The assistant manager was rushing through orders in total disarray and seemed to give priority to female customers. I ordered through DoorDash and waited almost two hours, only to find out my ticket never printed -- yet my order was marked as completed. When they finally bagged my food (after I had to speak up multiple times), everything was cold and obviously had been sitting for a while. I was patient for the first hour and a half, but as I watched several customers who ordered after me get their food quickly, I became frustrated -- and was met with rudeness instead of understanding. The actual manager never came out to address the issue. I understand holiday chaos, but this service was beyond unreasonable. I would give zero stars if I could.
