I've never waited less than 20 minutes at this Wendy's no matter how few items I order. You'll save your time driving to the next one instead of waiting here. Edit: Food sucked too read more

This is an absolute terrible Wendy's. Everyone they hire sucks at their job. A bunch of people who just stand back there talking about wanting to fight people. Swearing all the time. They don't give you your receipts and then don't give you your food, and then ask where your receipt is. They have terrible customer service. They all have shitty attitudes. I already called corporate. I'm not eating this food. Tell me how I paid $30 for two sons of Baconators and a small cold fry. I was supposed to have a fucking baconator fry?? They made my drinks wrong. This whole place needs shut down. I'd rather not have a Wendy's than this bullshit. EVERYTIME I HAVE EVER COME HERE IT HAS SUCKED. And im absolutely not eating that food. AI needs to take over faster when these type of people are the workers. The nigh-time manager needs fired. ASAP AS POSSIBLE read more

Workers are always rude as f*** like it's an inconvenience for them to take you order. Like I'm sorry ma'am, but no one put a gun to your head and made you work at Wendy's. Fries always taste old and they often "forget" something in your order. I'd recommend going to a different location. read more

Not sure why I keep going back to this Wendy's. This needs to be the last straw and I need to stop wasting my money and time here. I hate writing negative reviews and typically don't do it. However, I think people need to know not to go to this Wendy's. Every time we have gone here for burgers, Frosties, fries or anything. The food is always garbage and the people are absolutely awful to deal with. The food is always tasteless and lukewarm. The people always seem like they hate their jobs, hate being there and then are either rude or indifferent to the customers to somehow punish us for their misery. Not sure why we keep coming back and taking their crap. The Wexford and Cranberry Wendy's are the only ones worth going. The others in the area, this one and the one in Bellevue are total garbage. Don't bother. read more

I've never seen a Wendy's so slow with employees so disengaged. Mid afternoon with no line in 15 minutes for a single hamburger?

I have been here a few times now and have witnessed the same things every time. This is a messy location with low cleanliness standards, inefficient kitchen systems, and there's no real interest in customer service. But I do not blame the employees. They have at least been friendly, and I do see some hard workers on the staff. My issue with this location, falls solely on the franchisee. You can berate employees all you want for things I've seen here like carrying around personal alcohol mixer bottles in the kitchen, cussing around customers, and lack of speed. But these are issues that stem from ownership. You pay Wendy's, they give you their world class business system that has worked in thousands upon thousands of instances. The least you could do is enforce the standards that are known to work. They're not a secret, they're all there for you. It is the enforcement of these standards that will make your employees better, your restaurant better, and your own profits better. This restaurant is on McKnight Rd. There are dozens of other food options on this strip, and if these poor standards keep up, why on earth would you come to this location? Almost 50 reviews here and an average rating of 1.7. You should be ashamed of the disaster you have allowed, and would be well advised to clean up your standards before you bleed even more profits. Hope this helps. read more

I just came from Wendy's I placed an order through the drive-thru actually I put it through my app and picked it up at the drive-thru it took them several minutes to even acknowledge me I get up to the window and the girl just stands on stairs at me and she says do you have a does that your mobile order I'm like yes and then there's this bigger gentleman that works there I don't know if he's a manager or not but I tell you he's miserable as hell he shouldn't be working nowhere so he's him hauling around he puts my food in a bag comes over to the window turns his whole body to the right so he doesn't have to look at me and puts the bag out the window I'm like well thank you too I do have to say I just need some of my burger and it wasn't bad the meat was fresh condiments were extremely cold probably because they just pulled the pickles or something but other than that the food's good so far but yeah every time I go there there's some kind of issue there was two cars in front of me and it took me at least 15 minutes to get my food and not a thank you Hi how are you today nothing great service Wendy's great service Dave would be so not proud of you all shame on you read more

I have ordered food from this Wendy's restaurant probably dozens of times over several years. Of course, like any fast-food restaurant, this restaurant has frequent turnover of employees, but the quality of the service and the taste of the food has been fairly consistent. Today my husband and I went through the drive-thru to order our burgers, french fries, salad, and drink. The employee who took our order did not understand what my husband was saying through the microphone, so my husband corrected her. I appreciate that the employee did not have an attitude. The employees processed our payment and handed over our food within a couple of minutes during the busy rush hour. My husband's burger was prepared as requested without tomatoes, and the rest of our order was accurate as well. We ate our food at home, and we enjoyed the taste. read more

This place is absolutely a dump. Wear a hazmat suit if u come here. they took an hour to make some fries and nuggets and on top of that my food was cold and they were so rude to me

