Amazing experience! We were seated quickly. The dining room was pretty busy but we were able to feel like it was comfortable to communicate. Our group ate steak and 2 different chicken dishes. The steaks were difficult to beat even for the most discerning palates. Both were cooked perfectly to temperature and were well seasoned. Both chicken dishes were delicious. The portions were large. Now to the service... Alex was simply extraordinary! He was friendly, efficient, paid great attention to detail and we did not have to ask for refills on anything. I have had mixed experiences over the years at this restaurant. It has been hit or miss. Last night we went to celebrate my birthday and unfortunately it was one of those times that the food missed the mark. I ordered a fillet medium rare. Unfortunately, it came out almost completely raw. The first couple of bites at the tip of the steak were cooked somewhat. The broccoli was soggy . The mashed potatoes were lumpy and flavorless. The salad was good and the wine that I ordered was very nice. I had suggested coming because the last time I came I had the fillet and it was ideal. I'm not sure if I will be coming back. They need to step up their game. They offered birthday dessert to go and let me have a second dessert for the lack of having my steak being cooked properly. I hate to say that the desserts were flat. We attended the Cask and Barrel bourbon dinner and it was AMAZING!!! The drinks were delicious especially the Rosemary fig Elijah Craig bourbon sour! It was our anniversary and they made us feel special by sending us home with a bottle of Prosecco! The dinner was scrumptious and every course just got better! The finale was a Chocolate chip Old fashioned served with a chocolate chip cookie on top and the yummiest creme brulee with a perfect crunchy sugar crust on top! Went for dinner, double date night and we had a great time! The restaurant was clean and our server was amazing, forgot her name but around 5'5 ish, brown hair, thin and in her early 20's. The bread and dipping sauce were delicious, careful because it can fill you up! All entrees came with either a soup or salad! Big portions, everything was cooked to perfection and super tasty! We visited Carrabba's Italian Grill during a weekend lunch rush. This Carrabba's location is busy as it is close to the mall and next to a hotel. Surprisingly, there was plenty of parking at the front and the sides. The hostess and staff were very friendly. The restaurant itself is quite spacious and very clean. From previous dining experiences, we knew that the portions are very large, so we knew we would have plenty of delicious left overs. We enjoyed: - Tomato caprese with fresh burrata - Calamari - Fettucine carrabba - Eggplant parmesan - Pollo rosa maria - Spaghetti with meat sauce - Spiedino di mare - Parmesan truffle fries - Cannoli cake for two (shared between 4) - Peach Sangria - Sangria-rita Everything was cooked to perfetion. My coworker invited me here for lunch so I figured why not since I've never actually had Carabbas. Our server we very good. She had great service, checked on us frequently and was ver knowledgeable. They brought us bread and olive oil and my coworker requested various dipping sauces which I learned was the different sauces that could be served with the pastas (I.e. marinara, fettuccine etc) For my meal I chose the lobster ravioli which came with the choice of a soup or salad so I got the Italian salad. These were very good portions and a good price for an entree. I believe this was for the dinner menu as they only had a very select variety for lunch. Overall, it was pretty good. I don't think it's the best lobster ravioli I've ever had but it wasn't bad. read more

Went there on Wednesday. 6/18, afternoon at 1pm, to celebrate a birthday and late Father's day with my husband and daughter. We don't live in the area, but traveled there for the celebrations. We haven't been there for a couple of years, but had very good experiences when we did. It's changed. The menu is a lot different. The food isn't good, and shortcuts are obvious. The smaller portions and the higher prices...wow! With the tip for three was $140, for not much food. For the good.....the calamari was one of the best I've ever had. And the salad was good. My daughter said her Fettuccine Weesie was good...except for the shrimp. The shrimp was like what was in my Shrimp Scampi appetizer.....it was rubbery plain shrimp like you get in those precooked shrimp at Kroger. Zero flavor, no seasoning at all. They just preboil them, I guess, then just toss them in whatever shrimp dish they have. There's no cooking them in a sauce or sauteing them in a pan with herbs or seasoning. And the shrimp scampi as an appitizer......you get 4 rubbery non seasoned shrimp and about 2-3 tablespoons of a sauce and toast. No pasta...just toast. My husbands crabcakes....served and soaked with a tomato sauce. Who does that? He couldn't eat them, they were so bad. The server pretty much abandoned us, never check on us, someone else brought out the food. But she was there with the machine to pay. And did bring out our togo orders (2 Tiramisu), and did bag up my daughters left over Weezie. I was really looking forward to sharing the Tiramisu. But...that wasn't the case. There wasn't any Tiramisu....instead there was some kind of chocolate cake! It makes me angry, that the service is bad, the food isn't as good as you've had there in the past, that they give you machines at the table to pay the bill and the tip starts at 18% and there's no way to adjust that, and then to be charged $21 for deserts you didn't get. I will never go back. Hate to say it, but you can get better service and food at your local Olive Garden Wish we had gone there. read more

