I placed a Togo order over the phone and the gentleman taking my order was very outgoing and helpful, informing me on deals, extra charges, etc. all while maintaining humor and an upbeat personality. My meal was ready within 10-15 minutes, the sweet girl who gave me my order repeated it to me, and showed me my food to ensure everything was well. My wings were delicious, and my experience was great! Not sure the two employees names, but they worked Wednesday, November 20th, at about 5pm for Togo's. Thank you!! read more

Horrible location! Restaurant was empty when we arrived at 3 pm. Came in with a group of 11 ppl. All the orders came out WRONG , paying was a nightmare bc they couldn't get the tickets ready. Server was MIA the whole time . Food took forever (even with an empty location) THIS LOCATION Is in need of major cleaning and renovation. read more

I came here with my friend. She was so excited because she said it was the second best wing place she's ever gone to. Ummm... no! I walked in and my nose was instantly unhappy. I don't know what the smell was, but it wasn't food, and it wasn't good. I decided that maybe it was just the entrance and I'd give this place a chance. Have you ever walked into a place and just felt like everything was going to be sticky? That's the feeling I had, but guess what? Only the menu was sticky. Which was completely disgusting. We ordered our food. She got mozzarella sticks to start. They were some of the best I've ever had, so I started getting excited about my meal. Unfortunately, that was a mistake. My food was not the best. I ordered two types of wings, and was let down by both. The wings were a little hard. Not much meat in them. The garlic Parmesan was not garlicky or Parmesany. The bbq was just okay. I was underwhelmed. The service however, was GREAT! read more

I was told my order would be ready in 10 minutes. My order actually took 45 minutes to make. I only ordered a kids traditional wings which is 4 wings and curly fries.... read more

Edit: I contacted the email they told me to contact, twice. They ignored me. The person posting on here is not actually helping anyone with problems. Lowered to one star for poor customer relations. So me buddy brought me out there today for our first time. We asked for the 10 dollar 20 wings deal they had. The guy asked, "boneless or bone in?" We said I guess none in please. We got charged 20 per order turned out 10 dollars was only for boneless wings. We had 2 drinks and the order of wings and was charged 69? We asked the waiter and he said it was only for boneless. We asked for the deal though! Are you kidding me? Also did not get the correct drinks, or the napkins we asked for. It's like the guy was ignoring us. He knew what we asked for, and we made it very clear. Not sure if we will return after this awful service. read more

A little bit of salt goes a long way. I've had this place a few times and their fries are always under seasoned and needs salt. My burger was lackluster I was expecting a decent burger but I had a better chance going to McDonald's. Hopefully they see this and they SEASON EVERYTHING, people don't eat wings because they are healthy. read more

Went there on a 2fer Tuesday and ordered 40 wings of assorted coatings. All were rock hard and cold. My family thought maybe they were so dry and hard because they had been reheated or re cooked. Regardless, this is the second Brewingz we visited and have had the same terrible wings at both. I won't make that mistake a third time. I can't believe they would get any return business. Stay away. read more

The food was very well priced and delicious. It was fresh and came packaged neatly. The chili & cheese fries were mixed well and they were not stingy with it! The online ordering portal was a little weird and outdated but it did the job. The restaurant was dark outside and it was only about 8:40pm, kind of sketched me out haha. After parking curbside, they brought the food out promptly and the employee was very friendly. read more

Current sewage leak in the back, but they still open for business. Whole family got sick today.

This is not my favorite Brewingz location but it's closer to home. I like the La Porte location on Spencer much better. We went for Two for Tuesday and shared some boneless wings (20 total). We ordered the Cajun, Garlic Parmesan, Lemon Pepper (Mild) and Honey BBQ. So I tried the Lemon Pepper, Garlic Parmesan and Cajun. I guess I'm a total wuss because the Cajun were too spicy for me. I ate half of one boneless wing and couldn't finish it. Wowza. Not for me. I liked the flavor Garlic Parmesan but the wings seemed a bit overcooked. Like they weren't juicy and tender inside. So that was a bummer. The Lemon Pepper were OK but again, not tender and juicy. When they have their Two for Tuesday special, it does NOT include Ranch dressing or Bleu Cheese to dip your wings in. The small is $0.99 and the medium is $2.59. I think the large was $4.99 or so. It seems silly to me that they can't throw in at least the small dressing and anything bigger, you have to pay for. The small was actually plenty. We ordered 2 smalls, one for each of us. But I think 1 small would have been enough for us both We also ordered the curly fries basket. I think it was close to $5 for the curly fries basket and it wasn't really worth it. The fries weren't even seasoned. They were very bland. And I love french fries. I had to keep adding salt and that didn't seem to do the trick. I don't know why they charged almost $5 for a side of fries. The wings were OK but nothing special. I think I actually like the boneless wings at Bayou City Wings better. read more

