This was my first time visiting this establishment. And I can honestly say the sandwich was delicious, they even allowed me a sample to see if it was a good fit . We ordered the tuna and sun chips, kids meal turkey and cheese, Philly cheesesteak. All were great choices. Placed an order at 8:29 for pick up at 8:44. I got a phone call at 8:32 saying they were out of bread. They canceled my order and since I was already on my way I stopped to get my receipt to make sure they actually refunded it. Once I show up I see about 5-7 pieces of bread. As I was walking in 3-5 people walked in before me and they were also told there was no bread when they actually did have bread. If they don't want to work then they should find another job. I was disappointed with my first ever visit to Jersey Mike's. When I arrived, I attempted to customize a mini sandwich similar to the buffalo chicken sandwich. However, the employee taking my order responded rudely to my request and later (when I was ready to pay) informed me that it could not be done. This was particularly confusing as she had initially taken notes on my order along with my friend's order. Additionally, the cashier, Marilyn, was notably unkind and gave me unpleasant looks while I was getting my payment ready. This miscommunication not only caused delays but also created an uncomfortable experience for me and another customer waiting in line. Despite this situation with the lady employees, the two man employees who assembled my sandwich were professional and courteous. I love these sandwiches! Specifically, I really love the #9 Club Supreme Mike's Way and with extra bacon and cherry pepper relish! OMGosh it's delicious! After I eat one I think about it for days afterward! The people are super nice. I rarely eat in because I can order ahead and just walk in to pick up my order in a bag with a handle. So convenient! I'll let you know if I venture out to eat a different sub from the menu. But, for now I crave the Club Supreme! read more

Like every thing else orders are easier made online. This particular location wasn't too busy so order was ready by the time I arrived. The rosemary Parmesan bread had a different spin but didn't pull the meat and cheese flavor away. The treat however was the Stubborn Soda! Sofa with a different pleasant taste. We visited Jersey Mike's Subs while on a search for a delicious philly cheese steak close to home. Several friends recommended stopping for food. The location is easy to find and has ample parking. We went between lunch and rush hour and were pleased to see that the line was short. The staff was very friendly and made the experience really enjoyable. I really like that they have different sub sizing options so that food doesnt go to waste. We enjoyed: - The original italian on rosemary parmessan bread with all the toppings except Jalapenos - Mike's Famous Philly on rosemary parmessan bread with extra cheese, mayonaisse and the red peppers - Sea salt and vinegar chips - Stubborn soda Everything was fresh and delicious. I ordered a delivery yesterday and two of the sandwiches were wrong. I had called immediately and didn't have a great experience with the lady I spoke to, but she did say I could have the sandwiches remade some other time this week. I went in today to get my order fixed and the man that helped me was incredibly nice and apologetic. I hadn't had an issue with Jersey Mikes before, so I was a bit thrown off when our original order was wrong, but they fixed it and I'm very appreciative! read more

OMG!!! My visit was amazing!! Ok so it was grand opening for this new location at 5675 Fairmont Parkway . The place was super busy and the staff handle the lunch rush like rockstars !!!! The managers were Greeting everyone and counter staff promptly taking and returning orders to the customers. It was so festive I took pictures ..lol In and out ! What more could you ask for at lunch. The sandwiches are amazing but this time I tried a #17 Philly Cheesesteak . It was on point! I highly recommend Jersey Mike ! Great job guys !! read more

I love the BLT. Yes, if you like BLTs, give it a try. It's one of the best I've had in a long time, but it's not on the menu.

You can go wrong at Jersey Mike's. My favorite is the original plus Mayo mikes way add extra lettuce. Hubs loves the Philly cheesesteaks. We eat here a few times a month. Service and food is always wonderful. Highly recommend. read more

I went to the Fairmont location with my niece and it was good, but they definitely need more training. I ordered the club sub on gluten free bread. At other locations they ask if I'm ordering the gf bread because of an allergy, and they did not ask me that. I order gf because I have Celiac. Normally, when ordering gf, they clean the meat slicer and the surrounding area, they use the mayo that's in the squeeze bottle, not the shared bin. They also use a separate knife to slice the bread. This was not done. When telling the employee what I wanted on my sandwich, such as the lettuce , onion, etc., I told her to remember the bacon that is included on the club sandwich, and she forgot it. I know they are still learning and have to work out all the kinks that comes with new employees and a new location...so I didn't say anything about the issues. However, if the manager had stopped by our table to see how things were, I would have told them. For what it's worth, my niece's Philly cheesesteak was good, so she was happy with the experience. Not sure if I'll return to this location. The area where it's located is a little too busy and the parking is not that great.
