We tried the roast beef and cheddar sub ($17) and spicy Italian #7 ($15), both in the giant size to share. They were good but didn't wow me. I thought they were both a little dry and needed more sauce even though I'd already added extra while ordering. The roast beef in particular needed more of the horseradish sauce as it was a bit dry, and there weren't enough of the fried onions. The spicy Italian was a little better, with a bit more dressing on the lettuce on the edges of the sandwich. The bread was simple, nothing fancy, but good toasted. They put a decent amount of meat on the subs. The veggies tasted fresh. The sandwiches came out in a reasonable time. There were a few people who came in for pick up as well, as you can order online if you're really in a hurry. They're in a small plaza, and parking was easy. The employees were friendly. It's a very casual place. There's a good amount of tables inside to enjoy your sandwiches if you want, and it was mostly empty with a quiet ambiance aside from people getting take out when I was there. read more

I visit this place regularly but the service has gone down. Today, I walked in at 10:50am and one staff member didn't acknowledge me and was making sandwiches. He ignored me. Finally another worker walked in and said we're not open. I said why didn't the other person say something and he just shook his head. Edgar who was working shrugged his shoulders. I went inside and placed my order. I asked for easy mayo and mustard, especially since they tend to be heavy handed. I saw one worker putting too much mayo in my sandwich and I told him thats a little too much and asked if he could take some off. He did, but he seemed bothered. When I got my sandwich, there was no mustard, so I told them and presented my sandwich back to them. I was frustrated because this seems intentional or at least careless. Edgar says it was his fault, then proceeds to tell me that they are really busy, as if I wasn't also being served, as if I was asking for something extra. He argues back and forth with me, apologizing while making excuses, the whole time being rude. I had to beg him to fix the sandwich, he asked me if I want a mustard packet, I said can you just put the mustard on the sandwich? He finally does it and gives my sandwich back to me in a hap hazard way, crumpling the paper instead of wrapping it back nicely. I asked if he could wrap my sandwich like normal, he acted like I was asking for the world. He finally did it and asked if I wanted a bag, I said yes, then he slung the sandwich at me rudely. I did not accept it...and I told him not to give it to me like that. I told him you dont throw things at me I don't throw things at you. He did this in front of others and there were several people. First off the Owner of the company is a huge grass hole . The sandwich's here are pretty good definitely not fresh all the time but it is every once in a while . And the manager made my order when I got my order home I had brown lettuce which I know that's not an indication of fresh lettuce. Let me first tell you when I walked in the store the manager Shane was speaking with a customer who was already complaining. So I should've known then that this was not gonna be a good experience. So I experienced the worse customer service ever. Granted the place was a meet up place to do some important documents only because Starbucks doesn't have dine in right now. I went to the counter to ask questions about the menu but two people in my party was seated. I walked out to the car to grab a pin and came back in to someone telling the tanks they have to order. He then states people sit here for 3 hours and we literally haven't been in the establishment over 6 minutes. I decided to give this sandwich shop a try during my lunch break, and I must admit they are fast! If I was ordering my sandwich the assembly line was placing the toppings on there as I spoke, by the time the cashier was handing me my receipt the sandwich was done. All the employees are great, except for the manager. No friendly service, no smiles, no good attitude... I honestly think this place rates five stars if they would get a new manager.
