For at least several years, I have been an occasional customer of this McDonald's restaurant. As you know, the restaurant sells burgers, fries, chicken sandwiches, breakfast sandwiches, chicken nuggets, chicken wraps, milkshakes, and more. My husband and I always go through the drive-thru rather than eat inside. This time, my husband went by himself. He placed his order, paid, and was handed a bag of foods. Unfortunately, when he got home, only one Filet-o-Fish was in the bag, rather than the two that he said that he had ordered. He said that although he was not given a receipt, he believed that he paid for two Filet-o-Fishes. He did receive his burger, two large fries, and one box of chicken nuggets. This McDonalds is always slow, and the quality is not good either. I suggest you go to any other McDonalds location.

They say nothing in life is free. But yet I got a free vanilla cone with a very generous amount of ice cream. This McDonald's location is always to the mark in terms of their swift operations. Honestly, I've never had a problem here. read more

all the foreigners in there don't know how to work an entry level position. McDonald's -- no longer worth the wait. The McDonald's customer base is increasingly dominated by those who place large third-party pickup and delivery orders, overshadowing the walk-in mobile and at-the-register customers who come in to order just a few items on the go with the expectation of being served quickly. I was here, at 7702 Mc Knight Rd on a recent Sunday morning, and watched 80% of the food leave the premises in big giant McDonald's paper carry-everything-away tote bags. You would think, at the very least, that the McDonald's mobile app would be enhanced to algorithmically forecast the "wait" time for a walk-in customer prior to their placement of the order, so they can dawdle somewhere if so inclined, perhaps even get a haircut, rather than simmer and stew and clock-watch in a pool of other unhappy discomfited customers. The food was good, after it finally arrived and was handed to me 25 minutes after I had placed my order. But, sadly, Mickey Mouse has come to steal away the magic from this franchise location. Everyone from the gal who took our order and was too busy to be bothered answering any questions, to the lady who gave us our food with a sour face because I asked for the drinks we paid for to the on shift manager who couldn't be bothered to give me the correct drink when I went inside, wad mean and nasty. To cover his own tail he refused to give me a name, the store was filthy, I could barely lift me feet off the wet sticky floors. Cashier and order taker was fine whoever bags the food should really have their eye's checked. Twice today got the $5.00 meal first a mcdouble no cheese plain. I received a single cheese no onion as the grill slip on the burger wrap said. Second time a few hours later. $5.00 meal for my kid. A single patty no cheese but not plain. Quadruple negative stars. The manager came and threatened us, was belligerent, and when she escalated the situation she triggered me to call her a bad name. She had bright red hair and looked like white trash, then had the nerve to call me "mom of the year." They gave us our order, then were adamant they gave us 2 chocolate chip cookies and milk shakes, which were part of someone else's order, which they did not give us. So we tried to tell her that the drinks on the counter were all we needed to complete our order, they were confused and stupefied, and there was chaos w 3 McDonald's workers then telling us we had a double order which we didn't..... then she threatened to call the police on me. I have been to many many McDonald's in my past and this is by far the worst. Do not go here unless you have to. I went to the drive up window and wanted 2 hamburgers with extra extra pickle and a fry no salt. I have been to many of the Mcdonald's in the area and there has never been an issue. I pulled up to the drive up window and the girl told me when I asked for extra extra pickle and to just put a lot of pickles on them that there would be a 30 cent charge for more than 2 extra pickles. Totally absurd not one other McDonald's I have ever been to has charged me for extra pickle some even offered to fill a container with pickles for me free of charge. The drive up was busy and the staff where very slow. I will never go to this McDonald's again. Worst customer service ever. read more

Negative stars. The manager threatened me. This is not the first absolutely terrible, day ruining experience I have had at this McDonald's location. They forgot my free fries the manager said I'm not going to give you free fries and if you don't leave I'm going to call the police on you and I'm going to make sure that they don't serve you at the drive-thru. I go to McDonald's all the time. I simply asked that if I drove through again if I would have to pay for something else to get free fries or if I could just drive around again to get them. They made a mistake and then acted like I was some kind of terrorist. The manager seemed to get extreme pleasure out of threatening to call the police on me she rolled her eyes and slammed the window on me. I am not an irate crazy person. She acted like an imbecile. I put in two reviews. I called their customer service number. I took the survey. I hope that manager never works another day in her life. This happened Feb 10 2022 at 2:20 PM. Ordered for curbside pickup and was not disappointed! Food was hot, as ordered, and delivered with a smile by the McDonalds crew member with a smile. Although it took a little over 15 minutes, even after pre-ordering through application, it was worth the wait. Food was fresh and properly packaged. Good job today McDonald's! read more

Coffee is pretty much the only thing I go to any McDonald's for, and I swing by this one on a pretty regular basis before work to get a large strictly because of convenience. The sweetness and creaminess usually varies drastically, but it's always hot and fresh. Still, four creams and four sugars shouldn't be that hard to get right. read more

I can't stand rude people at the drive thru. I've only been to McDonald's a few times because I try not to eat garbage. I got home at 11 tonight so I decided to punish my colon. When I got to the drive thru I was greeted with "uh, yeah, how can I help you?". Since i don't eat this trash very often I needed a little time to look at the menu. I said "oh im sorry I'm not sure what I want". Instead of the typical "no, problem take your time" I get complete silence. After I got done deciding which lard I was going to ingest I said "okay im ready". She just sat there with more silence. I sat and waited for a reply. There was no reply. After waiting another 10-15 seconds I repeated "okay im ready". She said "okay". I ordered, she replies with one-word monotoned rude answers. So I ended up deciding to do whats best and simply not eat garbage. I will head home and eat random stuff out of my fridge instead. Moral of the story, I shouldn't have been there in the first place. If I could rate zero stars I would waiter broke a coffee pot picked up glass, blew her nose, and played with her hair didn't wash hands instead she packed food we ended up with a long piece of hair in our fries!
