the overall experience at the restaurant was a good one. We all had wings and the sauces used were delicious.

The food was great and service Was spot on. Place was packed watching games. Will stop in there again.

great service, food was delicious. ambiance was definitely there with the Astros game and also the Texas game .

Maria was awesome! Service was quick and hospitality on point. Good was out fast and hot.

Service was adequate. Ambiance was what you expect from a Pluckers. Food would have been good if we didnt wait 30 minutes (during our 1 hour lunch break) for it to arrive. You would think that the food would be piping hot since you waited extra time for it to arrive. The wings were slightly warm (on the brink of being cold) but the waffle fries were stale and C O L D. This is the 2nd or 3rd time coming here and the fries are always cold...ALWAYS....did you read that...!!!ALWAYS!!! Asked for a manager...manager never came. asked for the check...check came right away and the hand held machine where you pay, was hotter than the food! Please add a reaction to this post if you find the same COLD FRIES at Pluckers read more

Came in to watch an Astors game during Trivia Night at 7pm. They were busy and we were patient. After 3 tall Dos XX's and 1 Vegas bomb each, it took them 45 minutes of sitting there before a manager came and said that we couldn't have 1 more beer. We order fried pickles and 20 wings. $111 to be disrespected for no reason. They could have told us before we ordered our food..... Edited to add to Plucker's reply: communication is key. They could have offered us water or told us the limit before having a manager come and tell us we could not have another beer after being there 4hrs. All the bartenders had to do was COMMUNICATE that to us. Instead of just letting us sit there waiting for nothing. Guys sitting next who were already there had 3 tequila shots that we saw and no food nor water but no one came to cut them off.... read more

My wife a d I have been wanting to try this place out. So I decided to stop while out in Pasadena (Sorry My love). Got in and went straight to sit at the bar. I was promptly greeted and given a menu and drink order taken. Place is nice and big inside with a nice outside patio. I ordered wings and at the bartenders recommendation I got the Hot Garlic Parmesan and my fave flavor Lemon Pepper with waffle fries and side of Mac. Wings were SO good. Nice size. That Hot garlic Parm was a great suggestion. The lemon peppers were amazing also. The Mac was ok could be a little more creamy. All-in-All it was a great experience and delicious food. The ONLY reason the didn't get a 5 star is because the only give you 1 dip for 10 wings.. should be a dip per 5. Im spending more money but getting the same amount of dip as a 5pc‍ read more

i love everything about pluckersssss the food the sauce the drinks everything please come

This was by far the worst experience we have had at a Pluckers. It was a party 10 all women co workers. We decided to meet at your location for our ladies fantasy draft. First of all walking in the girl at the front made a face when we mentioned party of 10 Second the server was very slow and mentioned to a Mgr we made him feel uncomfortable. Third they said we could only have 2 beers no one was being loud or complaining until they were cutting everyone off for no reason..why would we stay at a place to be treated so rudely. Sadly our draft had just started so we stayed another hr w no service. I myself usually go to Webster locations but picked your location since it was centralized for all of us. If you all have that many restrictions you really need to post it somewhere..and it's not just Pasadena restrictions, we went across to Bubbas and was treated very kindly w respect w deserved. We are all women 30+ we just wanted to enjoy the evening away from the office and sadly it was a horrible and regretful experience! Also,it was few ladies first time to a Pluckers and will probably never go to another one because of this experience. All 10 of us will also be leaving reviews on Google. The server was Delvin and Mgr JJ read more

Great service and great food! We came at a busy time during a world cup game, we had to wait 30 to get sat, but it went by quick. The food was delicious and we enjoyed a holy mac before our meal read more

Once they sit you down, they forget to come back the food. was cold. Make sure the drink that they bring you last you the whole meal cause they never refill your drink . And my opinion, I wish never to come back the worst service ever every time I go. I always recommend everybody. I know not to come to these restaurant cause every time I try to give them one more chance they always seem to ruin my whole atmosphere with my family itsy reverent. read more

