The location is right off the road, but a maze to get to if you enter at the light to the complex. I used the drive thru and the employees were on top of their game that day! I had a Plate with the Original Orange Chicken and Beijing Beef. I'd always highly recommend two entrees because it usually helps just in case one is not cooked well or lacking protein... but today here... both were perfect! At this particular Panda Express, the menu lists foods such as cream-cheese rangoon, chow mein, fried rice, orange chicken, honey-walnut shrimp, teriyaki chicken, broccoli beef, and kung pao chicken. Tonight, my husband went inside the restaurant to order food. He said that the employees performed their jobs "fine." We ate the food at home. I have to start off with that I am not a huge fan of cheese food in general. This was my first time at any Panda Express. I went in last week to check it out and to give it a shot. I would say it is like a chipotle for Chinese food. You get in and you have a choice of 3 sizes small bowl a plate or a big plate. I got the small bowl figuring to give it a shot. I got white rice and beef and broccoli. the service from beginning to end was great and the staff where friendly. The meal was good and the price was pretty good. I probably would try it again in the future. the convenience of walking in and out or walking in and eating immediately is a big plus in my book. Horrible customer service. We ordered food to be delivered to our workplace. A third of the order was missing. When we called we were told they would not refund the missing items and we needed to come to them to get the food. This was from the manager on duty. She could not even be bothered to give us the corporate office phone number. In good conscience I cannot even give them one star but it won't let me post without a star. So, I want to do an updated review of this restaurant because it has become my favorite Chinese restaurant as of late. It's too bad that you can't eat in, it's just pick up orders only due to the virus. I really miss going in, ordering in person, interacting with the staff and sitting down to enjoy my meal. The Chinese food here can be a tad overly sweet and overly saucey, but it brings back the old school Americanized Chinese food that I fell in love with and makes me want to eat there again and again. The quality of the food is very high and that is the key to any successful eatery. The staff is pretty clueless, but they deliver the goods every time, so you can't complain much about that. If you go here at night you might pass it right by because none of the signs are lit up, so you can't see it very well. I don't know how new customers would actually find it at night. read more

The woman at the window was very nice and patient with me since I needed time to figure out a menu I was unfamiliar with. I ordered the chicken and green beans bowl with rice. It looked good and the ratio of chicken to green beans seemed pretty even too. But then I "tasted" it. Which is to say that I put it in my mouth and chewed... it was so bland. Hardly any flavor at all. Now, it's fast food so I wasn't expecting gourmet here but I did expect it to at least be on par with your average mall Chinese takeaway. The restaurant put up their chairs and put everything away 2 hours before they were supposed to close. People were standing outside the doors confused if it was even open. Then a few pairs of people came in after I had sat down and there were no tables with the chairs on the floor, instead all were put up on the tables.
