I pull up to the screen to order and am created with "start with your order" or something along those lines. Not a very good start. Tells me to pull to the window for my total. The wait wasn't as long as it usually is, I think I went from ordering to receiving my order in 5 minutes max, however the usual wait time is awful. The older woman with glasses (and blonde hair maybe?) at the window was EXTREMELY rude and unprofessional. She tells me my total and goes to cash me out, but leaves the window open. She then proceeds to get shitty with the person trying to order and yells out "GO HOME" before closing the window and storming off. The young girl who gave me my food after this was very professional and did tell me to have a good night (which is usually skipped over). I understand working in fast food is stressful, I was there a few years ago. But you are on stage. You need to at the very least be professional.

They immediately followed me and went directly behind the counter and asked me for my order. The smell of cigarettes still permeating from them. I proceed to make my order noting and no point that I see anyone washed their hands. I asked her if they washed her hands and the girl at the counter said oops. Went in the back for 10 seconds and came out. I ordered a breast meal my wife got fingers. I noticed immediately that the chicken I ordered tasted hard. You could tell the breast have been around for a while. My wife said the fingers had a strange taste to them. She was not accustomed to.. she immediately complained about stomach pain didn't finish her meal and had a bad stomach ache. The rest of the evening I was awakened in the middle of the night with violent stomach, cramps and massive projectile. You know what. The service is always been poor kind of except that going in Butt. I'm not dealing with the sickness. I went through last night because of this restaurant I don't know about any of the other branches, but I do know about this one. my suggestion is don't risk eating here if you value your life

I got out of my car and barely opened the restaurant door to ask if they forgot about me, but the manager yelled at me.
