I was in pearland and stopped by Sonic for happy hour and grab the lil girl a snack. I ordered a corn dog kids meal and a single corn dog with a strawberry slush. There was no line and I was in and out in a flash. The corn dogs were lamp warm but were very rubbery and tasted old like it was made and sat under heat lamps, the fries were the worse they were cold and very hard. I asked for mustard and was informed they had no mustard how can you serve food and don't have a packet of mustard? Who eat a corn dog with no mustard? Was very disappointed in this location. Let me add the strawberry slush had no taste but was the only satisfying thing we purchased because it was very hot outside. read more

As usual service was extremely slow. Finally received cheeseburger, and guess what? It had no cheese on it. I asked for ketchup and instead I was given 5 or 6 packets of honey mustard sauce. I would think it was a joke except I have been to this location before. read more

Sonic Slushy to cool the day! After retuning from trip downtown to complete some photography, I decided to get something cold and refreshing and of course why not Sonic with their wide array of flavors. After a 20 min ride, I pulled up to the drive through around 8:40pm cst, I sat for a while to be recognized and ask hello several times and was not recognized at the drive through speaker. There was a Black SUV already sitting at the window, so I decided to pull over to one of the ordering booths. The car behind me pulled off. I proceeded by pushing the red button and waited again. After a few minutes of no response here, I decided I would just go somewhere else. However, I could not omit the fact that in my driving away, I saw at least 5 to 6 employees in the facility. So, I am not sure what was really going on, it just would have been nice to hear a response from the other side of either device, even if I was being asked to wait a few minutes more. There is nothing like the feeling of not being appreciated as customer, this was that feeling. Thanks for reviewing with me. Until the next time, Bye, Bye! read more

half the screens not working and when ypu enter stall number on app it says invalid. Used it several times in the past worked fine until they removed a bunch of screens to put mobile order only stalls that dont work. read more

Avoid!! You will probably not get your foods and if you do it's probably wrong. uncaring staff. don't use app for sure.

If there was a lower rating than 1 I would give a -5 star. They constantly cancel Uber eats orders and their service is very slow compared to any other sonic in town. I called to ask why my order was canceled and the lady just hung up the phone one me. I am not sure if it's the management or just poor employees that don't care. I highly recommend driving right past this Sonic. I guess it's too difficult for people to Fill up a cup with ice and tea. read more

This place is a trash. Don't even come here I wasted an entire hour just to tell me the ice machine doesn't even work !! This is the worst experience ever!!! Never coming back here ever again. I wish I can give it 0 stars read more

I had been going to this sonic for years. But no longer, the last year service has been horrible. I have waited 20 minute wait just to order. Or ended up driving off because of being completely ignored. I always see plenty of employees sitting inside so the issue lack of employees. read more

All I wanted was a strawberry LEMONADE. I sent it back and they STILL brought me a strawberry LIMEADE and all they did was take the limes out of the cup. Luckily I've changed my ways bcz I would've thrown that mess at their door. I don't drink soda like that, so a route 44 was definitely too much for me. Whyyyyyyy advertise fruit LEMONADE if all you're guna do is try to pass limeade off instead. IDIOTS read more

Ordered in the stall... "somehow" the order didn't go through?!? Just terrible. Wish I could give ZERO STARS.

HORRIBLE SERVICE, While I was ordering in the drive thru, the ladie was talking with someone in the background while attending me. Had to repeat myself multiple times. And didn't even let me order . read more

I wish I could give them a negative review. I will NEVER return and I repeat NEVER! I arrived through the drive through. Waited for 5 minutes and no one came on the intercom (No sign saying OUT OF ORDER) I drive around and pulled through one of the open slots. I proceeded to push the red button and someone with an attitude came on the intercom. I asked for 2 medium cherry limeade SLUSHES & 1 blue coconut SLUSHY. The price was $7.89 (What? For 3 slushees; ok it's hot so whatever) When the carhop gentleman came to my vehicle, he came with drinks instead of slushes. When I informed him I ordered SLUSHES, he said he could change them out. Minutes later he came back and said "That would be a price increase" ‍ Again, it's hot and my kids and I are still waiting. He finally came back and said the price was $9.50 (For 3 slushes???) I will definitely NOT return! Not so much about the price but the rude customer service and screw up on my order is definitely not worth my time and energy! Beware read more

I made a quick stop here before heading to my evening job (I had a taste for Sonic's sweet onion rings), unfortunately I wasn't aware that a mini onion ring only came with 3 rings - 1 big, 1 medium & 1 small. LOL, I will not order a mini onion ring ever. read more

Terrible service and after reading reviews, how in the world are they still open? I went thru drive thru and waited a few minutes before anyone came on the speaker to take my order, which I thought was odd because they had zero customers. I ordered 4 corn dogs, 2 large fries, and a large cranberry slush. I pull up to pick up area, put it in park, and watch one of their employees on break walk over to Chic-Filet, order his food, and come back with it and I said how in the heck did you go order your food and come back with it before anyone here even comes out to collect my payment or see me period. The poor kid said I'm sorry mam, but I'm on break. I said I didn't mean it towards you and he said yeah I can't answer how that happened. I said enjoy your break and I pulled away. While driving away I was watching the employees and the kid on break was getting ready to enjoy his lunch (as he should) and a group of girls were standing in the middle talking. read more

They should shut this location down b/c it's literally just the worst sonic I've ever been to. You wait for ever for just for your order to be wrong. The concept for customer service is non existent. Do yourself a favor and find somewhere else to go. read more

