I usually order from here once every couple of weeks. I always order for pickup through the app which is really convenient. The app shows you previous orders which makes it easy to select quickly what you ordered before, if that's what you want. I can also use Apple Pay through the app. Once ordered, I typically am given a pickup time which is about 20 minutes. When I pick it up at the counter inside, it's always ready and there's no wait. A great user experience. I always order the Smokey Jack Panini (pic attached). It comes with nitrate free smoked turkey (the main reason I get it), bacon, pepper Jack cheese, Roma tomatoes, and guacamole on sour dough bread. It also comes with thousand island dressing but I leave that off. The app allows you to easily delete or add items to your sandwich. The sandwich is served warm, as it is put on a panini press. I generally really like this sandwich. Ordering through the app is a quick and easy way to order something relatively healthy and decent tasting, especially when you're on the move. We have been to this Jason's Deli at least a dozen times now but unfortunately, the last few times have been disappointing. First off, we feel like this location needs a bit of a deep cleaning and/or renovation. My husband and I were joking about the "sketchiness of the cleanliness" as we were pulling it. Joking they "toe the line" of "should we eat here or not?" Secondly, I ALWAYS get the salad bar. Always. The items haven't been fresh here. The biggest culprit has been the artichokes. I usually put a big ol' mound on my salad. The last 2x they have been FIZZY... which lends me to believe they are topping off old items with fresh items and it's never getting changed out/is old/fermenting. This particular visit, in addition to the fizzy artichokes, the sliced red bell pepper tasted off and the romaine lettuce was brown. (Sigh). I hope my salad stays down. My husband enjoyed his New York Yankee and luckily, this visit they correctly subbed his chips for "steamed veggies" like he asked. Last visit he asked for "steamed broccoli" and unknowingly the guy rang him up for a cup of broccoli cheese soup for an additional $5... we never went back up to get our money back and my husband didn't eat the soup. The kids always enjoy their meals: usually cheese pizza or pasta with meatballs and marinara. Then they gobble up ungodly amounts of the free ice cream. Today's visit, for whatever reason, the ice cream was extra "soupy" and so runny it couldn't even be put on a cone. The highlight was the girl at the register was friendly. I used to go to Jason's Deli somewhat often but hadn't been in a while and decided to go for dinner this evening. I checked my bag b4 I left so idk how I missed this. Clearly I was checking it mindlessly. They didn't give me the cup of au Jus for my Beefeater sandwich. Without it the sandwich is dry af. I'm dipping it in my gumbo and I guess that's helping but I sure was looking forward to dipping it in the au Jus it comes with. Also the rice in the gumbo is a little hard. They gave me a cup of fruit that I likely won't eat as well as chips. The fruit looks fresh tho. I'll give them that. Also received a pickle, which I don't think is usually included with the manager's special. I love pickles so I'm pleased with it. Service took a while. It took about 20 min for me to get my food while being the only car in the drive thru. I'm already having dinner later than usual so the drive thru slowness pushed my dinner time back even more. Had lunch with my brother recently and spent $41. $41!!! My brother made his own sandwich and added a fruit cup and cup of soup. I had a half sandwich and cup of soup with chips. We both got fountain drinks. I was gobsmacked when they gave me the total. If you want to eat here, consider these things: Fountain drinks are $3. A cup of soup is $5. Pickles don't automatically come on the plate anymore and you have to get them off the salad bar yourself. They are pickle chips, not spears. The chips on my plate were dregs. Not whole chips. The strawberries in my brother's fruit cup were nearly moldy, and they charged him extra for cheese on his sandwich. I doubt they make their soups from scratch, so our lunch was just "assembled." I know there are tons of places to eat in Pearland, but this place was close by and relatively healthy. I used to live here prior to 2018 so I'm just visiting. I remember Jason's being a much better value for the money back then. The quality has definitely gone downhill and unfortunately with inflation, the prices have gone up. Jason's Deli is one of my son's favorites, but I have never seen the appeal. My last visit here, I picked something up on the way to work. I got the Steak Po'boy thinking it was going to be a nice and hearty sandwich. When I opened it up I already knew I was in for some disappointment. It looked like they just threw everything between bread and wanted me to assemble it when I sat down to eat. The sandwich is described as having tomatoes and lettuce but I maybe had a few shreds of lettuce and one whole slice of tomato cut in half and shared between the two halves of the tiny sandwich. The spicy pepper they put on it soaked up the bread which made it almost impossible to eat with my hands. The steak was mostly on one half of the sandwich but just thrown on. It was not a good sandwich. I have been in the past and had decent meals but I definitely won't be back here. On to the next! read more

