Servers just sitting in a booth while drinks at the bar are never ran. I got my $6 small 5oz frozen margarita once it was already melted. My family and I only went because they posted on Facebook happy hour all day & if you buy 5lbs of crawfish you get a free bucket of beer. Our server argued with us saying they don't do hh all day anymore that they cancelled it ? If that is true why did they advertise it. When we got our bill it was ridiculous. They tried to charge us $10 for our bucket of beer and argued with us that it wasn't free. Luckily there was a sign in front of the restaurant stating it was free. The servers and everyone scrambled around like chickens with their heads cut off to change the sign lol. They did take $10 off for the bucket after us having to fight for it. They also charge $3 for ONE PIECE OF CORN. CRAWFISH AND FOOD WAS MID. Pizza tasted frozen and not throughly cooked but we were so tired of complaining already we just gave up. The previously time we had went I remember they had so many different things on the menu like pastas and now it was hardly anything. Maybe they should've just closed after all. No manager ever came to talk to us. Our server didn't know what she was doing. Prices are ridiculous. Please do not waste your time or money. I'm leaving one star because I'm super disappointed with service and hospitality. Me and my bf have been making this a regular spot to watch games when we are able to enjoy a kid free day. We have several drinks and get wings and an appetizer, we've even recommended this place to several friends and family. On saturday we went to watch the U of H game. Ordered drinks and an appetizer and wanted to wait a bit to order wings. There's two different games going on, one being U of H and very clearly no other customers are interested in either game. During the second quarter they change the U of H game and it was so obvious we were watching the game and the establishment was not packed or busy. So when the waitress comes and asks if everything is good, my bf kindly asks if they can put back on the U of H game and she goes and speaks to other staff members comes back and tells us the manager said they can't. No further explanation and as I mentioned no one else was watching the screens and there were two different games going. So we just asked for our check. Which was a bummer cause we were looking forward to the wings because we do actually enjoy the food there. We ended up going to eat somewhere else we didn't think would even have the game on and our waiter at that restaurant was switching back and forth between the u of h game and a baseball game but noticed my bf in a U of H hat and asked if he preferred the football game. You know good hospitality.... because of this experience I do not think we will be going here anymore, looks like we will just stick to Wingstop. read more

One week I was able to order breaded wings to go. They asked me for my CC info over the phone, not a chance, and I said I would pay in cash. I paid in cash with tip and received my order. Good wings, although garlic parm is a dry rub, should be wet. Following a couple of weeks later I tried them again and now I can't order over the phone and must pay face to face, understable, if someone stiffs them, but I was there and people picked up their orders with cash and card while I waited. As I have stated a million times before, there is nothing, absolutely nothing good to eat around my job. This restaurant is located on the same shopping center as my job. My coworker and I saw a sign outside about steak and potatoes lunch. We decided we should try it and see. Service was good. The restaurant is ok, nothing different. I am not a wing connoisseur by any means, but I have eaten lots of wings at many different places. Broadway wings are some of the best tasting wings I've had the pleasure of consuming. We go wings to go at least once a week to get our wing fix. I highly recommend the original hot or lemon pepper. Unlike other wing places where the wings look like the chicken was severly malnourished, these wings have been lifting weights! They are very meaty and I can't stress enough how delicious they are. The review given by Jaire Q. is kind of lop sided. You can't order a steak from a wing place! That like ordering a cheeseburger at a taqueria. You have to come here for the wings. I've never tried anything other than the wings from their menu but it IS a wing place, so better safe than sorry. The staff is top notch and super super friendly and attentive. They have a full bar and pool tables too. Lunch time and early dinner time seem to cater more towards the "family friendly" crowd. Went to the new location. First impression was wow this is nice! The bar has a modern look. The restaurant in whole is very nice. They did a fantastic job at the new location. The food was good, we went for the wings of course. Kids had a pizza and some fried pickles. 2nd time we went was on a Sunday for Brunch and wow so delicious I was impressed I totally recommend the brunch you will not be disappointed I could brunch here every Sunday! Wow! I've been to different areas of town but this by far, broke the mold. Now, don't get me wrong, there are great places in certain areas of town but this establishment was not equipped to handle the World Series or offer great customer service. Our waitress was a nice young lady and she tried her best to accommodate our request the best she could. I rate it only 2 stars because they were out of stock on tea, mountain dew and other clear, fizzy drinks. Once again, this is the World Series. After my boyfriend spoke with management and offered a solution, they obviously purchased a Sprite from the nearby store to satisfy our request. I've been here a few times and I have yet to be disappointed. This is the only wing place I know that offers grilled wings and they are soooo good. Other places only offer grilled tenders. Their regular wings are also delish with good sauces. They have good beer selection and a full bar. I didn't order any cocktails, but they had a good selection of mixed cocktails. I'm more of a beer drinker and stuck with Tecate Light. They have another room attached where they've had a DJ and a crowd. Unfortunately for me, I moved 30 minutes away from this place (I used to live 15 mins away), but I'll be planning a trip soon. Oh and it is a family friendly place. read more
