Today is national chicken day do we decide to feast on wings, you had to place order online to get freebies. We tried several times but the code was not working, so I called and was told you had to purchase a 10 pc in order to receive the free 5 pc. Granted nowhere on the site is that mentioned. They had a 5 pc special which is all I needed because it's only 2 of us eating. Once I placed the order the website stated free wings with any chicken orders but they wouldn't honor that so I was stuck with 15 wings. Oh well I will know next time. We went to Wingstop for the first time in a really long time. We always used to get the garlic Parmesan so we got those again. They were not as good as I remembered. A little dry. The fries on the other hand were just as good as I remembered. Delish. Service was pretty quick, we were greeted immediately. Restaurant on the other hand was a disaster. Trash all over the place, on the same counter they give you your food at (it felt very unsanitary because I didn't see anyone wipe the counter down the whole time we were there). The only trash can I saw was a tiny one on the counter that wouldn't even hold enough trash from one tray. All the tables were full or had dirty trays on them. I had to clear one off myself for my son and I to sit down. This is why they didn't get 5 stars because of the dirtiness of the store. Do better guys! read more

Ive been there 3 times this week and have waited around 30 minutes to receive my food which is fine I dont mind waiting but the chicken wasn't even fully cooked and my fries were cold as if they were made first. I eat outside the store so its impossible my fries got cold from walking from the store to my car which is parked right infront. What I did realize is that yall have a new team but I didnt see a manager checking up on said team nor food. I dont want a refund I just want a manger to actually pay attention to the food cause now I have food poisoning and so do a few other adults and kids that I know have been there this past week. I was treated hastily and the wings were not edible due to being over fried. Actually, I would give 0 stars. Pieces were so hard they nearly broke my teeth. I ordered the 10 piece bone-in with lemon pepper. My order was ready within 3 minutes, which did not seem right. The employees were somewhat rude. My order was takeout so I was unable to return it because by the time I got home it was just too far as I am a handicapped senior citizen. read more

I wish I could leave NO STARS. I placed an order at 10:30am for delivery at 11am. For some reason, Wingstop thought it was a good idea to take 30+ minutes to cook my wings. This was a 6 piece combo. Not an order of 50 wings. I called and spoke with 2 individual people and am not sure if I will be able to eat my lunch or not on my lunchbreak. This Wingstop has actually been the best I've ever been to! While the locale is very small (do not eat at the location in big groups) the food has been nothing less than great! It always comes out fresh and hot. They also don't drench their wings and tenders with an excess amount of sauce.(This is a personal opinion) Their fries come out fresh and well seasoned. From what I've seen and experienced the staff has been nice, I've never really had any problems with attitude or anything and have actually had a kind experience with a cashier who didn't charge me for a single ranch. (To management, don't come for their job, these are the experiences that keep us coming back.) Hopefully it stays like this and won't have any problems with the food or the employees in the future. 10/10 great service and great fresh food. This is my primary location! read more

I ordered Wingstop this weekend when they had the free $10 wings on there. I ordered a 20 piece with fries and it came out to $35. The wings were good and had a lot of sauce. Fries were crispy as requested. no issues overall will be getting more wings from here often. I didn't stay and eat inside but seemed clean maybe just the outside could use cleaning. read more
