Nice people working, but the worst Chicken Egg Rolls and Veggie Spring Rolls. I don't know what they have done to their recipes, but every other Asian place is better. The Orange Chicken is good as always, but had too much White Rice. I couldn't change this because it was with a coupon. Or perhaps they might have changed it anyway if I asked, since they have good people. Recommendation, anything but the rolls. OK it was a beautiful day so my wife and I went out to cruise a bit. Well my wife almost got whiplash as I drove by this Panda Express. Needless to say I made a quick u-turn, just to score a few points with the wifey. We ordered 3 chicken egg rolls. Why 3 for 2 people? Hmmm. My wife loves egg rolls. The egg rolls were very large but they were just a little bit overcooked. The brown color gave it away. We used the drive through. The young lady was such a positive smiley person. Wanted to change my fountain drink for a different drink since they were out of the drink I wanted had to dig in the trash for my receipt because they couldn't just charge for the $0.50 difference. The manager couldn't care less that this drink exchange could have been an easy transaction but had to make it a big deal because of the price difference. Then the employee was all mad at me cause I wanted my drink change like it was outrageous for me asking for what I want to drink. I told her let me pay for a whole new drink since it bothered her so much, she said she was giving it for free "this time" like she thinks I live to go get free drinks of restaurants. We picked up dinner here with 3 entrees, noodles and sides. We are staying in a hotel and got a bottle of Chardonnay and had a very nice dinner in our room. This place has been disappointing over and over. As you can see in the picture attached there is more rice thank the actual entree. After you picture the red bell peppers there is really not much there. Red bell pepper actually makes me sick with I eat it and I have asked many times if they could cook it without the red bell pepper. There is no consideration just automatically shout down with a "No". Even at McDonald's you can order a hamburger with no tomatoes no lettuce no pickles. Really Panda Express!?!?!? I might as well go to chipotle and ask them just put a little bit of rice and I ordered more chicken and whatever else I need on it. First and foremost, I do very much enjoy Panda Express. This location seems fairly busy most of the time and today was pretty busy. The girl taking our order was very friendly and attentive and quickly served us our food. Once we got to the cashier to pay it was like they were a little confused on who was supposed to be taking our money. My wife and I went to sit down walking across very sticky floors and once we sat down we noticed a trail of hundreds of ants. Our food was 4/5, service was 3.5/5 but the cleanliness was 2.5/5 for my score of 3/5. Food, Service and Cleanliness must be a priority. read more

This location is absolute garbage. For how much traffic goes in and out of here you'd think they'd step up their game. They are always out of SOMETHING. We went for four meals to go, ordered inside and one of the entrees was headed to a plant for someone working nights. They were out of several things and the guy looked upset that even asked. When Ruth rang up our order I asked if we could swap an apple juice box for a cup and was told that was $1.25 up charge. So I questioned this and the manger stepped in and explained their entire philosophy on why it's healthier for kids to drink juice over soda...ummm what if he doesn't like juice, is allergic to apples, wants water or tea? Like what?!? Ok so I pay it and I ask the manger "so when you run out of something you're just out?" And she said yes ma'am but we've been cooking all day. Ok lady I didn't need a justification for your job?? Then went to get Diet Coke, they're out..I ask for now or all night? They say they'll get more, thanks. Then I look and there's no napkins (remember one is going to someone's work) so I ask if they're out all night or just for now? Ruth told me all night. She gets paper towels and I asked if they're letting people in drive thru know they don't have napkins or if they're just hoping they won't notice? When I think of Panda Express, I think of fast Asian-fusion food with decent sized portions. That was not the case at the Panda on Fairmont. After waiting in line for HALF AN HOUR, an extremely rude girl took our order, telling us that they "didn't have" almost everything we requested from the menu...keep in mind, this is three hours before closing with a long line of hungry people...maybe make more food? Once our order was finally "accepted" and we made it to the window, we were told to park in front of the building and our food would be brought out to us. I kid you not, we waited ANOTHER thirty-minutes alongside a slue of other cars. Now, I wish I could tell you that we got our food and all was good, but not with this Panda Express! I'm guessing their goal is to create the worst experience possible! We opened the food containers to find a bed of onions and bell peppers, with THREE MORSELS OF MEAT. I genuinely thought I might be on a hidden camera show because there is no way that someone would think that is acceptable to serve. But once again, never say never with the Panda Express on Fairmont! Oh! And as if things couldn't get any worse, our drink orders were wrong. My coworker and I went there to get the dollar T-Mobile new shrimp dish. I also ordered a teriyaki bowl with greens and rice. While the portions were small for the usual 10.00 price the shrimp itself was tasty. However.. most of that dish was rice. We had to put sauce from home in it just to be able to eat it and so few shrimp. The one good thing it was only 1.08 for it this time. The teriyaki chicken consisted of thighs sliced poorly and not charred at all. As it should have. In fact I tried to use as much teriyaki sauce as I could just to choke it down as the chicken didn't have much flavor anyway. The half green half rice was the good part of the dish. I am unsure I would ever go back, and I think that's all Panda Express not just this one that scrimps on portions and makes dishes not that tasty. read more

I tried this place again the other day and really enjoyed it. I got the Mushroom Chicken bowl with veggies, it was very good. Tonight I suggested this to my husband and he agreed. The food for both of us was delicious. I got the Mushroom Chicken again and he got the Five Flavored Shrimp. I gave them 4 stars because the drive-thru lane was S-L-O-W. I have never been a to Panda Express until just a few weeks ago, and I am now pretty much addicted. My husband and I have been about 10 times in the last 4 weeks and I look forward to our next visit. We've never eaten inside, instead we opt for the drive thru. The food is delicious. They have probably about 10-15 entrée options in the drive thru and I've had 4 or 5 of them. The grilled teriyaki chicken is my favorite followed by the honey walnut shrimp. I usually get fried rice as my side dish because the one time I got the vegetables, they were not my favorite. I like vegetables, but they have to be steamed until soft. These were still raw enough to have some crunch, so I'll stick with the fried rice or just do a la carte entrées. All in all, I'd recommend to anyone and I'm so glad my husband likes it because I like to go there! :-) read more

My kids really enjoy the food here. We usually do drive thru. However, there have been a few occasions where we dine in. It's not a very big place so finding a table for 3 can be a little difficult due to the size of the place. I don't understand why management holds its meetings in the middle table out on the floor. Each time we have dined in, management has binders, boxes, drinks out where potential customers could sit. They then tell us once we arrive to pick it up that they ran out of what we ordered and won't be making any more. They should have just made us our plate, cause they also didn't have anything else that we liked. We wasted our gas and our money and we would like a refund. Customer service was rude as a way to make sure we accepted that they wouldn't make our food. Will not be dining here again.