I usually don't eat here but I was looking for a good salad so I ordered the chicken club salad with ranch dressing. First of all, the menu said mixed greens but it only had lettuce. This should have been relayed lasted year when the company decided to take chicken chili off the menu, not sure why. Have you tried their chili and their new turkey chili...they don't compare and they don't compare to regular chili either. Parking is a little iffy but there IS parking - just not the best lot. It's shared by multiple businesses. It's awkwardly laid out. Anybody else care about this kinda stuff? SUMMARY: Children and idiots who believe they should be paid more. Ordered my wife and I a couple sandwhiches for dinner. Placed the order on door dash. Let me start by saying doordash did its job without any issue. The problem was when I sat down opened my food only to discover my sandwich has NO MEAT! How do you fuck that up? I ordered a pastrami sandwhich with lettuce, tomato and some basic topping. They put all the fixings on it and not the fucking meat. Still not the end of the world. I call the resturant and speak to Jason, clearly a young boy claiming to be the manager. I explain the issue and Jasons first response is for me to call DoorDash. Like its there fault that the restaurant can't make a simple fucking sandwich. So I explain to young Jason that its clearly not a DoorDash issue. To which he tells me I can come in to the store today or tomorrow and they will make another sandwich. I say well that's great Jason I guess ill have to go in tonight since it was my dinner you fucked up. Then I explain to Jason that the problem is I paid DoorDash to deliver my food so I didn't have to leave the house. Now I'm being asked by the manager of the team that can't even make a fucking sandwhich to drive in so they can make me another. No point did Jason say hey you know what that sucks I'm sorry we can't manage to do our jobs right. I'm sorry you now have to drive 20 minutes to pick up your sandwich. When people say that the pictures don't do justice to the meal, it's usually a good thing. Not in this case. My husband had a meataballa sandwich that did not look at all like the appetizing picture. There was no cheesie goodness on the top and the bread was so hard that he threw it out. It was hard to cut using a knife never mind trying to bite it. And the caprese pasta insalata that I received look more like a spinach pasta. It was hard to tell if there was mozzarella in it and the tomatoes were buried. This location is great. There's usually not that many people here and you get your food pretty fast. My usually go-to items off the menu are the salad bar, chicken pasta primo, or one of the baked potatoes. I do wish the salad bar was cleaner, but the vegetables are fresh most of the time. The fact that they give out whole eggs instead of egg crumbles is a huge plus for me. Chicken pasta primo is really good for the price. It always comes out hot and the portions are large. Jason's Deli has the biggest baked potatoes I've seen at restaurants and they are delicious. This restaurant will continue to be one of my go-to places when me and my girlfriend can't decide where to eat! read more

I'm not so keen on trying out deli's, but I went ahead and tried this one. The best choice I've made in a while I have to say. The restaurant has a vast amount of selections for sandwiches, and that makes for a great time! So I ordered the steak po'boy with baked chips, and the salsa they add on to the sandwich is divine. And to make the experience even better, they have these small trays in the middle of the place with cornbread, garlic bread, and sweet bread for free. Oh, I tried all of them, of course. To top off the whole experience they give free ice cream and who doesn't like ice cream after a great meal! The servers are quick and very kind, and also the place is nice. I had such a great time! I was getting an oil change across the street this afternoon so I stopped in for lunch. I ordered the Capone from the suggestion of Adam. When I received my sandwich it was a regular Beefeater. I started to eat it anyway & to my surprise .... a few moments later a nice young lady approached our table. She apologized that they delivered the sandwich incorrectly to me and offered to remake it the proper way as ordered. I hesitated but agreed because I really wanted to taste the Capone. This is the second time coming this week. The staff is very nice and professional! We were asked if we needed a high chair and the lady was going to get it for us, my husband politely told them we could get it.
