Food was good, but service is terrible. An old Asian guy took my order. He didn't smile or say hello. It was my first time here so I needed a minute to look at the menu. I ordered a double cheeseburger combo. He asked if I wanted mustard all the way. I asked if mayo came on it, but I guess it didn't. I asked him if there was a price difference between cash or card. Wow! How different can a place be from others reviews. I chose this place based on the rave Yelp ratings. But . . . I got the featured Magic Burger. It was at best an ordinary burger, like you can get at hundreds of mediocre burger places. I got fries I didn't expect. I like fries crisp and always say that if I know I'm getting them. These were limp. Three onion rings came with the fries -- they were the best thing I got. If that was all I would have given three stars. However, my friend got fried oysters. He took two bites, said "This is terrible," and ate no more. I felt bad because I had suggested the place. He would have given a one star (or none if that had been possible), so between the two of us it came to two stars. We were early and the only customers there. As it got closer to noon the place filled up. It took a not unreasonable time to get someone to take our order and the food was ready in a normal time. But, we had to ask for everything, a fork, catchup, more water (The drinks are not self-serve.), napkins, other things I'm not remembering. Though the workers weren't unfriendly they weren't friendly either. Matter of fact and stoic. It has a 1950s Dairy Queen ambiance. The manager was very rude and was already frustrated I guess he was having issues with communication between door dash and him. He was yelling saying to go over there if I wanted too.
