I know ,what should I expect at a fast food place ,but food poisoning isn't one of those things. When driving up at 7 o'clock in the evening, I see two people in KFC aprons sitting in front of the building right by the entrance smoking cigarettes I walked past them went in the store. They immediately followed me and went directly behind the counter and asked me for my order. The smell of cigarettes still permeating from them. I proceed to make my order noting and no point that I see anyone washed their hands. I asked her if they washed her hands and the girl at the counter said oops. Went in the back for 10 seconds and came out. I ordered a breast meal my wife got fingers. I noticed immediately that the chicken I ordered tasted hard. You could tell the breast have been around for a while. My wife said the fingers had a strange taste to them. She was not accustomed to.. she immediately complained about stomach pain didn't finish her meal and had a bad stomach ache. The rest of the evening I was awakened in the middle of the night with violent stomach, cramps and massive projectile. You know what. The service is always been poor kind of except that going in Butt. I'm not dealing with the sickness. I went through last night because of this restaurant I don't know about any of the other branches, but I do know about this one. my suggestion is don't risk eating here if you value your life read more

Mixed emotions for this location. I've had visits where it was fresh and amazing delicious chicken and other visits when it is terrible. It's like there's no for sure way to be sure when it will be decent but it seems earlier the better. I've had a few visits where everything was terrible and I've stopped and gotten the freshest tastiest chicken ever. It's such a mixed bag of emotions. I guess check them out and if you're food isn't fresh swing back around and tell them. Best of luck! read more

Very sad. We have been having issues with this place past few visits. Food is either just ok or awful. NEVER going back. We gave very simple instructions (which they have not had an issue with following before) to accommodate my food allergy and had an partially opened box THROWN into our car. Then slammed the window, had to honk for the rest of my food. A manager was present. read more

Waited for 10 minutes at 8:07pm while I tried calling the store and knew they were open til 10pm just to drive around and see two employees touching each other at the drive thru window. I was completely appalled I don't ever have KFC and wanted to try something different, but never at this location if any. read more

The general manager called me a bitch and let the person behind me skip in front of me in the drive thru line and had the nastiest attitude and talked to me in the most aggressive rudest nastiest way I've ever experienced in my life. She ignored me at the ordering speaker at the drive thru and when I pulled up to the window she also ignored me. She also ignored me when she saw me when she stuck her head out the window and closed the window in my face twice before and after picking up my rapid pickup and had the whole place closed I couldn't even go in the establishment because they are short staffed. She should've had the inside open for just quick pick up only and have the dining room closed. I shouldn't of had to go through a drive thru for my rapid pickup of the blueberry lemonade. read more

Wow. Ordered 3 meals online and all were short items . No drinks for any meals, shame on me for not realizing. No sauces for any meals despite specifically selecting sauces. No fries with one combo meal. No cookies with the famous bowl. Ordered four additional biscuits and got two. Im not sure how you could get it that wrong unless it was intentional. This is a clean, friendly fast food store to get your chicken fix. Don't forget those fabulous biscuits that every restaurant in the south can make and none in the north have mastered... except KFC. they short changed me on my take out order. ordered the 20 dollar bucket, and one of their famous bowls. to begin with the order taker got smart with me because i was unfamiliar with the drive thru situation because i paid on line. the gave me an extra mashed potatoes which is in the same package as their famous bowls. probably to fool me. when i got home we were shorted the famous bowl. called the restaurant and they said i could come back and get one. not satisfactory. i would have spent more in gas than it was worth. called customer service and they said the best they can do is to give me a certificate for a free famous bowl. big deal i will stop just to get that the next time i am in the area just to get it. no special trip. i will wait in their take out line and insure my order is correct no matter how far the line is backed up. read more

I went here yesterday for dinner ordered a 12 piece chicken tenders 2 chicken sandwiches and 1 potpie and 2 large sides one mash potatoes and one mac and cheese after we got in car saw that the dumass cashier Tanoa gave us 2 potpies 1 sandwich small mac and cheese and only 6 tenders I was so disappointed and the sadest part is a chicken places was out of some chicken how how that's blows my mind it's like McDonald's being out of burgers do us all a favor and close your doors or get better management cauze the managers u got there cany manage for shit read more

Just did an order on line. Paid on line but when we went to pick up there's no special parking area or phone to call for them to bring out. No you have to get in the long ass line with everyone who's ordering. When we got to our hotel room there wasn't enough utensils, our sauce choices and butter ketchup not in the bags. It's nice because it's close to the turnpike and the main road going into Pittsburgh. The place was really clean and the staff was nice I got the 2 pieces friend the breast was moist and not dry which is better than most places. The biscuit was really good I'm always surprised how good there mashed potatoes taste. read more

This must be the KFC in Harmarville. There is no KFC in Oakmont, that I am aware of. The one time I tried the Harmarville KFC, had some sort of chicken strips. At least that's what was advertised. What I got were lukewarm rubbery mystery meat. Took a bite of one, chewed on it for a while and discarded it, along with the rest of the meal. Not going back. Ever. read more
