I tried contacting corporate but all I got was a texting customer support. mean while my mother has a medical condition that causes her acid reflux to flair up really bad when spicy food is involved and here we are next morning and she's still having bad acid reflux. This is ridiculous.

And we didn't get charged extra for condiments.

I visited Broadway Buffalo Wings last week and was greeted by an extremely rude server who appeared to be drunk and smelled like alcohol. I have seen various reviews for this restaurant regarding employees that seemed to be high on drugs while working and this place being a hang out for thugs and criminals. I decided to give this restaurant a try anyway. Big mistake. Not only did our server seem to be drunk, but the entire restaurant was within earshot of a heavyset female named Joanne cursing loudly on a cell phone. I asked the server for her name and she refused to give it to me. I then demanded the managers name from the server who pointed to the heavyset female and said that her name was Joanne. I could not believe that the manager could be someone that unprofessional. Never have I been more regretful to introduce my family of 5 to such a terrible place with terrible service. I ended up leaving without ordering any food due to the poor customer service inside of the restaurant. Never again will I ever visit this place and I recommend everyone else to stay away. read more

When i told the waiter she said,sorry a big to go order came in and thats why its taking so long.. After asking her she goes to the computer and puts our order in..
