Let's be real...we all know why we come here. It's the sauce. If it wasn't for the sauce canes would not be in business. That being said they've got it down right. The environment is always laid back and clean, service is always very very quick. They have terrible service, and they WILL forget your sauces. I went to canes 2 days ago and they forgot BOTH of my canes sauces. I called them today and asked for a refund or a replacement meal. I even had the old meal with me ready to give to them to exchange it. The manager, "Daniel" I think said that I can go get a free meal on them over the phone. I drove there, and when I went to pick it up at the window I had to explain to the workers the situation, and they looked annoyed. They called over the manager, and he didn't say anything and just touched something on the register and walked away. The workers at the register just told me that he took of the cost of 2 sauces. My long drive to canes for nothing. I told them to cancel it and the boy that was standing outside to hand me my food just said "okay, whatever" and I drove off. Canes no longer has my business until I am compensated. The sauce is the only reason I go there, and they failed to deliver. Also, there is NO reason why the workers should act like that, or the manager who lied to me. Also, don't worry because while they didn't gives me canes sauce, I did get the disgusting coleslaw. Then we ordered our food paid $50 for food I wanted lemonade for my drink while others got sweet tea or soda went to get my 1st refill and the manager said he has to charge me for a refill mind you we were there last week and didn't get charged. I can understand if I was on my second or third refill but how you going to charge for lemonade but not sweet tea so I emptied my lemonade and filled it up with soda. I am writing this review based on the customer service. I enjoy the food and no complaints. My family and I ordered $45 dollars worth of food and we were told to pull around and wait.....no problem. Before pulling to the side we asked for two cups of water and they wanted 50cents for. I feel if you spend $45 for food and told to wait the least you can do is give the customer two free cups of water while we wait in the car during summer. The food service is rather quick, the dining area is clean, and the staff are nice and accommodating. One of the cashier girls in the front surprised me by remembering how I liked my order for me & my daughter, which was a plus for me. Small gestures and remembering frequent customers is always nice & great customer service. Another particular reason I loved this location more than I already did was because a few weeks ago while I was waiting in line to dine in, there were two military soldiers in front of me ordering. Before even being called, the manager on duty, came over and comped both of their meals and told them "don't worry about it, it's on me today." It was such a nice and awesome gesture! My daughter loves Cane's chicken fingers, and we visit this location regularly. A lot of the time I'll get the Caniac Combo and split it between my daughters and myself. It's a cheaper option than 2 kids meals and an adult meal. Their chicken is very good, it's made fresh and is very juicy. The Cane's sauce was made to go with these chicken fingers, it's just awesome. I will agree with one of the reviews below regarding their French fries-because Cane's uses styrofoam boxes if the fries are left in them too long they will be soggy. Luckily we live close so that doesn't happen often. The worst thing I can say about Cane's is that their service is hit and miss. There are 2 windows, but both of them aren't always used.
