    Two separate salads

Do better Outback. How can you honestly prepare this salad for a paying customer by serving the lettuce cores and making up half of my two salads? I would love to serve this to the person who prepared these salads. 1/26/25 @ 7pm

Love the tengo tomato dressing with my salad and the sirloin was cooked just right. The ambiance is typical Outbacks and is family friendly and festive atmosphere. Service was awesome and in spite of the mask, I know the staff smiled as I requested ice in a bag for my swollen knee. I tripped walking in to the restaurant and is all my fault for not paying attention.. Service is awesome and greatly appreciate the kindness there. Welcome to Texas and remember to support your local businesses....

This is my second time coming to the Outback Steakhouse in Pasadena and I have been throughly pleased at both visits. Experience/Customer Service: As soon as I entered the outside doors, there was a hostess at the inner doors holding it open and greeting us. We were seated promptly and quickly (this was around 5pm on a Friday). The waiter was very friendly and check in on our table several times. Even the young man who delivered our food was nice. He offered my daughter some honey butter with cinnamon to try with the bread and she loved it. About halfway through our meal, the manager on duty stopped by our table, introduced herself and asked now we were enjoying our dinner/service. I had seen her early at another table and assumed she was the waitress. It great to have all levels of employees on. The floor making sure the guest were enjoying themselves. The food: The daughter got the cheeseburger kids meal. The burger was much bigger than I expected it to be for a kids meal. The burger was actually quite delicious. I ordered the center cut sirloin with the endless shrimp, mac & cheese, & asparagus. Everything was cooked to perfection and tasted amazing. I preferred the battered shrimp over the garlic butter shrimp. But my husband preferred the garlic butter shrimp over the battered shrimp. So you would have to decide that one for yourself. My husband had the filet mignon with steamed veggies and mashed potatoes. The filet was amazing!!! Even my daughter preferred the filet to my sirloin. The drinks: This castaway cocktail is everything. It is most definitely something you should try if you ever go to out back!

    12oz Ribeye blackened.

I was in the mood for steak so I wondered over to this Outback while in Houston. I ordered the ribeye with extra seasoning and blackened. The house salad was good, but I was looking forward to that 12oz steak. It arrived and I was unimpressed with the presentation. No garnish and did not appear to have those extra seasonings I ordered. Much to my surprise it tasted much better than it looked. I could have used a bit of cayenne pepper on it as well, but it served it's purpose. I'll stop in again when in the area.

Great food for a reasonable price. Opera man had the spicy meatloaf and I had the potato soup with strawberry salad (all you can eat $9.99).

Medium well done steak was a mistake. The cooks that night did it not get it right & the grilled shrimp was ridiculously over seasoned. As far as service goes, Anthony was an awesome server. Would return again to have him be our server & give the cooks another shot. First time at this location, we always visited the 45 South location.

No veggies? Where's the side piece?

Well where to begin? I guess Togo doesn't get the same items or quality as inside? Don't bother checking the boxes, you'd have to open them to make sure everything is there. My entree was missing my vegetables and the chicken was rather a bit over done. Everyone else's entree's were mediocre too. Steak overcooked. This was my brothers birthday dinner. What a disaster.

Our 4 table top was ready within 15 mins. We've frequented different Texas Roadhouse's so we usually know what to order. Our server, spoke too fast and didn't have his name on the receipt so I can't say who took care of us. Overall, the service was mediocre except for the rounds of alcohol. He was definitely on top of that and trying to upsell drinks. I had to remind him twice for a set of silverware and the lemons he'd keep forgetting. He'd occasionally check on us for rounds of beer, but completely overlooked the need to refill bread, iced tea, and water until I had to ask for it. The sampler appetizer was good and my ribeye was cooked perfectly medium rare so this is the reason I considered 4 stars. I tried the seasoned rice for the first time and not a fan. It tasted dry to me, but the green beans were good. Overall, service 3/5, quality of food 5/5. The servers are inconsistent so you may end up with one that's great and another that's mediocre. I think it also depends on the location.

When I walked in, the place was clean and the aroma of BBQ was smelling really good in the air. The decor was very nice and the owner was even nicer and very welcoming. I went in there only looking for ribs because I have found that a really good rib is hard to find, however, the ribs here were very tasty, a little pricey, but very good. I always say that I don't mind paying extra when the food is as good as the money spent for it. Now, let me tell you that I only purchased a pound of ribs and a quart of Mac and cheese and the M&C was also good. I believe that the young man helping behind the counter was the owner's son so that tells me that the business is family owned, can't go wrong with that. The other sides looked delicious as well but I was not really that hungry for other dishes. I will go back and try the other items on the menu at another time. Now that I know where it is, it will be easy peasy to get there again. Once again, I forgot to take a picture of the food but I will when I go back. Anyway, pull up on em at Luka's Barbecue & Steak and enjoy!

I never thought I'd say…read morethis because Steak 48 in Beverly Hills had held the #1 spot and has been our go to, but after this meal, Perry's took the crown. Before I even get to the food, I have to mention our server, Anthony. From the moment he greeted us, he was attentive, welcoming, and instantly easy to like. He guided us through the menu and recommended many of the dishes we ordered, and every single recommendation was outstanding. He has such a kind, genuine, and radiant energy that made our dinner even more enjoyable. We ordered the bone-in ribeye with peppercorn sauce, the famous pork chop, bacon-wrapped shrimp, beef carpaccio, pork chop mac & cheese, fried asparagus with crab, and my husband enjoyed a whiskey. We started with the beef carpaccio . When they brought it to the table on a large tray, our first reaction was simply, "Wow!" The presentation was beautiful, but the first bite was even better. It was incredibly fresh, light, and perfectly seasoned, allowing the quality of the beef to truly shine. Next came the famous pork chop, which is carved tableside. We were both shocked (and laughed) when we saw just how massive it was! It was juicy, tender, and paired wonderfully with the applesauce. I wasn't sure what to expect from that combination, but it absolutely worked. The bone-in ribeye was everything a steak should be--perfectly cooked, juicy, tender, and bursting with flavor in every bite. Then I tried it with the peppercorn sauce... absolute perfection. I honestly didn't want the meal to end. The bacon-wrapped shrimp were lightly brushed with barbecue sauce, adding just the right touch of sweetness without overpowering the shrimp. Delicious. I'm usually not a mac & cheese person, but my husband is, so we ordered the pork chop mac & cheese. To my surprise, we both loved it. It was rich, creamy, incredibly flavorful, and the bites of pork throughout made it unforgettable. They gave us the recipe and I will be cooking this at home so our children can experience it. Even the fried asparagus impressed us. It was crispy, topped with crab, and unlike anything we've had before. We left talking about how sad we are that there isn't a Perry's in Los Angeles. This is the kind of restaurant you find yourself craving long after you've left. Honestly, we may need to book another trip to Texas just so we can eat here again. If you're anywhere near a Perry's, do yourself a favor and make a reservation. Between the exceptional food and Anthony's outstanding service, this was one of the best steakhouse experiences we've ever had.
