My wife a d I have been wanting to try this place out. So I decided to stop while out in Pasadena (Sorry My love). Got in and went straight to sit at the bar. I was promptly greeted and given a menu and drink order taken. Place is nice and big inside with a nice outside patio. I ordered wings and at the bartenders recommendation I got the Hot Garlic Parmesan and my fave flavor Lemon Pepper with waffle fries and side of Mac. Wings were SO good. Nice size. That Hot garlic Parm was a great suggestion. The lemon peppers were amazing also. The Mac was ok could be a little more creamy. All-in-All it was a great experience and delicious food. There was a person standing out very close to the fence no smile not greeting nor offering eye contact. I and atleast 3 other patrons that I witnessed walked past them into the building to be turned around and directed back out side to talk to them. Called in to be seated.. table was being cleaned. I watched a 2 people employees sitting on the edge of 2 booths on their phones laughing chating. After 2 mins 1 of them left the other continued to clean the area. We were taken by host to our seat. Host graciously notices table was very wet and quickly wiped it dry for us. We sat I advised server it was my first time there, ordered. Server was quick to the point busy night I get it. At this point appetizer made it to the table. Person cleaning is still sweeping . Walking away, checking phone sweeping. This whole time the giant booth and table next to it are empty, but the broom stick is leaning onto our side crossing over onto our booth, by a little bit but still not appropriate. Food comes and it looks excellent. Person is still pausing walking away. Broom is still being placed on my end. I grab my phone to take an image.. Person quickly comes and snatches the broom and takes it away.While we are eating, another server comes and clearly is checking with their phones light under the tables to make sure the person swept up correctly. It was obvious that they needed to go back under the tables and chairs again. At the end of night, I was full happy and ready to go home. We asked for it to go plates.I was offered the option to tip and I did. We were two people, no alcohol, waitress visited us maybe twice,no refills, quick to the point service. Waitress never returned with a receipt. I wasn't even going to reach out to anyone until I didn't get my proper receipt.I ended up asking front desk, because I couldn't locate my server and attempted to help but seemed unsure. I found my server, and upon my request printed me a copy. I did try to reach out to pluckers. I left a callback request online. Still waiting for a callback. Worse customer service I've ever experienced! I specifically made it known I needed to be seated in a booth. They told me it was fine but I would need to wait longer which I completely understood. Whenever I got the message my table was ready they ended up getting ready a regular table.. when I said I I needed a booth they told me we would need to wait 40 more minutes on top of the 40 I had already waited. How is that even possible. Why would we need to wait again 40 min when we were already next. I have a boy in the spectrum it was really hard for him to understand we couldn't be seated anymore. I ordered chicken that came with feathers fried on them and my server and the manager was not disgusted or freaked out by this st all and actually excused it by saying it happens all the time. What?? I lost my appetite. They gave me four dollars off my meal. I should have received my whole meal free to start. The manager should have been embarrassed! She was not even bothered! I will not eat at pluckers again. Because I think that if you guys think it is common to have feathers fried on your chicken and not removed and blame it on the distributor, that means that you guys are not properly preparing the chicken..and I'm afraid that's just the beginning! First time I'm ever disappointed with my experience at Pluckers. My group and I checked in and were added to the waitlist, then briefly went to check if there were any open seats at the bar. Since there weren't any available, we returned to the waiting area, only to later find out that the employee managing the waitlist had removed us from it without letting us know. As a result, we ended up waiting nearly an hour for no reason. Better communication and confirmation before removing guests from the waitlist would help lol. read more

My nephew loves wings and likes going to this place for celebrations of his accomplishments, but pluckers does not know how to accommodate for big parties. This is the second time they have messed up hostess is honorary and snobby, and your manager, Roger is not any better and Roger was getting our table together. Was craving some wings while I was in town and decided to try this place out. Borough a couple people with me and they loved it! We were seated quickly even though the place was pretty packed. And we got our drinks right away! They serve water in huge cups which is great because I drink a lot of water! I ordered the 8 piece wings from the lunch menu with waffle fries and ranch. I asked for extra ranch too which came out with my food. I love when they don't forget! I got half buffalo medium and half garlic parmesan. The chicken was cooked perfect! And the flavors were spot on! It was all so delicious. And their ranch was a good quality ranch that complimented the wings and my fries because I like to dip my fries in ranch. I went during the NBA playoffs so it was packed. Definitely get on the waitlist so that you are seated within a decent amount of time. Our waiter was friendly and she did a good job. We both had wings and they are crispy, cooked thoroughly, and very saucy. I would definitely come back and try some other wing flavors. Many TVs to watch sports and it's very lively. read more

We went when it was busy and the parking lot was FULL, but a parking lot should accommodate for the capacity of the restaurant. People were parking at the business over and on the grass patches next to the restaurant. We were on the waiting list and as mentioned before we were struggling to find parking and within 2 minutes of alerting that our table was ready, they had taken us off of the waitlist. We let them know we were parking and the lot is full and they said we'd just have to wait another 15-20 minutes before they could seat us, which we did. We got sat and the waiter was trying to upsell us on almost every single menu item we ordered. She would ask a question and phrase it to where you wouldn't know something was an up charge but more of an option of preference. (Would you like drums, flats, or a mix?) I think if something costs extra you should definitely let the customer know, out of courtesy. Anyways, we got our food with a couple of wrong things but nothing we couldn't get over. The restaurant ran out of appetizer plates and knives so that was a bit odd. When it came time to pay the bill, the restaurant didn't apply the special that was going on that night despite meeting the requirements but we had already paid so I wasn't gonna go through all that hassle cause it didn't seem worth it at that point. When it was time to tip, the waiter never let us know that auto gratuity was already on the bill and just showed us the % tip options. I figured it was because we were a party of six and that is an industry standard but I just found it odd that if you're not gonna show us the bill where it's stated on there that there is auto gratuity then you should at least let the party know. I highly rate this pluckers specifically because of how good our service was. We sat at the bar since the wait was so long (our fault for not joining the wait list on a busy night) since the bar is first come first serve we were ok with that. We had 3 ladies taking care of us for drinks & food (which were also so good) they were even nice enough to give us samples of the different sauces/ rubs we wanted to try but weren't sure about. The drinks were also delicious! I enjoyed the night and the waitresses. 10:10 reccomend this sports/ wing bar over Buffalo Wild Wings any day. This is a great place to stop by and grab a beer and wings and enjoy some time with our colleagues. We got seated quick and got to look at the menu and order a couple of beers. We did have a new waiter who is pretty green but he did the best he could but I'll let the food speak for itself. The wings here were phenomenal! From mild to insanely hot this is a nice selection of wings and cold beer that you got to try. I got a fried chicken sandwich with waffle fries and some hot sauce and it was fantastic and all of the meals seem to come out hot fresh full of flavor so kudos to the chef. We manage to to get checked out and a couple of more beers throughout the evening but another great spot in Pasadena to get your grub on and leave full and happy. Highly recommend!! read more

I always love Pluckers and I do like and appreciate this location. I mainly go a lot during lunch which can be super busy but the staff does an AMAZING job of getting us in and out. They really do a great job of attending everyone so kindly, getting orders correct and out efficiently and getting us everything we need. Food is always hot, fresh and so good! This location is a drive for me but my sister loves this location. I will say that the wait time was long but aside from that the service was good. The food was good, I've been to multiple location in the houston area to Austin area and this is thus far the most welcoming location.
