I wanted to be happy. It started great! Drinks that were delicious. Appetizers that were delicious and huge. We sat at the bar. Four other tables were there before. Ordered dinner and had a full conversation about the choice with the bartender/server. We were excited. 45+ minutes later she comes back and says that she thinks she lost our order and wanted to know if we ordered anything outside of our appetizers and drinks. We told her yes, and she flipped over her notepad and had our order on the back. She apologized, and we told her at that point we needed to leave because we had to get home for the babysitter. She apologized, but that was it. After waiting almost an hour for dinner that never came, we would think she would at least take care of one drink or something, but it seemed all too familiar that we did not get our food. It was also very odd to us that two different employees came up and poured their own drinks while we were waiting. One from the kitchen. Maybe that's why our food got missed? We're not sure... But we probably will not be back, which is sad cause we live so close. read more

Oh my goodness.... This place is phenomenal. The service was fantastic. Our server Makayla was sweet, funny and helpful. She was very quick in taking our orders and kept our glasses filled. The owner - who's name I didn't catch - was likewise friendly and informative. The beers were delicious - and some, half off. My Dad and husband ordered Satyrs Swill Bock and the Yellowstone Pilsner. They had my favorite and long sought after Yellow Rose IPA! We ordered several other beers on tap and fried pickles which were a hit. It's very reasonably priced. The burger was delicious! My kids loved the chicken fingers, grilled cheese, green beans and assorted steamed veggies. My dad got the chicken fried steak; my mom also got a burger; and my husband got the boneless chicken wings. We all stopped short of licking our plates!! We tried this place for the first time tonight. We had a very large group, and we were welcomed with open arms as though we had been loyal customers for years, though they have only been open a brief time. The staff was beyond friendly and very accommodating to our needs. Nice selection of draught beers and we were afforded the opportunity to taste a few before deciding. As for the food, we have a lot of picky eaters in our family, and everyone said the food was good. I myself had the fish tacos. They were very tasty, but left a little in terms of being filling. I would like to see a little more meat on them. I also tried a few bites of the chicken tenders. Their buffalo sauce has a solid kick and good flavor. Personally, I would rather see it on some actual Buffalo wings instead of just tenders. Hopefully, we will see that on the menu soon. My mom had the spicy burger and would not stop talking about how good it was. Several members in our group had the chicken fried steak. Though their tastes are quite different, they all agreed that it was a pretty good chicken fried steak. My daughter said, however, that it will not hold up to grandma's. This is a sister restaurant to Craft 96 which we love and visit frequently. They just opened about a month ago...I think. Our party of 8 stopped in after church on Sunday. It wasn't very busy. Service was prompt and friendly. They even gave me a sample of one the craft beers that looked interesting. The homemade soups were wonderful. Everyone loved their food. I got the pub pretzel which is the same one they serve at Craft 96...my favorite. The burgers looked good. The portions were generous and prices were good.
