I needed to bring the food back, which I replied "I would've known that had you answered the phone." she replied "Can't you see we are busy?" btw there were maybe 3 cars in the drive thru and 1 customer in the lobby. so I told her "As a manager it is still your job to multitask and answer the phone" I used to work as a shift lead in fast food. it's not that hard. she thought I had walked out and said to her employees that "in order to replace the food you need to bring back the food are you stupid?" speaking about me and all the employees laughed. when I returned with the food and my mother, she very passively aggressively fixed the issues while also cussing our names in Spanish, thinking I didn't understand what she was saying. yes the issue was fixed, but with much attitude, rudeness, and the up most lack of professionalism. I tried contacting corporate but all I got was a texting customer support. mean while my mother has a medical condition that causes her acid reflux to flair up really bad when spicy food is involved and here we are next morning and she's still having bad acid reflux. This is ridiculous.
