After 3 tall Dos XX's and 1 Vegas bomb each, it took them 45 minutes of sitting there before a manager came and said that we couldn't have 1 more beer. We order fried pickles and 20 wings. $111 to be disrespected for no reason. They could have told us before we ordered our food..... Edited to add to Plucker's reply: communication is key. They could have offered us water or told us the limit before having a manager come and tell us we could not have another beer after being there 4hrs. My wife a d I have been wanting to try this place out. So I decided to stop while out in Pasadena (Sorry My love). Got in and went straight to sit at the bar. I was promptly greeted and given a menu and drink order taken. Place is nice and big inside with a nice outside patio. I ordered wings and at the bartenders recommendation I got the Hot Garlic Parmesan and my fave flavor Lemon Pepper with waffle fries and side of Mac. Wings were SO good. Nice size. That Hot garlic Parm was a great suggestion. The lemon peppers were amazing also. The Mac was ok could be a little more creamy. All-in-All it was a great experience and delicious food. My husband and I love coming here and we've never had a bad experience until today. We went in to celebrate Plucker's 31st anniversary and get the $1 wings. We each ordered 10 and when they arrived we realized we were only given 9 each. I understand 9 in one order, easy mistake but on both orders (different flavors by the way) just seemed too much of a coincidence. It took about 10 minutes for our waitress to be around so we could let her know. She didn't even apologize and immediately seemed annoyed. Then she asked if we would still like the other two wings. First of all, the wait is outrageous. We waited over an hour. BTW, this is not my first time coming, but this time the service was bad!! We came in and sat outside, our server seemed nice, and we ordered appetizers and our entrees all at the same time.. We had gotten all of our food before our drinks....yet we saw him serving other tables too, and until he came to check on us after our foods and told him that our drinks are missing was when we got our drinks...but after 20 mins! *Appalling crowd management and a slap in the face to waiting customers* I understand that restaurants have loyalty programs and that premium members get perks like priority seating. What I don't understand and what is completely unacceptable is a restaurant actively promoting and enrolling NEW members on the spot while they already have a 100+ person waitlist. We had already been waiting for over 2 hours when the staff started aggressively pushing membership sign-ups to the crowd. Because they began enrolling people right there on the spot, a flood of new "premium" members immediately cut the line. This completely broke the queue, pushing our already exhausting wait time back by another 3 to 4 hours. It is incredibly greedy and disrespectful. To force people who have patiently waited for hours even further back in line just to chase instant sign-ups is insane operational management. Worse customer service I've ever experienced! I specifically made it known I needed to be seated in a booth. They told me it was fine but I would need to wait longer which I completely understood. Whenever I got the message my table was ready they ended up getting ready a regular table.. when I said I I needed a booth they told me we would need to wait 40 more minutes on top of the 40 I had already waited. How is that even possible. Why would we need to wait again 40 min when we were already next. I have a boy in the spectrum it was really hard for him to understand we couldn't be seated anymore. This whole time the giant booth and table next to it are empty, but the broom stick is leaning onto our side crossing over onto our booth, by a little bit but still not appropriate. Food comes and it looks excellent. Person is still pausing walking away. Broom is still being placed on my end. I grab my phone to take an image.. Person quickly comes and snatches the broom and takes it away.While we are eating, another server comes and clearly is checking with their phones light under the tables to make sure the person swept up correctly. It was obvious that they needed to go back under the tables and chairs again. At the end of night, I was full happy and ready to go home. We asked for it to go plates.I was offered the option to tip and I did. We were two people, no alcohol, waitress visited us maybe twice,no refills, quick to the point service. Was craving some wings while I was in town and decided to try this place out. Borough a couple people with me and they loved it! We were seated quickly even though the place was pretty packed. And we got our drinks right away! They serve water in huge cups which is great because I drink a lot of water! I ordered the 8 piece wings from the lunch menu with waffle fries and ranch. I asked for extra ranch too which came out with my food. I love when they don't forget! I got half buffalo medium and half garlic parmesan. The chicken was cooked perfect! And the flavors were spot on! It was all so delicious. And their ranch was a good quality ranch that complimented the wings and my fries because I like to dip my fries in ranch. First time I'm ever disappointed with my experience at Pluckers. My group and I checked in and were added to the waitlist, then briefly went to check if there were any open seats at the bar. Since there weren't any available, we returned to the waiting area, only to later find out that the employee managing the waitlist had removed us from it without letting us know. As a result, we ended up waiting nearly an hour for no reason. Better communication and confirmation before removing guests from the waitlist would help lol. read more

We went when it was busy and the parking lot was FULL, but a parking lot should accommodate for the capacity of the restaurant. People were parking at the business over and on the grass patches next to the restaurant. We were on the waiting list and as mentioned before we were struggling to find parking and within 2 minutes of alerting that our table was ready, they had taken us off of the waitlist. We let them know we were parking and the lot is full and they said we'd just have to wait another 15-20 minutes before they could seat us, which we did. We got sat and the waiter was trying to upsell us on almost every single menu item we ordered. She would ask a question and phrase it to where you wouldn't know something was an up charge but more of an option of preference. (Would you like drums, flats, or a mix?) I think if something costs extra you should definitely let the customer know, out of courtesy. Anyways, we got our food with a couple of wrong things but nothing we couldn't get over. The restaurant ran out of appetizer plates and knives so that was a bit odd. When it came time to pay the bill, the restaurant didn't apply the special that was going on that night despite meeting the requirements but we had already paid so I wasn't gonna go through all that hassle cause it didn't seem worth it at that point. When it was time to tip, the waiter never let us know that auto gratuity was already on the bill and just showed us the % tip options. I figured it was because we were a party of six and that is an industry standard but I just found it odd that if you're not gonna show us the bill where it's stated on there that there is auto gratuity then you should at least let the party know. It's a pretty hectic environment and has a lot going on (big screens and music) so if you're easily overstimulated this probably isn't the best place to dine. We're first timers so it took a while to look through the menu and decide on what to try. Luckily our waitress was being trained by someone who knew their stuff and we tried all the recommended options.
