(Like the bread & butter is good but, not something I personally would go out of my way for) Good service, i don't have any complaints there. Hostess was nice & server was nice. Walked in was greeted but told they only had 1 fryer working. So this meant only chicken tenders & fries from the fried menu. Mind you not ALOT more stuff than expected is fried. We had to switch tables because the booth we 2st were seated at was poorly cleaned. We asked for a another. We were moved. The gentleman that took our out was very attentive & kind. I had steak tips, they were overcooked. My sister had bourbon glaze salmon & shrimp, salmon was overcooked, my kids & neice had Alfredo pasta & tenders, they had no complaints so I was fine. Maybe try again when they have all Fryers working or when they have better non-furred food options.

Our 4 table top was ready within 15 mins. We've frequented different Texas Roadhouse's so we usually know what to order. Our server, spoke too fast and didn't have his name on the receipt so I can't say who took care of us. Overall, the service was mediocre except for the rounds of alcohol. He was definitely on top of that and trying to upsell drinks. I had to remind him twice for a set of silverware and the lemons he'd keep forgetting. He'd occasionally check on us for rounds of beer, but completely overlooked the need to refill bread, iced tea, and water until I had to ask for it. The sampler appetizer was good and my ribeye was cooked perfectly medium rare so this is the reason I considered 4 stars. I tried the seasoned rice for the first time and not a fan. It tasted dry to me, but the green beans were good. Overall, service 3/5, quality of food 5/5. The servers are inconsistent so you may end up with one that's great and another that's mediocre. I think it also depends on the location.

I added jalopeno for free to my burger (~13$ for burger) and it gave it such a nice kick. My bf said the food was bussin. The strawberry smoothie (~6$) took awhile but they did warn us and gave us water while they make it. The chili cheese fries were perfect, the fries texture was great and the chili cheese was nicely seasoned. Everything was delicious!

People must come for the deserts, sure not the food or service!!! And NO WAY for affordability !…read more Extremely Disappointing Experience -- As someone who genuinely appreciates good food and the experience that comes with it, I have to say this visit was exceptionally disappointing. The order was incorrect from the start. Interestingly, the receipt and stickers placed on each individual item were correct, yet the actual food inside the packaging did not match what was ordered. The meat was extremely dry, and what was described as a cheese sauce was not a sauce at all--it was essentially Cheese Whiz. Not exactly the elevated cheese experience one expects. I was also surprised to discover that, although the online menus prominently feature a kids' meal, I was told at the store that kids' meals were not available. As a result, I ordered a cheeseburger plain, without vegetables, with extra cheese, for which I paid an additional charge. Unfortunately, much of that extra cheese ended up melted onto the wrapper rather than on the burger. The burger also arrived with vegetables despite the request for none, and it was not cut in half as requested. The chili was another disappointment. The jalapeños were visibly wrinkled, dried out, and lacked the freshness you would expect from a dish being served to customers. The One Bright Spot The Tropical Açaí Bowl was, thankfully, delicious. It was wonderfully cold, refreshing, and easily the best part of the entire order. That said, even the bowl had room for improvement. The fruit was cut into such tiny pieces that there simply wasn't enough substantial fruit in each bite. Still, compared with everything else we received, this was the only item we actually enjoyed enough to eat. I was also asked at the kiosk whether I was a member, but no information was provided about how to become a member or what membership offered. It felt like a missed opportunity to engage with a customer. Bottom Line $78.50 spent. One item consumed. The Tropical Açaí Bowl was the only item we ate. For that price, I expected quality, accuracy, freshness, and attention to detail. Instead, the experience was marked by incorrect food, poor preparation, missing or unwanted ingredients, and a general lack of quality control. This was not simply a case of one disappointing dish--it was an entire order that missed the mark in multiple ways. Unfortunately, $78.50 for one enjoyable item is a very difficult experience to justify. Very, very disappointed.
