Unbelievable!!! I never though, I would be writing this review, however I am. The service is always top tier The facility is always top tier, as well! The food is normally top tier, although on this visit that tier was not obtained. Everything about Chickfila says come again and that's the reason, that I always do. This was drive thru visit and there were not many cars. After eating the warm fries, the eating halts, because I feel crumbs. We've always enjoyed Chick-fil-A lunch/dinner menu so after receiving FREE breakfast sandwich coupons at the Astros game... Came here for our first Chick-fil-A breakfast. The drive thru line was a lengthy wait. I picked the wrong lane because the other line moved along smoothly. Ugh. Once it got to be our turn, the girl who took our order was friendly. I asked her opinion which sandwich out of 4 choices was the best. Unfortunately, she wasn't much help... she hadn't tried them. Ah well, despite that, I still feel that Chick-fil-A service is always top notch. We picked the chicken biscuit sandwich and the Chick-n-minis 4-pack. We added in an order of hash browns and 2 large waters... total came to $1.29! Can't beat that! As for the food... I wasn't a huge fan of the chicken biscuit sandwich. Understand though, I loved he chicken filet ON IT'S OWN. I loved the biscuit ON IT'S OWN but the combo of the textures: the slightly chewy, tough to bite chicken filet paired with the ultra delicate biscuit just didn't do it for me. I'm glad we didn't pay for it. I wouldn't order it again. My son didn't care for the yeast rolls on the chick-n-minis. He ate the nuggets out of the mini sandwiches. I ate the rolls and liked them. Maybe I should have gotten those instead. The hash browns were good. All in all, I'm not a huge fast food breakfast fan to begin with and I wouldn't get it here again. Bought a half dozen cookies today 7/3/24, around noon. I die for chic fil A cookies. I'm there biggest supporter and customer. Today was one out of the norm. There cookies were not fresh. They tasted stale. I was disappointed. I usually buy from the Chic Fil A close to my house on business center drive but because I was at Home Depot, I decided to stop by that location. The employees here are so nice, it makes me uncomfortable. I love the consistency here. Temperature of food, taste, and staff friendliness. It really feels like southern hospitality. You can never go wrong with this here. I ordered a Cobb salad with Garden Herb Dressing. I didn't really like the dressing. This is the third different dressing that I've tried with this salad but I can't seem to find one that compliments it. I've also tried the avocado ranch and the honey mustard. First time I've ever had an unpleasant service at any chick-fil-a. This morning upon arriving I parked in a curbside space, a big guy quickly comes out and says they aren't taking curbside orders this morning due to the weather (understood. But he then made me feel rushed to go to the drive thru line. I get in the drive thru line and my order hadn't completed, the lady tells me to come to the window. At which point she tells asks me to go park in the front and let my order finish processing then get back in the line I told her that was to much and if the guy wouldn't have made me feel rushed in the first place, there would be no need for all of this. This isn't the first time their customer service has lacked and a main reason I don't patronize this location as often! Chick-fil-a has set a bar in which they are failing to meet. S/N: I left that location and went to another in the area, with no issue! They brought it to my car, we're pleasant, and even went back in for another container I requested. My daughter felt like Chick-fil-A for our mom/daughter date. We choose to dine in and upon entering we're greeted by Jasmine at the counter. In the few moments it takes to order, this young lady called me by name, several times, while she completed our selections. She also found time to be complimentary of my daughter. All in a matter of the few moments we were at the counter. While enjoying our meal, Jasmine had personally, along with some fellow staff members, checked in with us several times to make sure our drinks were full and if we needed anything else. It's been a minute that I've sat inside any fast food place but the service I received today was over the top! It's chickfila man. Got breakfast for my daughter. They're so efficient with ordering and having log lines. What would normally turn away people from the busy road is a long line at a fast food place. We would think its going to take forever to get our food. Nope. They have employees standing outside taking your order - one in each lane. You can even pay by credit card. Cash at the window. It really trips me out to see the teens outside in the lanes, taking orders on tablets. They always look miserable, even though they're smiling the entire time. It's a quick and easy experience and the food cannot be mistaken, it's darn good! You can order your food and pay for it, before you even get halfway through the lanes. Really how could anyone hate on Chick-fil-A? They invented the chicken sandwich after all. And it's a damn good sandwich. One that tastes different than your typical breaded chicken sandwich. And they have good waffle fries. And fresh lemonade. And everyone that works there is overly enthusiastic. I have crowned them the kings of fast food. I usually either get the classic sandwich or the chicken strips with Polynesian sauce. While it's true that they only serve chicken and you can't get a good burger at Chick-fil-A, it's one of the best chains to go to if you're looking for a quick meal. Still so disappointed in this location. I Stopped by the location today as it just opened after its very long remodel. Ordered breakfast. Counter help was polite and nice as expected. While waiting for my meal I looked around the removal and to be honestwas not impressed. As long as they were closed I was expecting it to look better ..... The have reduced the seating area by say 30 ish % .and increased the kitchen size. Unfortunately that has not helped with all the issues