Hopefully the night shift servers will be up to par next time I go. ORIGINAL: I've been here a few times and think the food is great for the price (they have plenty of good deals!). My boyfriend and I enjoy their burgers and wings. However, the service is terrible every time I come. The hostesses stand around chatting. The servers are often hiding in the back laughing about something. The tables are often dirty during the slow hours. The hostess will sit you at a dirty table and you have to specifically ask for it to be cleaned. My server last night forgot to take our order and then forgot to bring part of our order out. She did not fill our drinks and I had to go back to the kitchen to find someone after the other waitress ignored me twice. I've had better server there, but all of them are very slow so it takes 15 minutes to get your order in. Their fries come out cold, too. I will still come back for the food, but an old lady with arthritis could do better than these server.

My other choice would have been Brickhouse Tavern for a modern bar today. The sides are amazing as well. I had stiffer drinks elsewhere, but the atmosphere...waitresss, t.v.'s everywhere, and never a long wait for service, no matter the day, it's a vibe. They close 2am and there's always a DJ with an open floor spining the hottest tracks of today's music. Very attractive place. Inside/Outside bar. Wouldn't recommend kids or a family group. Just because the waitresses attire are un-like church. But good vibes here and food. Entertainment and sports all-in-one.

Birria Tacos! Yes please! The services are huge so come with an appetite. The four of us couldn't finish it and made great leftovers Love the decor, definitely gives a family owned vibe. Only miss is the guac - needs some salt and seasoning. Everything else had so much flavor we were kinda surprised how it had no seasoning and lacked flavor. Staff was really nice! The young gal didn't speak English too well but my little sister is fluent so that was made ordering and asking questions much easier.

Once we walked in, we were promptly greeted and sat. our waiter got to the table right away and got our order of drinks, he was very courteous and aware. Our waiter brought out fresh chips for the table and warm salsa, and my gf was about to ask for some green salsa, and our waiter already knew she was going to ask for it; very tentative. Once we had made our order, our waiter was still very aware and checking on us without bothering us, and made sure our drinks were never empty; great job. Once the food was ready, I guess they were having trainee's learn how to bring the food out, however, the young girl who brought the food out for my tables, didnt know how to set the food tray down on the stand and hit the back of my chair, our waiter, knew she had done that and quietly asked her to step away, and I looked at the young girl and told her that she hit the back of my chair, and she never said sorry nor acknowledged an apology, and just disappeared into the kitchen. Our waiter however, he was great, made sure everything was good and we had all that we asked, wanted, and needed; again thank you for being a great waiter. Once we were done with out meal, our waiter had brought some to go boxes, to go bag, and a fresh bag of chips to go, with some fresh warm salsa as well; great great waiter. Thank you Pappacitos, and our great waiter. See you all next time.

Upon walking in, we were greeted by the hostesses and chose to sit at the bar. The bartender/waitress was amazing. She knew how to read the room. She was attentive, but not bothersome. The Taco was pretty basic, but the other dishes were served with rice and beans. Also, I like that you can add a side of queso for just $1.95. Yet, the queso was pretty thick, but I think I'm just used to Lupe's food now. All in All, we were able to chat and catch up, so it's a good place to hang out if you're looking for somewhere close by.

I almost ordered the boneless chicken wings and fries AYCE but the salad looked better. The wait staff was friendly and waitress came by several times to check on us. The power suddenly went out and came back in a second. All TV's were off. Few minutes later, music was blasting in our ears. We couldn't hear each other's conversation, we had to text each other.