I'm always enticed by their cheap food and half off deals, so that would explain why I'm back again seeking yet another milkshake. Tonight, I decided to give their app a try, which works well, except that it's still limited to the same service and quality once you get to the store. The stall gave me an updated status, moving from the kitchen to being on its way out. But 5 minutes later, still nothing. When I did finally get my shake, it's half cream, and the cookies never made it past the bottom. If you're looking for cheap food, this is a good stop. But if you're in a rush or expect something a bit higher quality, consider other places. read more

The food is always great but they never want to give you dipping sauces, like I can pay for it if that's the issue. I also ordered an ocean water and it tasted like carbonated water; so I ordered another drink, which was the limeade slushie but they gave me cherry limade it was still fine I'll take it since they seem a bit annoyed and I didn't wanna bother the same lady again :( read more

0 stars. DO NOT go to this sonic. The management SUCKS. The people are all VERY RUDE, this place is disgusting. I opened my burger earlier and the first thing i see is this. Horrible service!! I literally waited in the driveway for 30 minutes to order with no response. There weren't any cars in front of me. The worst Sonic I have been to. Waited 45 mins in drive through for 3 dinks and an icecream! Never going back to this one...

My kids love going to Sonic for a "Happy Hour" slush. I don't love the long wait that is often involved. The wait is not usually because they are busy, but because they have a high turnover rate and it seems they always are short staffed. read more

Sonic at 10101 Broadway in Pearland, Texas. I would prefer to not give this restaurant any stars but it looks like they make you give it at least one star. We had purchased over $30.00 in breakfasts for the family and when we got home we discovered the food was hard as in overcooked or had been sitting under the heat lamp for a long time. None of us could eat it. I called and tried to complain to management but I could never talk to a manager. I called the corporate number and was told the restaurant was no longer open. I told them that was not true because I had just been there! Finally they offered my a free French fry the next time I go. I was shocked. I spend over $30 for food and you want to replace that with one French fry???? Now I clearly see why their restaurants are never bustling with business! I know that I will never go back to that one. read more

Quick service, good tasting food . No complaints at all, it's sonic you pay for what you get.

Waited at the drive thru (after being told to wait). The line kept getting longer. I said "hello" after about 5 min and no answer. Waited about 5 min more and decided to leave. read more

Don't come here for there new shakes!!!! Very poor quality. Shake was watery and very light on flavors, toppings, and cookies. They are nothing like advertised. This is the worst Sonic ever !! I watched them from the window as I sat in the drive thru for over 30 minutes. This is my first Yelp review but I'm making sure to write one for this unprofessional disaster. read more

15 min wait for a med drink only 3 car in the parking lot and 2 in the drive thru wtf

So - I drive up to the sonic drive through and the kid working the microphone says can I help you, so I place my order and he says $5.61. So after waiting 12 minutes for some Onion rings and tater tots for my daughter and her buddy, I comment to the car hop that when I go to the Sonic in Waller Texas, they say thank you for visiting sonic, may I take your order? And the Carhop replies oh that's not what how we do things here. And then I commented maybe that's why Chick-fil-A next-door has two full drive-through lines and you have me in the drive-thru and that one truck over there. Customer Service goes a long way. It seems to me that the 5-8 teenagers they have working here need some sort of adult supervision... until then, the girls can get Smashburger for tater tot's; they have more flavor anyway. read more

First time I've ever been told that they couldn't make an Ocean Water slush because the Ocean Water is an actual drink. It's blue coconut and Sprite and it has been made as a slush at every Sonic I've been to, including this location. But tell me again how it's not a thing. I don't remember ordering passive aggressive semantics. Maybe if the person taking the order was as salty with the tater tots as they were with their personality, the tots would taste better. But again, what do I know? read more

Last time I went my order took twenty minutes to complete and there was not a lot of cars in the lot. I got home and my wife's burger which was to be ketchup, cheese and pickles came with lettuce, tomatoes, pickles and NO PATTY. I would be embarrassed as a manager to send this hamburger home with someone. read more

I love sonic. However the service at this store is getting bad. Online order, still 20 minute to get my food. Ordered at 5:17 and we are leaving at 5:40. Saw the car hop walk my food out to the drive thru and the bring it back in twice. Stall 13 button doesn't work so I can't call. Walk up and was told they are really busy and they are short staff. I still had to wait for Uber to get her food even though she came after me. She was complaining on how long it was taking. I did ask for the manager's name and I think it was Vanessa. No whipped cream on the shake had to go back up, red button on stall 13 doesn't work. Nice lady put whipped cream on and away I go. Surprised the manager on duty didn't come out. Order is correct now, but cold food. read more

I don't usually do reviews but I haddddd to come on here and say SHUT THIS PLACE DOWNNN. The last three times I've tried to come here on my lunch break and order something as simple as a LARGE FRY, i always had to drive off because after 20 mins of waiting for French fries.....I've received nothing. And it really pisses me off bcuz I be hungry. But today was my last day trying this sonic...I've worked at sonic b4 and the max amount of time a customer should wait is 5 mins...if y'all can't hire any help pls shut this down. Very inconvenient to order FAST food and the shit take longer than 20 mins to be taken to the customer read more

My gosh. It took the guy ( young guy) 7 tries to get my correct order because he was too busy with his conversation on his phone. I was literally watching him text through the window. All I asked for was a medium mozzarella sticks and a small orange cream slush. I had to repeat that 7 times. Just received my food. I had a cash tip for the carhop but Marlen handed my food and left so quick I didn't have a chance to tip her. Service is horrible. Can't ever go wrong with cheese sticks though. read more
