Okay, I don't like to be a hypocrite, because we all have bad days and want them to end, but the service I'm currently receiving in the drive through is absolutely atrocious. I work in the service industry and have since I was 15, so I do understand. I'm not just another asshole looking for handouts. I pull up to the screen to order and am created with "start with your order" or something along those lines. Not a very good start. Tells me to pull to the window for my total. The wait wasn't as long as it usually is, I think I went from ordering to receiving my order in 5 minutes max, however the usual wait time is awful. The older woman with glasses (and blonde hair maybe?) at the window was EXTREMELY rude and unprofessional. She tells me my total and goes to cash me out, but leaves the window open. She then proceeds to get shitty with the person trying to order and yells out "GO HOME" before closing the window and storming off. The young girl who gave me my food after this was very professional and did tell me to have a good night (which is usually skipped over). I understand working in fast food is stressful, I was there a few years ago. But you are on stage. You need to at the very least be professional. read more

Walked in 9 am Saturday to a vial supervisor dropping F bombs, scolding her employees on how they need to clean better when they close. Rude, loud and very disrespectful. Trashy, poor grammar and had no class or customer service bones in her body. read more

Well every time we are here the line is long as can be. The service can be hit or miss. The attitude is unreal usually. This last time when we got there we sat at speaker for a while and a car pulled up to the other speaker after we were already waiting. They took the other cars order and skipped us. We kept waiting and finally the lady blurted out the most why are you bothering me tone of "How can I take your order?" She should of just said what do you want? It would of been more fitting. Ordered two large sweet teas. Got two cups with two different colors of liquid in it. One with some ice and one with almost no ice. Neither of those drinks were sweet and I am not convinced that they were tea either. We did not know there was an issue till we were on 28. The wait in the drive thru alone would be enough to not go back to address the problem. Every time we go to this location the employees seem irritated and mad. They are unfriendly and seem bothered that they have to wait on us. Hard pass for the attitude and the food and drinks are inconsistent at best. Hot fresh fries? nope. Cold drinks? NOPE. Full drinks? NOPE. Make a caramel frappe why not only fill it 3/4 of the way and dump the rest of the mix in the sink and wash out the mixer... UGH! EVERY TIME well almost every time it is something. Really nice McDonald's next to the PA turnpike I'm really surprised there not open 24 hours but they open 5 am which is good enough. I really like the interior dining room and also the TV. The best deal is if you do The receipt survey online you get a buy one get one free breakfast sandwich. Also $1 large coffee is a great deal read more

We put in mobile orders to pick up at the counter and the doors were locked, we then went through the drive to pick up our orders and the gave us part of our order wrong, this is by far the worst McDonalds I have ever been to and definitely do not recommend this location read more

I've only ordered fries here but they've always been great. Drive thru isn't terrible and curbside pickup is pretty quick.

Absolutely terrible service, by management late night. We came with three people in a car looking to place separate orders, but the lady manager working told us she could not do that due to the fact she had to cook... I have never once heard this from a McDonald's... and to make it better she gave us our ice cream completely melted.... so thank you McDonalds for hiring complete assholes I will never return to this location... absolutely rude and terrible employees and managers I'd rather starve before coming here again.... read more

I wouldn't consider myself a McDonalds-lover. In fact, there are many better places out there that serve fast food that I prefer. Having said that, there is a large disparity between a good McDonalds experience, and a horrific one. I can safely say that this location, albeit new and in a higher-income area, may the best McDonalds in Pittsburgh. I'm not sure if it's because its new, if the employees are paid more, or because they care more, but of the two times I've been here when craving McDonalds (which is usually when I'm hungover), the Cheeseburger's I've ordered look like they do on television, and taste great. No sloppy mess thrown together. The fries were hot, the burgers well-made and put together, and not horribly made by some 16 year old kid who doesn't care. I've actually driven out of my way to go to this specific McDonalds for that reason. Keep up the good work. read more

I visited last week for lunch and went inside to enjoy my meal in the Air conditioned establishment. Prior visits are usually no issues. but this visit, I experienced the attack of Flies while waiting to order. I look around and there were flies on the counters, the ceiling above the cashiers and others zooming around. I asked for my meal to go and waited. My order comes up and its on a tray, I say that it is to go,that there is too many flies in here to enjoy my lunch! I was ignored by the order taker and the order giver. Avoid this McDonalds! I had two experiences with this location. The first one was the drive thru...once someon took my order, which took a long time...I was greeted with a "Hello" or a confirmation of what I ordered. I was greeted by the amount of money I was to pay for my food. Now, mind you, I'm always prepared for the money but I also like to be treated like a customer. There was never a word uttered except for the amount of money I owed. Once the money exchange took place - I waited for my bag of food/drinks and there was never another word uttered. A "Thank You" would be something I would have expected. Instead - I simply said "Goodbye" to the unfriendly staff. My other exchange took place on a friday night and after looking at the drivethru I decided to go inside and order my food. The person at the register was very friendly and made up for the last time I visited the restaurant. I ordered a premium wrap and waited...and waited...and waited... I saw all of the drive-thru customers getting their food - even as mine was ordered first and no one seemed to be making the wrap. There was only one person making food while others were getting drinks, waiting on the register, and waiting for the lone girl to prepare all of the food. It was very chaotic and at one point - I asked for my money back if it's going to take so long. With that, the person who I think was the Manager, or one of the two who I thought was Management material jumped behind the food prep line and donned a pair of latex gloves to start my wrap. My request for a refund when unanswered and eventually I recevied my food, an apology and some kind of card giving me something free on my next visit for my troubles. Ok so not the first time come through but I know calling and complaining won't do much good other than an apology... so their speaker was on the fritz when I pulled up and I couldn't understand what was said when the woman on the other end spoke... so I remained quiet as I tried to replay it in my head to decipher what was said, then she asks a second time more snappish... ok I came through during a rush so I can understand having a bad day... I'll let that slide. So I get my order, and the woman handing me my food was much kinder, so I'm assuming they swapped out, I get home and my burgers are rare.... now I don't have any problems eating my own burgers when I cook them rare but I don't recall asking for rare and part of that order was for my daughter. 2 stars down because both mine and my wife's burgers were rare, 3 because of the good service I usually get and how kind the lady at the second window was. read more

This is honestly the SLOWEST service you could possibly get at a 'fast food' place. On 2 different occasions I have pulled away while waiting for food in the drive through because I simply didn't have time to wait any longer.