everyone was experiencing with kitchen issues as the the wait to get my food was quite longer then before the remodel.. they have removed the island where you could pick up your own condiments and you now have to ask for them at the time you order. Once they brought me my food I left and headed into work. Get to work and open the bag and..... they gave me the wrong order ... and they forgot half the condiments I asked for ... This location is hands down the best location I've ever been to. I always compare it to the other locations I've been to and they always seem to disappoint. Don't let the line fool you, it may be long and extended all the way towards Home Depot entrance but it goes by quick! I'd rather sit through the drive thru than park and be blocked in by customers who are waiting for the drive thru. I always love when there's employees taking orders because it makes it easier and more organized. I had an incident where I did not get the correct order today because I think the cars were out of order so I ended up taking home the incorrect items but I still ate them all. Oops. read more

I come here often enough to well surpass CFA red card requirements. Great food, but the location has gone downhill vastly since my first review nearly 5 years ago. They are highly inaccurate with orders and often overcharge for modifications (for example, charging for a deluxe when you add lettuce and tomato to a sandwich). Most recently their cobb salads come without egg. Of course, no one tells you this when you place the order and they do not give you anything to compensate for the missing (and often considered essential) part of the salad. The absent egg is something that you discover after you return home to eat the salad with your own dressing because they gave you avocado rance instead of the apple cider vinaigrette that you asked for. read more

Service at this location has really declined over the last few months to a year. Today I waited almost 15 minutes in the drive through for a salad and I asked for no bleu cheese. What do I get? A salad with bleu cheese. As for the wait I get it, maybe you're short staffed so there's a little wait. Understandable. But now it's nearly every time I go I spend a long time sitting in the drive through. AND they have gotten my order wrong on numerous occasions now. I have been here a handful of times since my first review. I initially chalked up the poor service to how busy it usually is, however that is not the case. After the last incident while I was there, I am never going back. A woman was there with her children/grandchildren and plopped their dirty shoes on the condiment table. She left them there while she ate her meal at the condiment table. WHAT?! I looked around and there were plenty of open tables; but for some reason she not only blocked the table for the other guests, but had contaminated it with the dirty shoes. When she finally moved the condiment table was littered with crumbs and chunks of dirt from the shoes. No workers cleaned up the mess. Is it a management issue? Or just a bad vibe? The food is good as far as your standard Chik-Fil-A rest food. However, they regularly get my orders wrong if I ask them to Hold The Cheese on my Breakfast Burrito and/or ask them to make it only with Eggs & Veggies (Peppers & Onions). Last year, I would go there 6 - 12x per month. However, I'm just about done with them. I'm hoping this review will get back to Chik-Fil-A. I wish there was another CFA closer to me than this one. I told the manager on duty last month that I would keep coming to this CFA. However, I would start reporting all my negative experiences to Corp. Hope this reaches them. I love Chick-fil-A but i do not love this location. I've gotten lemonade with seeds, food that's been under the warmer too long. I probably haven't been to this location in years for that reason. I stopped today, hoping to have a better experience. My frosted lemonade tastes like the ice cream is going bad and after asking for no tomatoes on my husbands sandwich twice Mercy places the order with no pickles. My husband is allergic to tomatoes. Then the cashier quickly rings me up without scanning my app(which was out, i had used it to redeem points) and hands me the receipt saying to do it online. I won't be back to this location again. Park your vehicle at Home Depot and walk to CFA during busy meal times! It'll save you the frustration of driving in the restaurant's cramped parking lot. There's also a little bit of shade if you park near the trees at Home Depot. (All y'all Texans know how valuable shaded parking is!) I frequently visit this particular CFA and all the employees are cheerful and provide great customer service. But 3 specific employees stand out to me: Bethany, Dylan and Mrs. Elaine. I'm a little embarrassed by this, but Bethany and Dylan know me by name. Bethany always has a smile on her face, and greets me with "Hey Howard!" each time I see her in the restaurant. Dylan memorized my usual order. And it's not a simple order, since I modify the entree, side, and drink. (Yes, I'm a restaurant's nightmare customer). But Dylan maintains his adorable personality and is very cheerful about the whole thing. (And if you're wondering what I order, it's a #1 combo, sandwich with no butter and a container of Polynesian sauce, no fries-exchange for side salad with extra packets of dried red bell peppers, drink with 90% unsweetened/10% sweetened tea. Like I said- nightmare customer) Mrs. Elaine is a super sweet older lady who you can't help but love. Joy develops within me every time I talk to her and eating here just wouldn't feel the same without some sort of interaction with Mrs. Elaine. I really enjoy when she walks up to my table and we have some quick small talk. Props to Bethany, Dylan, and Mrs. Elaine for being fantastic CFA team members! Also, food here is good. This location is always innovating and always improving. They just added a third drive thru line!! Crazy!! Service is incredibly fast for how busy they are. My go to order is the spicy chicken meal with sweet tea. You won't be let down. I highly recommend this location. read more