I'm not sure why this Wendy's has such poor reviews. This location is much better than the one over in Lawrenceville. The staff was friendly and our order came quickly. It was around lunch time and the drive thru looked busy as usual so we ate dine in. I look for a few things when judging a fast food dine in experience: friendliness, cleanliness, and time spent waiting for order. This one was relatively clean with the exception of a few pieces of trash on the floor. The cashier greeted us quickly and took our order. When our food was ready the lady that brought it out was nice as well. My sandwich was impeccably made. First time I've had a decent fast food sandwich. I got the spicy chicken. Wendy's is probably one of my favorite fast food locations and I was not disappointed at this one. read more

What can you say about a fast food joint that you haven't heard/said/read before? Not much, right? We were out running around and attempting to find things to do and we needed to eat. We were tired of debating back and forth with one another and kind of gave up on that fight and ended up here. My better half isn't a huge fan of Wendy's, but he caved as the restaurants were starting to look all the same. I do have to hand it to them inside, they definitely were fast at just about everything. From ordering to prepping our food, there wasn't much of a wait. Can't really talk much about the food as it is the norm basically everywhere you find a Wendy's. This was a generally a clean spot so that was nice. We sat near the fireplace thing that most Wendy's now have. Not sure what exactly that is suppose to do in here as it didn't seem to give off heat. Or maybe that was because we were near the huge windows. Some of the seating looks a tad bit uncomfortable to enjoy a meal in. I will say one thing, this place was busy, but the flow of customers in and out was constant. Also the drive thru was quite busy as well. read more

We were waited on but not very friendly. This was on a Sunday evening. Went to one of those drink machines you serve yourself, only got ice. Other machine not working either. Had to get them to the take out area to get our drinks. They did not seem to care machines were not working. You just got looks. Not sure who the manager was but poorly run. This was the Wendy's in Ross Town Center. read more

I placed a mobile pick up order and after about a half an hour of waiting I finally walked out with what I ordered. One of my worst experiences of my life and I've been hit by a gd car. They were out of ketchup and lettuce, which they didn't tell me directly. I had to overhear the employees talking about it. They also whispered among themselves that they couldn't find my order, yet didn't talk to me about it. They just let me wait and wait and wait. When I tried to get someone's attention I was ignored. Wendy's is called fast food. It barely qualifies as food but at least it is typically fast. They went 0 for 2 and I'm sure this isn't an anomaly. They cannot blame it on staffing either. There was no less than 8 people working. read more

This is the single worst wendys I have ever gone to. The big problem is the employees. They shuffle around and don't care about anything. It takes them FOREVER to complete a single task. They prioritize the drive through over people waiting inside. Stood at the register and was never acknowledged for 15 mins so I decided to put an order in on the app from my phone to just skip it all together. Then had to wait another 15 for the food to come up. Sat down and big surprise... overcooked burgers. The coke machines were all out of 90% of the options, the ketchup was empty. For the 8 or so people that I saw working the only one seeming to hustle was the young boy who kept running orders out to cars. It probably would have been a better experience to find a Wendy's that was further away. read more

I am generally a fan of Wendy's as there food is better than McDonald's. I went in and ordered 2 hamburgers with no cheese and extra extra pickle and a large fry no salt. There was no line and it took forever for the order. The service was ok the cashier was friendly. I had ordered it to go and I got to my car to eat the burger and noticed cheese on it and no pickles. The cashier did not listen at all and got the order wrong I went back in with order and told them that it was supposed to be extra extra pickle and no cheese. I also said for them to make the fries over as they would be iced cold by the time i ate them. The cashier called over another person maybe a supervisor and they gave me a dirty look and came over and said what was wrong with fries. I said nothing except that you got the order for the hamburgers wrong and by the time you make 2 more the fries will be cold. She took the bag of fries and tossed them in the garbage angrily. Finally got my order and it was correct. The food is good and I love the fries. I have to be honest as much as I like Wendy's I will never go in this location again. The service at this Wendy's has always been awful. It got even worse when they knocked it down and rebuilt it several years ago. Now during covid its even worse. I sat in the drive thru for 25 min and moved 3 cars then left with 4 cars in front of me at the order sign let alone to the pick up window. Ordering inside is just as slow. A team of sloths and snails could get it done faster. It is such a shame because the food is good. One star because I can't choose zero read more

Food was yummy! Bacon was nice and crispy! But the cashier had a major attitude problem. She did not greet anyone when they came to the counter. Did not smile or give off a positive vibe.
