to the manager to which she rolled her eyes and very rudely told me to wait. When the manager got to the window she already had an attitude and was very rude to me also saying that's their boss's rules only one transaction per car. We've now spent 5 minutes getting this rule explained to me../ probably the amount of time it would have taken them to throw together a kids meal box. But by the end of it all I was not allowed to order lunch on my lunch break. we rushed back to work so my co-worker could eat before we had to clock in real quick. I had to skip lunch after not having any breakfast that day because I was trying to order from a business that spent 5 minutes explaining to me why they would not take my business. There are no visible signs or anything stating this rule and I wasted gas and my entire lunch break because of this rule. So for anyone who works near here just a heads up if you and a co-working are think of running to Panda Express in Redlands California together they will turn you away. Maybe look into what staffing issue needs corrected so you can run your business the way I'm sure it was intended. read more

Worst customer service in redlands! Stood in line for over 7 minutes while they clearly saw me and skipped over me twice filling the orders of people behind me. I finally had to say in a loud tone that YES I need to be helped. When they finally asked if I could be helped I told them I had been skipped over twice but receive NO apology. In fact the person who helped me was quite rude to me as she filled my order by talking with her back to me and asking questions that I could not hear because her back was turned. I should have walked out but I had promised my daughter Panda Express for lunch. Will not be going back to Panda Express on redlands Blvd! read more

If anyone knows me well....they know that I absolutely love chinese food, however, being a mother on the go.....lugging three little ones out of the car to order the food and dealing with their cat fights can cure my craving of chinese food any day. However.....this particular Panda Express has been an absolute answer to my cravings! With the option of drive through, I can order the food and pick up the food at the window and keep on going! Also, this is the only Panda Express I've seen that offers the Kids Meals which includes a side item, fried rice and chow mein, chocolate chip cookie, fortune cookie and a Jr drink for $4.95 :) It's a winner...I will be coming back :) read more

Panda Express use to be my go to spot until I came here one day and everything changed. Placing the order and receiving the food was as usual, nothing too bad. However when it came time to eating, I noticed the noodles tasted a little different. I told my boyfriend to try mine and I tried his and they tasted way different. I didn't finish my meal after this but that didn't stop me from waking up in the middle of the night with nonstop vomiting. After this day I stopped eating here and you should too. Went through drive-through after work. They messed up the order and forgot to give me my cream cheese ragoons. Also, the chow mein is mostly vegetables with barely any noodles. The Shang-Hi steak and pork are good but seriously, they should get it together. I come here from time to time and there's something wrong with my order half the time. read more

I used to come to this location weekly however their service is terrible now. Last time I visit this location they told me to pull around front and it took them 24 minutes to bring out my order. When I went today 9/19/18 I ordered one large a la carte entree of their eggplant tofu. Got to the window the guy took my card then notified me that they didn't have tofu. The manager said " you should of called then" I've never had to call before going somewhere to eat. read more

I agree they are always out of the basics. NEVER have fresh steamed veggies & today I got yellow/brownish (old) broccoli with some zucchini, no cabbage or carrots. The food used to be pretty good here but they are using old veggies now. Green bean chicken in a real heavy dark sauce (like gravy) disguising the brown spots. My visit was approx. 11:30am on Saturday so all s/b stocked up. I agree they are rude here. They get upset when you don't know on the fly cuz the selection is low. I feel the portions are very small except when they are getting rid of the old broccoli. Seriously! Last week came by & out of veggies, 20 mins before they can make more so tried the chow mein (1st time) very greasy. Will go to Magic Wok across the way next time. Wow, real food with a drive thru!!! I'm a big fan of chinese food and panda express makes me want it even more! This location is clean, staff are friendly and service is fast. My only wish is for them to serve regular or at least sweetened iced tea because I hate flavored iced teas. read more

I used to come here all the time, they raised prices gradually but portion size was still ok, so I continued to come. Now they use small plates and it is no longer worth it. I won't return and will spread the word to my colleagues at LLUMC that there is better value options in the area. You probably didn't save any money with the added cost of your plastic plates anyway, and you definitely lost my business. read more

The manager on duty Myron, took care of me in a prompt and courteous manner. In my opinion, good customer service is all but dead at most retail establishments. Myron helped change that opinion. me and my girlfriend are eating food from this panda express as i type this. i am currently chewing on mushroom chicken(not even that good) and chow mein. i got barely any mushroom chicken (mostly mushroom), and barely any beijing-beef, but alot of chowmein and rice. the 1 entree and 1 side panda bowl seem to have more food than my 2 entree combo. it seems to me as though they tried to fill me up with the chowmein and rice, and barely any MEAT. read more

I thought i would give it a try, since i was in the mood for Chinese. When i entered, a girl with a demanding monotone voice asked me what i wanted. I told her i wanted Chow Mein. She dished up the "slop" while i looked at the other choices. She said, you get three things. I told her i only wanted one. She insisted that i choose three. So i pointed to the fried rice and slimey chicken stuff. She slopped it on with the grace of a cafeteria queen. And proceeded to charge a hefty fine. I was hungry so i started on the Chow Mein. It was average at best. The rice tasted like it had been sitting for awhile and reheated a couple times. The chicken tasted funny. I thought it might be the mystery sauce they used. Next morning i had a bad case of the runs. Probably the chicken. So much for this place. There is a Chinese place about a block up the street next to a Radio Shack that is much better. Cant think of the name, but will go there from now on. A generous two stars. read more

Courteous, quick service with order filled correctly

Poor service. We had to ask for soy sauce and fortune cookies. Had to repeat our order multiple times for them to get it right on the drive thru screen only to recieve the wrong entrees in the bag. Called to express my frustration only to have the phone answered but no response on the other line.... 3 times!! One star for there only being 2 cars ahead of me : ) I chose a drive through as my dogs were in the car and the temperature was 105 degrees. I recalled that the last time I went here, the eggrolls were nothing like what they used to be.....soggy, separating skins with an indistinguishable mush inside. Tonight i ordered Kung Pao chicken and the chile chicken with steamed rice. First, almost the entire carton was King Pao which was inedible. Just a few pieces of the sweet chile chicken placed on top hid this fact. Now to the steamed rice.........how on God's earth can anyone ruin white rice????? To start, it wasnt even white.....was it steamed???? The heck if I could tell....it sat in the carton in large solid, very hard chunks. Uhhhhhhh, my advice? Go to a Panda Inn walk in restaurant....i dont think anyone would do this to a customer on a face-to-face basis.......but who knows?! read more

I went there today, and the item my child wanted was not ready. Why can't you have back up food ready so you don't run out of an item? We had to wait fifteen minutes while everyone else came in and got their food. You know how kids can get cranky when they're hungry, the employees never apologized for the problem or offered me a free dessert or anything. I asked to speak to the manager but he wasn't there. first, i ordered 3 side kung pao chicken, they said i needed to wait in order for three to be enough for those behind me inline. i ended up waiting over 25 minutes only, only, only for them to give what was left in the bowl, all the nasty bottom stuff with a payee full of juice. i waited for nothing. i complained and after having to drive back nearly 22 minutes for a replacement, they only replaced one meal when my family had to wait that 25 minutes for me to get my food then the 22 minutes home. what a bunch of cheap cheap unprofessional places to eat. i'll forever drive only over to the panda by hospitality dr, in san berdo now.. also i asked for a side of green onions, this was the only panda ex that said they couldn't do that.. they were just rude & pissed that i complained. if your store or employees don't want our business, you shouldn't be open our taking our money. boycott this place. boycott boycott boycott... read more
