Came to Rosewater on a Friday night and sat at the bar. Atmosphere was super chill with dim lighting a variety of throwback songs! Our bartender was great and very friendly. And our drinks were delicious! Highly recommend trying this place out!

We stopped in for the first time since Covid a few days ago and had the best time! The food was fantastic and our bartender, I wish I could remember his name because he deserves recognition. They made us specialty drinks that were so good and they all the best vibe working together. Great place!

I don't make it out to the southeast side often usually just for work or family stuff. After a last-minute reunion, someone suggested this spot, and it ended up being a great call. Cool atmosphere, music at a perfect level easy to talk without yelling. The crowd leaned more mature, which was a nice change. Drinks were well done thoughtful mixology without the usual overhype. Prices were fair. I'll definitely keep this place in mind next time I'm out this way.

This place is legit for cocktails and food! Always a great vibe, with good music, great service, and excellent bites. The lamb tacos on Tuesdays are not to be missed!

Went for the first time, meeting friends who are regulars and already had a patio table. Stayed three hours. Lovely vibes, charming staff, truly interesting mocktails. The food was good - I had the Brie grilled cheese with prosciutto (good but heavy) and shared hummus (good, fresh, nothing specials). Also tasted the falafel bites (very good) The Dry Spell may be the best mocktail I've ever had. Beet & cinnamon. Yum!

I've been going here since 2017 or so and I have not found another bar in the world like it. The staff is like family to me now and the drinks are always top tier. The atmosphere is also really chill and the playlist never misses! This is my go to spot for a nice evening out with friends and sometimes my dog lol.

If you want quality drinks, don't walk, run to Rosewater! It's a small intimate place with indoor and outdoor covered seating. There's Even fans for those super hot, humid Texas days. The staff have great customer service and provide great recommendations. There is usually a drink of the day and the happy hour menu has a great selection to choose from. The Lions Tail and African Flower are two of my favorite drinks here. The chicken sandwich was really good but unfortunately the fries were a little over cooked. My friend comes here often and this is my second time visiting. Love how they decorated for Halloween and even incorporated Día de los Muertos also known as day of the dead. Caleb and The Dark Angel were our waiter and they were fantastic.

    Love it here!

Rosewater continues to be amazing! The expansion maintains the same intimate atmosphere. The place was packed on Friday at 5 PM. Their new food menu is amazing. We shared the large cauliflower appetizer. It was fresh and delicious. The happy hour menu offers several cocktails for $8. Any of the servers can place drink or food orders for you so just flag one down if you haven't seen your server in a bit. You'll never regret an evening an evening at Rosewater. Well unless you have one too many cocktails lol

This cocktail bar has such a chill vibe. My husband and I usually come to this bar if we just want to hang out and chill with our family or friends in this area. This bar is located inside a plaza and they have a patio that servers just come and take your order once you choose your seat. You can also hang out inside their bar and just order drinks from the bartender if you'd like. The drinks are good and affordable. The cocktail drinks are around $11-$14 which is not bad. They also have a happy hour menu and I love how they close late. I also love how they serve food and we were able to order food at 10pm when we arrived so their kitchen is open late also. It may not be an extensive food menu but it's good snacks to have while having drinks. Overall, I recommend this bar if you are in this area.

A group of us yelpers came here after having dinner close by. I was so excited to try this place, based on such high recommendation of reviews and other yelpers. I am trying to venture out more, with different kinds of spirits, and this is just the place to do it. The place was busy on a Friday night, duh expected. We were seated outside in the mid size patio area. They have a large menu of classics and specialty cocktails. Drinks -I had the Blazing Star, I believe, which was good. It was my kind of tart but just sweet enough, like a mezcal hibiscus margarita. And then I asked my server for a recommendation since I wanted something gin based and she made me cucumber gimlet, which I loved. Overall, it was fantastic experience. It's low key enough to be a neighborhood bar, but the drinks are elevated, well balanced, creative and fun. Bartenders have enough knowlege to create things off menu or with your fav spirit in mind, which is the secret sauce of keeping customers happy. I do not live in this are, but would plan another visit, just to explore there bar menu again. Everyone I was with in my group enjoyed both there mocktails and cocktails.