Waitress was really nice with us but this is my fifth time come to this location does five times the food is cold..... fries are super hard warm but hard....tbh out of the five time the only thing I enjoyed was the trash-can alcohol drink. Like I told the manager they need to pick up there game I understand the situation of how many people show up but there no reason for the food to be cold AT ALL ! I did get a gift card but I don't need the gift card I wanted to enjoy the food ..... read more

Pluckers Wing Bar - Pasadena - Fried Twinkie - Chicken Wings Near Me - Pasadena, Texas

My husband and I love coming here and we've never had a bad experience until today. We went in to celebrate Plucker's 31st anniversary and get the $1 wings. We each ordered 10 and when they arrived we realized we were only given 9 each. I understand 9 in one order, easy mistake but on both orders (different flavors by the way) just seemed too much of a coincidence. It took about 10 minutes for our waitress to be around so we could let her know. She didn't even apologize and immediately seemed annoyed. Then she asked if we would still like the other two wings. We said yes of course and she brought them over quickly which we appreciated but it just left us with a bad feeling. Is this something that they are trying to do and hope that customers don't realize? read more

I ordered chicken that came with feathers fried on them and my server and the manager was not disgusted or freaked out by this st all and actually excused it by saying it happens all the time. What?? I lost my appetite. They gave me four dollars off my meal. I should have received my whole meal free to start. The manager should have been embarrassed! She was not even bothered! I will not eat at pluckers again. Because I think that if you guys think it is common to have feathers fried on your chicken and not removed and blame it on the distributor, that means that you guys are not properly preparing the chicken..and I'm afraid that's just the beginning! What else are you not properly preparing. I was SICK the rest of the day. read more

Let's start off by saying the food was great yummy delicious! The service on the other hand not so great they ( a trainer and her trainee ) barley saw us the whole experience besides at the end when they asked us to pay and we asked for the manger they went dilly dallying like they did the whole time then They came back to ask again to pay before the manager got there and the manger did nothing and waved us off and then we had to pay up front cause when we wanted to pay there was no one there . Ps there was plenty employees and they were probably better read more

The food was good, but the service was disappointing. I believe our server's name was Lizbeth. She barely checked on our table, and we had a long wait for our food. Overall, the lack of attentiveness really affected our experience. read more

It's always quick with the online waiting list the food and staff always on top of things

First of all, the wait is outrageous. We waited over an hour. BTW, this is not my first time coming, but this time the service was bad!! We came in and sat outside, our server seemed nice, and we ordered appetizers and our entrees all at the same time.. We had gotten all of our food before our drinks....yet we saw him serving other tables too, and until he came to check on us after our foods and told him that our drinks are missing was when we got our drinks...but after 20 mins! We had also asked for a ranch but someone else gave it. All of our food was given by someone else, not our server. Also, the food was also warm to almost cold. Only thing that was good was the holy mac. No tip for the server. read more

Worse customer service I've ever experienced! I specifically made it known I needed to be seated in a booth. They told me it was fine but I would need to wait longer which I completely understood. Whenever I got the message my table was ready they ended up getting ready a regular table.. when I said I I needed a booth they told me we would need to wait 40 more minutes on top of the 40 I had already waited. How is that even possible. Why would we need to wait again 40 min when we were already next. I have a boy in the spectrum it was really hard for him to understand we couldn't be seated anymore. I felt very sad to be treated like this. Sad to say we won't be coming back. read more

excellent service - food didn't take long to arrive for it to be on a busy saturday afternoon. husband and I had a question about how the points work on our pluckers membership and our server explained what they were for. read more

