Terrible service. Will never order from here again. If I could give them no stars I would. Used the app to place a mobile order. It asked if I wanted take-out or drive through so I selected Take out. Both doors locked. Left me standing outside in the rain for 10 minutes only to open the door and tell me I had to go through the drive through. Why is carry-out even an option then?! There's even a sign on the door saying dining room open for carry out only which is what I wanted to do. Most other places allow carry out. This is the only place that's still locked. I parked my car illegally and ran back inside after opening the sandwich wrapper to realize it wasn't even a chicken sandwich, it was a cheeseburger. They rebuilt this Wendy's and it is amazing. The food however is horrible. I had a simple order of a Homestyle Chicken combo. I made no changes to what the sandwich comes with. Then I waited for my meal. I waited, and waited, and waited. I finally got my food and sat down to eat. The first bite was ok. The second bite a red flag went up. The third bite I spit into a napkin. The chicken was gray and rubbery. It was beyond gross. It was undercooked. I could have taken it back up to the counter and made a complaint but I was already in a time crunch after waiting so long to get my food. I definitely won't be back. read more

i have been here several times for doordash orders and it says u should be able to go in but u can't because the managers lock it every time. i have seen at least 6 people working every time i have come here so there should be no reason it is closed all the time other than pure laziness. the doordash drivers get penalized because our orders are late because we have to sit in line for at least 30 minutes every time because it is line only. not to mention the bad attitudes the workers normally have. you wouldn't have to wait on so many people in the drive thru if u at least opened ur dining room for online orders. read more

Thoroughly disappointed in the McKnight Road, Ross Township Wendy's. Granted it's Christmastime and you can almost expect the establishment to be a little more busy and the wait time a little longer, but in excess of 30 minutes? UNACCEPTABLE! Most, if not all, of the people waiting for their food requested a refund and went elsewhere. The older woman (manager?) appeared to be frustrated and, although there were at least six people congregated and waiting for food, one staff member went on break. This was probably the worst service I have ever had at a Wendy's restaurant anywhere in this country. When we ordered, there were several customers in front of us waiting to receive the food they ordered and had already paid for. Slowly these orders were filled. But meanwhile, the collection of customers who had ordered since grew. With one customer in front of me, the filling of orders stopped. Meanwhile, prepared food sat in the burger que as well as packages of fries sitting out in the open on the edge of the table next to where fries were being cooked and placed into packages. During this extended wait time, one of the employees was eating French fires while serving customers. The worker filling the fry packages was dropping fries all over the floor. The person who was filling the orders reappeared and instead of filling orders, she grabbed a broom and started sweeping the floor in front of the serving area, as well as all of the many fries that were on the floor. As she began sweeping, a cloud of dust and dirt rose from the swept area, with fries sitting right there,at the edge of the table, not even in a protected area nor an area to keep the fries warm. After she finally finished sweeping, she eventually came back to fill an order. The next order to be filled was ours. She took the fries from the ones sitting out, getting cold and probably covered with dust and debris. We asked for fresh fries. When my husband said thank you, she grunted at him. Now, on to the drinks. The drink station on the left had several drinks that were out and the one on the right was totally unusable. Some kind of input was needed on the screen. The counter near the drinks was covered in liquid and dripping to the floor. My husband used the men's room AND THERE WAS NO SOAP IN THERE. EW!!! I challenge the owner and the corporate office to view the tapes from this afternoon, beginning at 1:07 PM. I will NEVER go back to this Wendy's again. And I will think twice before going to any other Wendy's restaurants. read more

I ordered the Pretzel bacon cheeseburger combo. There was only one person in line so I was able to place my order quickly and the person that took my order was friendly and answered my questions cheerfully. I went to where you pick up the food and was dismayed when almost as soon as I got there my sandwich was done, not fresh made apparently. The server was no where to be found. I tried to get someones attention but they were busy talking among themselves. After a while the girl who puts the sandwiches together comes around the partition and gives it to me.I thank her.I will say that the fries were great as I ate most of them while I stood and waited for my hamburger. I got to the table and the sandwich looked great. I took one bite and this pink sauce started to squish out, it was actually dripping out the other side of my sandwich with every bite. The sauce is really good and there was so much on the burger to cover the fact that it was so dry, the meat was dry, the bun was dry and something tasted slightly burnt.After a couple of bites I had had enough. I have never had this bad of a burger in Wendy's before. I was there at 2pm and I guess I got the leftovers from the lunch rush. If they are selling leftover food I'm not sure of there food safety.
