Bought some wings and they were burnt, manager offered to replace my order. Those were the exact words. Today when I called to place the order a different manager tells me they would only be replacing the 20 wings and I would be responsible for paying the taxes of those wings, plus the carrots and the ranch if I wanted to add them of course. So basically they didn't replace my order, just the 20 wings and charged me for everything else, not to mention the the time, gas, and miles I spent going there and back & the lack of empathy from the person taking my order. One month has passed since the last terrible review this location has had. ONLY (1) MONTH HAS PASSED. I get there and there's another gentleman standing in front of me not being helped. I assumed he was looking at the menu. I was there for (2) minutes and they say, "Can I help you?" Like you mean to tell me he's been here for who-knows how long? After they told him "it'll be right out" or whatever, they take another (5) minutes to ask me. I counted at *least* 7 people back there. 2 - 3 using one register (not helping anyone at all) and another 4 cleaning one spill (from what it looked like) and another 3-4 people in the cooking area. No one said anything to me! So after five minutes of watching that, I'm finally helped. And I told them what I ordered. They asked me my drink and let me pay. And what do you know, after 2 minutes of waiting for my order, it had been on the shelf the whole time. Nice. Real nice. Just asked for my name and handed me a bag. The food is good sometimes, unfortunately most of the time it's dry and stale. Tonight our family ordered 15 pc boneless lemon pepper wing combo and the wings were so dry and hard it wasn't good at all. The fries were okay on top but once we got to the bottom they were just thin stale pieces of fries. We also ordered the 6 count dinner rolls which were, yes you guessed it, dry! They tasted stale and looked like they hadn't been cooked just slapped a little butter on top and slight heated. We used to really like this place but it seems to just keep going downhill.