Was craving some wings while I was in town and decided to try this place out. Borough a couple people with me and they loved it! We were seated quickly even though the place was pretty packed. And we got our drinks right away! They serve water in huge cups which is great because I drink a lot of water! I ordered the 8 piece wings from the lunch menu with waffle fries and ranch. I asked for extra ranch too which came out with my food. I love when they don't forget! I got half buffalo medium and half garlic parmesan. The chicken was cooked perfect! And the flavors were spot on! It was all so delicious. And their ranch was a good quality ranch that complimented the wings and my fries because I like to dip my fries in ranch. The fries were also perfectly cooked and nice and crispy! If I'm ever in texas again I'll definitely try this place again! read more

service was great and attentive, food was solid too. we were waiting at the door a few minutes before they opened and were happily greeted at the door which was honestly refreshing. Great food, service and drink!!! Didn't have to wait long to get seated eithe!!! A++++

*Appalling crowd management and a slap in the face to waiting customers* I understand that restaurants have loyalty programs and that premium members get perks like priority seating. What I don't understand and what is completely unacceptable is a restaurant actively promoting and enrolling NEW members on the spot while they already have a 100+ person waitlist. We had already been waiting for over 2 hours when the staff started aggressively pushing membership sign-ups to the crowd. Because they began enrolling people right there on the spot, a flood of new "premium" members immediately cut the line. This completely broke the queue, pushing our already exhausting wait time back by another 3 to 4 hours. It is incredibly greedy and disrespectful. To force people who have patiently waited for hours even further back in line just to chase instant sign-ups is insane operational management. Absolutely ruined our evening and completely soured my view of this establishment. read more

I went during the NBA playoffs so it was packed. Definitely get on the waitlist so that you are seated within a decent amount of time. Our waiter was friendly and she did a good job. We both had wings and they are crispy, cooked thoroughly, and very saucy. I would definitely come back and try some other wing flavors. Many TVs to watch sports and it's very lively. read more

food & service was great !! We came in with a big group and we were taken care of so so well!!

First time I'm ever disappointed with my experience at Pluckers. My group and I checked in and were added to the waitlist, then briefly went to check if there were any open seats at the bar. Since there weren't any available, we returned to the waiting area, only to later find out that the employee managing the waitlist had removed us from it without letting us know. As a result, we ended up waiting nearly an hour for no reason. Better communication and confirmation before removing guests from the waitlist would help lol. read more

Service was Amazing and Great Vibe to hang out with family and friends Keep up the great work. Wings and beer were AMAZING ALSO !

food quality 5 service speed 4 attitude 3 cleanliness 3 atmosphere 5 value 3 Arrival around 845. Busy weekday. Thats okay. There was a person standing out very close to the fence no smile not greeting nor offering eye contact. I and atleast 3 other patrons that I witnessed walked past them into the building to be turned around and directed back out side to talk to them. Called in to be seated.. table was being cleaned. I watched a 2 people employees sitting on the edge of 2 booths on their phones laughing chating. After 2 mins 1 of them left the other continued to clean the area. We were taken by host to our seat. Host graciously notices table was very wet and quickly wiped it dry for us. We sat I advised server it was my first time there, ordered. Server was quick to the point busy night I get it. At this point appetizer made it to the table. Person cleaning is still sweeping . Walking away, checking phone sweeping. This whole time the giant booth and table next to it are empty, but the broom stick is leaning onto our side crossing over onto our booth, by a little bit but still not appropriate. Food comes and it looks excellent. Person is still pausing walking away. Broom is still being placed on my end. I grab my phone to take an image.. Person quickly comes and snatches the broom and takes it away. While we are eating, another server comes and clearly is checking with their phones light under the tables to make sure the person swept up correctly. It was obvious that they needed to go back under the tables and chairs again. At the end of night, I was full happy and ready to go home. We asked for it to go plates.I was offered the option to tip and I did. We were two people, no alcohol, waitress visited us maybe twice,no refills, quick to the point service. Waitress never returned with a receipt. I wasn't even going to reach out to anyone until I didn't get my proper receipt.I ended up asking front desk, because I couldn't locate my server and attempted to help but seemed unsure. I found my server, and upon my request printed me a copy. I did try to reach out to pluckers. I left a callback request online. Still waiting for a callback. Probably will not be coming back evenings during the week. read more
