The people that work here are nice but I come here all the time and the drive thru has never been below 20 minutes. It typically takes about 10 minutes per car so if there's more than 2 cars it takes you about 20 minutes to go through the drive through. the drive thru has never been fast or even normal. if you're low on gas or on a work break don't even bother coming here. i'm currently posting this at over 30 minutes of sitting in the drive thru and there's not that many cars in front of me. hopefully I can get my food at some point. read more

I tried the NEW Blazenb Bourbon Chicken as an extra side and let me tell you it's delicious!!! The flavors and the texture go great together. This Panda Express is conveniently located across from the Walmart shopping center. Their parking is ample, the inside food service line moves quickly and they have a drive through. The food is what you'd expect from a national fast-food chain: hot, standardized and representational of the genre: not bad, but not great. You can see from my pics they have a variety of Asian based offerings. I've gone there with work peers and they seem to offer something for everyone. Tonight I had the Bowl of Orange Chicken over vegetables. On this evening, the portion size seems to be smaller than what I have had in the past. The veggies were vibrant in color and crunchy (not overly cooked). The orange chicken had the right amount of orange flavor. There was quite a bit of breading, see pic. The good news was that the chicken wasn't overly cooked. We also had the Mushroom Chicken Bowl. This was also ordered over the veggies. As you can see in my pic, there were various sizes of mushrooms - including large pieces for 'shroom diehards. The flavors were mild all the way around for this bowl. Of course, we had the customary fortune cookie for dessert. This is a convenient and quick place for a warm bite. read more

I did not receive what I ordered and when I tried to return it I was told that they gave me what I ordered. I tried to get a refund with my receipt and they told me that their system wasn't working. I asked for a gift card in exchange and they told me that they couldn't do that, so In return I blessed my order to someone in line. 1 star for poor customer service. read more

Really not sure why this place gets a lot of bad reviews. This is a drive through panda that's consistently given good service for me! The food is just as good as any panda, given that I don't get chow mein which seems to be what most of the complaints are about. The ambiance is what is expected for any Panda Express. For drive thru orders or online orders please check or double check your orders! I tend to be fair when it comes to food places and I understand that there might be times where accidents happen. I was in the drive thru today and i ordered a 3 entree plate. When i got to work i saw that whoever packed my food was clearly not paying attention because instead of packing the "honey walnut shrimp" they packed the "honey sesame chicken". Keep in mind they did charged me for it so clearly they did have the receipt to pack the right item. I called and they said if i could come pick up the right entree item.... But, if they have improved, I think you need to make sure to recognize that. They took my order with a pleasant attitude and seemed very friendly. FOOD: This time, my food was hot and tasted very fresh. Orange chicken was the right amount of crunch and spice. yay....I was really in the mood for this. My only feedback would be is....In an effort to fix the wait times, you have over corrected. We went through the drive-thru at 7:15pm on Tuesday, Nov 21, 2023. The girl who took our order was very friendly, which we appreciated. However, we only put in an order for 2 plates, which took maybe a minute, and then tried to make an adjustment to the first plate before we got our total. We were told that they had already made the plate, so if we wanted to make an adjustment, we would have to pay an additional fee for an extra entree. That was frustrating. We hadn't even finalized our order yet. I appreciate that the service was fast, but if I change my mind on my entree choice, then I want that option. Then, we pulled up to the window and the only thing that the girl inside said was "$26" and "Sauce?" No welcome, no smile, no other questions, and no thank you. As soon as she handed us our food she shut the window. We still wanted chopsticks - so we had to wait for her to notice we hadn't driven off. When she opened the window, she didn't even ask what we needed so we had to make the request. As soon as she handed us the chopsticks she, again, shut the window without a word. They advertise on their store front they are open until 10 yet at 9:15 we they have VERY limited items available and we were told we couldn't eat there. After I was told that very rudely I asked for my money back. The "manager" came over rolled her eyes and proceeded to make rude comments. The service is just okay, sometimes you feel super rushed and don't even get greeted. They never have super greens ready and always make you 10+ mins. Somehow everytime i go through the drive thru, my bag is just full of brown liquid by the time I get home ( 3 mins away) . They always "forget" to put sauces and fortune cookies.
