The biggest drawback to this location is the limited amount of close parking available. Fortunately, there are hotels nearby so you can park in their lots and walk over, but be prepared to park here. The inside is massive compared to most Jersey Mike's Subs and definitely built for people to dine in with an abundance of seating. I ordered a: Philly Cheesesteak on Rosemary Parm Bread - the beauty of Jersey Mike's is that they cook the hot meats fresh for each sub!! The steak was cooked well and seasoned to perfection. Don't sleep on the rosemary parm! The extra flavor is soooo good and pairs perfectly with the cheesesteaks. The food was ready ahead of schedule and the online order pickup is very simple - as they put the bags out for you to grab instead of waiting on a cashier to grab it for you!

Because my family loves the food from here. The burgers are everything you'd want in a smash burger -- flavorful, cooked to perfection, a good portion, and lots of tasty toppings. The fries are also seasoned well -- my kids usually don't like french fries, but they devour the ones from here. The staff is terrific, and the music inside is great, too. I work in the service industry and have since I was 15, so I do understand. I'm not just another asshole looking for handouts. I pull up to the screen to order and am created with "start with your order" or something along those lines. Not a very good start. Tells me to pull to the window for my total. The wait wasn't as long as it usually is, I think I went from ordering to receiving my order in 5 minutes max, however the usual wait time is awful. The older woman with glasses (and blonde hair maybe?) at the window was EXTREMELY rude and unprofessional. She tells me my total and goes to cash me out, but leaves the window open. She then proceeds to get shitty with the person trying to order and yells out "GO HOME" before closing the window and storming off. The young girl who gave me my food after this was very professional and did tell me to have a good night (which is usually skipped over). I understand working in fast food is stressful, I was there a few years ago. But you are on stage. You need to at the very least be professional.

We're at a point where that isn't happening. Every order takes forever and every order is wrong. Things happen, I'd like to think I'm fairly patient. It is every order now. McChickens this time had burger patties in them instead of chicken. So McDonalds, especially in this location is expensive, slow, and every order is wrong... and we all still can't have shakes or ice cream. New wrinkle. Kid wanted her McChickens. Picky eater club, you know how it goes. I ordered incorrectly, that is on us. The lady when my daughter asked about it cute her off, made a rude remark, smiled at her smugly and wandered off ignoring her. We can handle being told "Sorry, we can't correct your order input mistakes" but they were pretty rude about it. Same woman then let people in the building know they should order on the kiosk since she "has to do everything here!"

Handwritten signs direct you to where you order and the staff is so pleasant to make you the best deli sandwich that you can dream up. Waiting for the fresh sliced meat doesn't feel like a wait at all.. as you can look around and peruse their Oakmont decor. Hanging old letterman jackets, propping up photos like the mantle is in your living room.. you can feel the hometown and the warm family environment. I ordered the Bertha's Buffalo Chicken Wrap with Hot Sauce. They loaded the wrap with plenty of chicken and the fresh pops of cucumber were such a pleasant relief from the buffalo sauce. Unwrapping my lunch and finding the classic deli pickle was all a lovely throwback. After your order is ready, they call your number up to the counter and take payment... and that's when I spotted the Deli Brownie. Wrapped in Saran Wrap and unassumingly marked $2, I knew these bad boys were most likely scratchmade today like a school bake sale. The brownie was soft and rich with chocolate goodness. The perfect compliment to a delicious quick meal. Pop in to Oakmont Deli - you'll be satisfied!
