Not a really bad place. Plenty of TV's to check out the sports. They usually book decent local bands.

Oh my GAWD! How did I not know about this place sooner…read more Nice Dive Bar/Honky Tonk joint with many pool tables, full bar, and tables to sit at and mingle with your peeps. This place is hard to see from Spencer Hwy but it is behind the Convenience Store in the parking lot. I know, I know, it sounds scary but it isn't. Nice friendly staff work hard to give you great service. Oh and they have a giant fireplace still inside from the old Steakhouse that used to call this place home years ago. Grab some friends and go check it out or go solo and have a drink at the bar with the nice bartenders. Smoking allowed here.

I rushed to get there when you told me the rotation was ending. I got there and the last singer in the rotation was still on stage, thus rotation NOT OVER, I got my song in and wasn't placed in current rotation. Instead was forced to wait and put in next rotation... Ok, no biggie. Then when you went on, you were told you couldn't sing a duet song that hadn't been sang yet cause someone else wanted to do it... And when I asked the KJ, he said you could have, yet you said you weren't allowed when you asked to do it on your turn. THIS kinda stuff is what turns people away from having a good time at karaoke places. When NEW people aren't treated fairly. Left a comment on FACEBOOK, and instead of owning the poor karaoke or doing anything to fix it, KJ Jake deleted comment. Won't be returning. Oh well... We gave it a try. It is CLEARLY not a place for us. Ended up going down the street and enjoyed our time at Da Pub where they Janene & Larz let us sing whatever song we wanted, and fairly inserted us

You can call me a liar, but I truly do come to Hooters for the wings. Out of all the chain wing…read moreplaces, Hooters is one of my faves. I love a breaded wing and it happens to be Hooters original style. Back in the days, you could find a Hooters all around Houston, but now they are becoming harder and harder to find. My local store shut down. This location is the closest to me when the craving hits. It is never busy at the times I have visited. Parking is plentiful. The restaurant is big and there is plenty of seating. They also have a bar to sit at as well. There are TVs galore which makes it a great spot to catch a game. Customer service is hit or miss here. I find when I come during the day, I get better service. The menu has seen some major changes in the last year or so since they started downsizing and going through bankruptcy. They used to have a pretty big menu with lots of options, but it has since been condensed to a handful of items in categories like appetizers, w=burgers, sandwiches, seafood and salads. Like I mentioned before, I love the breaded wings and I rarely order other items. They claim to be the inventors of breaded wings. I don't know if it's still a thing, but they used to have specials during the week. BOGO days were the days I liked to come. They used to have a bunch of flavors available, but that too has become trimmed down to a smaller list. I like to go half dry rub and half sauced up. My go to flavors are Cajun dry rub, garlic habanero dry rub, hot, and when I'm feeling spicy, the 3 Mile Island. When done right, the wings come out piping hot and maintain a good crispy exterior. I always pair them with the curly fries. Overall, it's a decent place to get some good wangs. That's about it. Hopefully don't shutter all their locations or it might be one of those places that you miss when it's gone.

The wings were tasty; I tried the honey BBQ, Caribbean jerk, lemon pepper, and garlic parmesan. All were really good. The cheese fries were a tiny bit stale. But the service was nice and friendly so it made up for the fries. Overall it's was a good experience