I have eaten it twice since being here visiting I ordered through DoorDash, so I cannot speak on their service in the restaurant, but they have never left anything out of my bag. Havent been to a Carrabba's in years but had gift cards so invited our son, DIL and three grand babies on a Sat night. We were seated immediately and Zoe was our server. She did a great job with refills and taking care of a rather hectic table with toddlers This place turned out to be a big win for the kiddos! Besides the coloring sheet/puzzle they provide a gentleman came around and gave each of the kids a light up ring that was a big hit!! Later he came back with flashing glasses for them all and they went nuts. So.Much. Fun They have HH specials until 7 so I grabbed an espresso martini which was heavy on the vodka. No Im not complaining. The bread with herb oil dip is fabulous! We ordered a variety of plates from steak to the chicken trio and everyone really enjoyed their meal!! Our employee was there waiting at 10:50 and 11:21 we still don't have the order. This is unacceptable, they should of been prepared. Our order was over $500. This was not last minute. I love this Carrabas. The food is always perfectly cooked. The house red wine is superb. The wait staff is sometimes a hit and miss, but I'll live with that part. The food is always delicious! Try the fried zucchini sticks... can you say..."YUMMO"! They make fresh pasta... check that out! My absolute favorite is the Sirloin O'brien. It's soooo good! The steak is WAY better than any local steakhouse (I always get my steak medium rare). Melts in your mouth! The goat cheese and sun dried tomatoes really make this dish! Goat cheese by itself is... not good (in my opinion). But on this steak...AH-MAZING!! Split your sides... Garlic makes potatoes and sautéed spinach. My FAVORITE! We were in the area visiting family and we decided to go out for Italian. This is my Uncle's favorite spot and I can definitely see why. Our waiter, Adam was thorough and patient with our table. I appreciated the suggestions he made. I enjoyed the open kitchen atmosphere. My husband and I started off with the mussels in the butter sauce and they were delicious! I loved soaking up the butter sauce with my bread. I had a difficult time deciding what to get so went with the chicken trio. My favorite was the chicken with the goat cheese and sun dried tomatoes. Swung by for a weeknight dinner and had a good time. Everyone was very happy to accommodate a small toddler too. We got some "happy hour" drinks which aren't really on a menu and they turned out pretty decent. Appetizers were also discounted though apparently this was the last day they are doing that. The calamari was a little too salty, the mozzarella sticks were very good as long as you ate the while hot, and the zucchini fries were cooked just right. Sauces are really good as well. We ended up with the trio, which was 3 smaller portions of lasagna, carbonara, and a chicken Parmesan. They were alright, though I wouldn't say anything really stood out. Good portions I suppose. I have always enjoyed the Carrabba's menu, and in my opinion it's better than most other Italian "chain" restaurants. My most current visit ...and it had been a while, I could not help but notice a change in the table bread served and the portion size of the sides. The bread appeared to be a very common Italian loaf you can find at your local supermarket...not necessarily good. My sautéed spinach was great but was only about (3) modest bites. Sign of the times I guess but definitely a bad decision if indeed this is a corporate change of direction. And coming back around to the bread thing and it's probably poor etiquette but a good bread is great for dipping in your sauce. Oh well I'm moving others up in my restaurant rotation. read more

We probably come and dine and do Happy Hour at Carrabbas at least 3-4 times a month. The food is consistently good and the service from your waitstaff and bartenders is above par. However, again today while dining, we were only two bites into our salad before the main courses arrived. Their timing seems to be off and too quick. Normally we tell them to wait before being our main course, but today we forgot. We had an out of town guest and really wanted some time between courses to catch up. Maybe take a look into this issue. I know y'all want to turn the tables, but maybe give some of us a little more time. read more

Our server Adam B was amazing, he was helpful and while we could see he was busy we didn't feel like we were being rushed and he knew a lot about the menu. My boyfriend ordered one of the trio recommend by Adam and was extremely happy with everything on his plate. I ordered the Mezzaluna and got it a little extra spicy. That dish was one of the best pasta dishes I've ever had. 10/10 recommend getting it if you stop! We ended our night with the tiramisu, yet another dish that was amazing! read more
