Just wanna come back on here with an update. Went here the other day and just absolutely LOVED everything I got. There was a sl**ty amount of cheese up in my Crunchwrap which is exactly what daddy ordered. Even got upgraded to a large drink because I "really filled them jeans out" which was epic. The manager guy there regaled me with the story of the man who tried to run from the cops by walking out on the frozen river which was like dinner and a show. Order was taken wrong, told them screen was wrong when they asked, seemed to fix on screen. Drove through, paid, was told I would get receipt when food came out. Never got it, pulled over checked order, wasn't right and pepsi was flat but I was afraid to even say anything. When I went in, dirty looks and I told them the mistake, wasn't right on 2 out of 3. I put the wrong ones on the counter. I waited for the order and got them with dirty looks they never took the wrong one away. II get home and open up the two tacos to find that they are absolutely still wrong. So I ended up getting one taco instead of 3, pepsi not good and afraid if I called or went back I can't imagine the looks and responses. Really bummed, liked going there, but orders always wrong and everyone miserable. Won't be back probably. Also, parking lot horrible. read more

This store exemplifies everything wrong with fast food today. I ordered ahead on the app, the order was not ready for 15 minutes after my requested time. I also waited at the counter for over 10 minutes before an employee acknowledged my existence. Not enough employees, and the ones there were not competent enough to keep it running smoothly. We cannot continue to vote with our dollars to this industry, as it's not fast, the food is not good for you or in taste, and it's as expensive as sit down food now. read more

Seemingly can't give out the correct food, everytime I order from here at least one thing is wrong with my order. Going to suggest finding another tacobell to eat from. Also taco shells are stale, meat is cold, overall a bad experience eating here. read more

Went there 1-16-2023 and ordered a Mexican pizza and an order of cinnamon twists to go. The Mexican pizza had an unusual aftertaste. I ate 3/4 of it. Then, I tried the twists. HORRIBLE! Some kind of chemical taste. I couldn't get it out of my mouth. I asked my GF to try and she promptly spit it out. What kind of garbage are they serving? They can't hire enough people and moronsxare working in the kitchen. I won't be back. read more

They only had 2 employees on a friday night and i was told it would take 20 minutes for my mobile order. Maybe if management could schedule people correctly and screw over employees and customers, the location would work out better. I ordered maybe 10 minutes before i arrived and only got to the window after 25 minutes. stop being cheap, taco bell read more

Im very surprised by the negative comments on here about the Taco Bell in Harmarville. They must have new management as this was the most professional experience I've ever had at a fast food restaurant. The staff reviewed my order to ensure it was right, was very polite and had my order ready by the time I paid. My daughters even commented on how nice the staff was. I will never go to the TB in Waterworks again and will take my TB business to Harmarville in the future. read more

Every once in awhile I get in the mood for Taco Bell and nothing else will do the trick. I ordered through an app and per the instructions, I gave my name and was greeted with an annoyed tone. I get it, it's not a pleasant job and I don't expect people to be as happy as a box of puppies, but I'd also like not feel like I just insulted them. When I said my name was Miles, the worker responded with, "Rick?". I'm when I said my name again, I just heard back an annoyed, "mhmm". When that was followed by more silence, I took that as my cue to drive around. When I got my food home and started to eat my tacos, the meat wasn't just cool, it was cold. It seemed like it was pulled from a fridge and just placed in a shell. The only plus was that they didn't skimp on the sour cream and tomatoes. I'm just taking this as a reminder of why I should just hit Chipotle instead. Lesson learned, Chipotle. I won't stray from you again I placed an order for Taco Bell yesterday thinking it was in New Kensington, but it was sent to the Harmar location. I was apprehensive about going, but just like Jeff Daniels once said in Dumb and Dumber, they totally redeemed themselves! The tacos were a great temperature, the hard shells were crispy, and it seemed like they didn't pit the order together until I drove up to the window and I appreciated that. I rarely go to Taco Bell, but I'd easily say that this was the best meal I've had at one in a long time. read more

This Taco Bell is the worst Taco Bell I've ever been to. The lady working seemed to be working alone. She was a little snippy when ordering and the food took forever. Then, the food came and looked like someone who has never made food made it and we have felt sick ever since. Hopefully it's just bad ingredients and not straight up food poisoning. read more

Place absolutely sucks! They constantly screw up orders and you don't realize it until you get home. Once again there was food missing from our order so my wife called and had to drive all the way back down there. Asked for the manager and the guy said he was the manager, my wife said she wanted a refund or credit for having to drive down there once again and the manager said he couldn't do that because somebody wasnt there to do that? How in the heck is this guy the manager if he can't process a simple transaction like that! It's bad enough that they serve grade 4 beef which is basically cat food let alone they can't even process an order and read from a screen and put the ingredients in the bag it's not rocket science morons! read more