Drinks here are surprisingly amazing for a random shopping strip deep in suburban depths of Clear Lake. To be honest, I was really blown away. They make the classics well, and at the same time have their own riffs and personal cocktails. Last time I was here they made me an American Trilogy, which brought me back to being in NYC at Little Branch or Dutch Kills. They have a limited food menu to satisfy your munchies, but the drinks are really where it's at, and why you should come here. If I lived in a surrounding neighborhood it'd be fun to walk here and chill. If you're visiting from away, I'd make sure you have a DD or just take an Uber/Lyft because you're not going want to have more than one drink!

I tried out Rosewater for the first time Friday night and what a delight! I stuck to the feature mocktail, Paramore and had two of them. They were a good balance of tart and sweet. My friends' alcoholic beverages looked great as well and no one had any complaints. The patio is nice. They even have swing seats. Service is great and it didn't take long for my pals and I to get a table. The crowd was a little boring but about what I'd expect for a suburban spot. I'd definitely return, likely for a low key hang with friends or a date when we don't feel like trekking into Htown or expect much from the people watching.

    Ask the Community - Rosewater

    Do they make hot toddies?

Depends on the weather, but if that's what you're into, I'm sure they'd make you one regardless of the temp outside.

Do they have serve any food or snacks?

They do now (post COVID). Amazing hummus, have heard only good things about the food they sell.

Getting to this area from Pearland is much easier than heading into Houston so I was more than happy to come here. I've been here a couple of times and the most recent visit brought me and a party bus full of friends here on a Saturday night. The place gets busy but parking hasn't been an issue on any of my visits. It's a narrow bar that may seem tight, but it keeps going towards the back with more seating as well as a spacious patio. Customer service is always great and the bartenders know their stuff here. They have a pretty extensive drink menu here and there is something for everyone's preferences. They have a long list of cocktails and they can make you anything you want as well. The staff are experts here. They also have an impressive bourbon collections with about 200 kinds to choose from. Along with their cocktails, they have a long list of martinis. I love a good martini and here they have so many options. You can't go wrong with my favorite espresso martini, but the one that wowed me here was the Cucumber Patch. Cucumber flavor profile is not typically something I seek out, but I was in the mood for something refreshing and this was suggested to me. Get it and thank me later. As far as food goes, they have a separate BBQ business on site that sells some food. Don't sleep on the Bay Area if you are looking for a nice cocktail. This place will quickly be one of your favorites. I will surely be back.

I've driven by a countless number of times, and you'd never really know it's there. But walking in, you immediately get that local dive bar kinda vibe in the best way possible. I met up with some friends here for a chill drink after work, and to our surprise it was karaoke night! I have to applaud the regulars here because they can really SING! But don't be shy if you can't, they were welcome to everyone going up for a song. As far as drinks go, I had the Alimony. I was sold on it because it's gin, guava juice and elderflower liquor. Balanced, not too sweet, and had a little bit of sparkling effervescence. Pair that with a shot or a beer, and we were having a great time catching up with old friends. I don't remember our bartender's name, but she gave us great service. Overall 10/10 recommend the Davenport Lounge Clear Lake if you're looking for where the locals go, trust me they know best.

I circled around multiple times before parking illegally. It was a busy night but part of the problem is a section of the parking lot is valet only. For regular parking. I really hate when places do this. Two thumbs down for the parking set-up. Luckily, once I made my way inside, things got better. McIntyre's is a huge bar. They have a spacious patio but we sat inside. There are plenty of TVs which make it a great spot to watch sports. And they even have a mini food court! I didn't eat but I noticed that one of the two spots serves Mexican fare. My buddy had some loaded fries with al pastor that looked incredible. He said it was good. I stuck with some beers. You'll find your usual assortments of cocktails, beer, and wine here. It's a full bar. Another pet peeve of mine? Cops are the door. It just kind of kills the vibe a little bit when there's a police officer staring at people. Not that anyone was up to no good but it's kind of like drinking while your grandma is watching. Just a little awkward. McIntyre's is comparable to Little Woodrows in the area. They're both huge sports bars with spacious patios. With that being said, I think Little Woodrows offers the better overall experience.

What's cool about The Great Kanakas Atomic Tiki Bar, outside of their excellent name, is that they're indoors but the bar makes you feel like you're actually outside. I liked the concept.
