It's been about 3 years since I've last been here, and pretty much nothing has changed which is mostly a good thing. Same friendly service, same spotless tables, same glorious Texas toast. And of course, I'm swapping out my coleslaw for an extra toast + sauce. The chicken fingers are still plain and helpless without the Cane's sauce... I know this is a common complaint. You would think that after all this time, they would change the recipe at least a little bit. Luckily, I had enough sauce since I exchanged out the coleslaw. The food here is the best fast food you will have . Even though this place is packed everyday even the drive through has a line wrapped around the building . The food is good and delicious but not worth waiting in a hour or so line for . The staff here is good when the drive through and the vibe is good and not to good when the drive through and vibe is terrible. Also big name celebrities like post Malone definitely have a lil impact on this place for the better or worse it up to you . Also the restaurant inside it definitely promotes advertising for pop culture stuff that has its expiration date . Also the music is loud and blasting that they may get your order wrong also a speaker system and a mic would be very helpful for the staff here . Service can be slow, but if you like chicken, and you've been to ANY other chicken joint you know it isn't the fastest of foods. This location is right off Broadway, in Pearland North(ish). There's always a line of cars wrapped around the building. So much so that they dedicated a land and blocked off two way traffic to accommodate the demand. I usually walk in. The staff has always been friendly, and thus far my order has not been incorrect (As I knock on wood to continue that streak...). The interior has always been clean, almost new type of clean, and it isn't new. So kudos there. If you didn't know, the restaurant is named after the founders dog, Raising Cane. They are a canine advocating brand, from Louisiana. Take that, cats. Food ain't cheap, you'll be spending about $15 for one person. If you want a real deal, they offer BOGO for UH men's basketball games when we get over a certain amount of points in a game. They hand out tickets after the game. It's THE deal. Overall, you can't beat their strips in the Land of Pears yet. I've never gotten the chicken sando, as it ain't spicy. Popeyes will remain on the throne for the time being in the spicy chicken category. Give 'em a shot. read more

My family and I bought the Box combo. Instead of Cole slaw we got extra fries. The strips, fries and Texas size toast tasted delicious and it was hot as well. The service was very fast and friendly even though there was a huge line. We didn't go inside but the drive thru and parking lot were well kept. I highly recommend going to the Pearland location. This was the second place I visited during my first trip to Houston. They serve chicken tenders and they are good at it. The Texas toast and that special sauce they make is petty awesome and they compliment the chicken tenders very well. The fresh lemonade is also a delight. They also serve their tenders with a side of coleslaw but I'd rather substitute it for another piece of Texas toast. I'm not a fan of their fries. They are too thin. Thin fries taste like potato chips to me so I'd rather have another piece of Texas toast. You get my drift. I'm all about the Texas toast. This place gets packed around lunch time and on the weekend. This is my 2nd visit to Raising Canes (their menu is a little to small for me, I enjoy having more to choose from), but overall their chicken wit the special sauce is pretty good. This location provided me with a fresh and tasty kids meal before heading to my evening job. I always appreciate a fresh & hot meal especially from fast food restaurants (some fast food joints have been slacking in the fresh/hot area). Raising Cane's is similar to Zaxby's in that they're all about their chicken tenders. The standard meal includes chicken strips, crinkle-cut fries, a piece of Texas toast, and their special sauce. I've been to Cane's several times and came on my last visit while having some work done on my car. It's fast food so the interior is similar to any other fast food chain. Everything is good, I love the strips, fries, toast, and sauce. They also have lemonade and sweet and unsweet tea in addition to their soft drink offerings. My GF had never had raising cane's! I know right?! Well I was craving chicken strips the other day and what better place to go then a place that only serves that? This is the closest location to my house, however, it took a bit longer to find, since the GPS was off. It's closer to Broadway and 90. This place is probaly one of the cleanest locations I've been to. Their chicken is always made to perfection and you aren't waiting too long. I do recommend them to clean their restrooms though the men's restroom constantly always smells bad which is why I did not give a 5 star. Overall best chicken tenders and sweet tea ever.