I am in town (Pasadena) this week on a Military assignment at Ellington Field. I saw this place and thought that they may have some good wings. Well I tried them out today 6/28 and I was very disappointed. I ordered the East Meets West Combo. The traditional wings were small as heck and my thumb was bigger than the wings and I have small hands. No Lie. The boneless wings were awful, I can't really explain it but part of them were very tough like chewing on the gristle or something. Must been an off night. read more

our waitress was extremely attentive & greeted us in a timely matter. place was slightly full but our service was wonderful. tables are at a safe distance , they provide wipes for you and silverware wrapped . everyone was wearing mask that was working & extremely careful not to get too close unless they were bringing food/beverages. would definitely come back. they have an awesome special in house for wings read more

I ordered some food from here from Ubereats, where the restaurant had a 4.5 out of 5 stars. All I can say is we were disappointed. The fries lacked salt and flavor, same with the onion rings. I ordered 15 wings, garlic Parmesan, mild and medium. They lacked any flavor what so ever. One of the orders of wings seemed to lack any sauce what so ever, just plain wings. The garlic Parmesan were basically just unsauced wings with melted cheese on them. Maybe we just had a bad experience. I am from out of town and my family and I had never been here before. I wont be visiting again while we are in Texas. Visit with caution! read more

I was placed on hold and they hang up on me. I requested to speak to the manager who had no badge by the way and she was the top pig and hang up on me as well. Way to go guys!!! Horribleeeeeee service, I heard horror stories about this place and decided to give it a chance. NOPE bartender is absolute horrible I literally been waiting on a drink for an hour and he serves others and tables decided to go up to the bar and hound him about the drinks they've ordered a long while ago. Never will I recommend this place or return. To top It off it's not even packed so that benefit of the doubt is gone. Literally one of the worst experiences I've had anywhere. read more

Overall terrible experience. Order online for National Wing Day and went there to pick it up. Walk into see lots of people waiting. Very understaffed. One hostess at the front taking orders, answering phones, seating people. About 15 min later finally got another worker up front but by then people left. My order sat on the counter while they kept telling me it wasn't ready yet. An hour + later after I had repeatedly ask for my order and then just ask for my money back they grabbed "my order" off the counter and said sorry and that they would give me money back. On top of that the food was wrong, dry, cold and not good. Never going back again. Don't waist your time. Chuckee Cheese next door has better wings than them!! read more

We went on National Wing Day. Well....only one server, he tried. Ordered drinks...that took forever because no bartender and the manager has to make it. After an hour we got our drinks. When the apps arrived, I asked for a fork. i was told they do not have any clean utensils. i guess the dishwasher called out with the bartender and the other servers. Food arrived, overcooked and over sauced wings. No celery, I guess that is extra. Then we were told that they are out of ranch. So, we did what others were doing....going to subway for ranch. Checks arrived...then after some confusion they arrived again...corrected. There are many more details to add but you get it. read more

I came here to eat and the food was decent like every other place, I'm giving it a two star since the smell of the restroom was awful, it had a really REALLY strong sewage smell and I almost vomited cause it smelt horrible. Could've at least put some febreeze or something to at least get rid of some of the smell. Prob won't eat at this brewingz again cause I don't wanna puke all the food out once I finish eating. read more

I stopped in here because the service at Hooters was atrocious and they are nearby. The "hostess" couldn't tell me the WiFI log in code. Plus she had to ask three times if I wanted to sit at the bar (NO) or if I wanted a table or a booth. The server had me sitting and waiting for almost half an hour to order after taking my appetizer order. Yet she showed much more attention to the next booth over, which happened to have a couple more people in the party. The only reason I can truthfully say that I ever returned here is that I was hungry, and the food is alright. That being said, this is not the only Brewingz that I have been to that specializes in marginal to poor service. Must be part of the corporate culture. It also doesn't help when parents allow their little darlings to act like animals in public, disturbing other guests. read more

I understand being a baseball game business is slamming! But 2 hours and still here waiting for a to go order. My husband has done missed the whole game with his family. I called 15 times and they won't answer the phone and every-time my husband ask how much longer they say "10 minutes" hungry, upset, and never coming here again. It's horrible service and way understaffed everytime we dine in too. I keep going back in hopes that it's going to get better. HORRIBLE!!!! read more

I visited this location for happy hour and I have to say that this is the most lit BreWingZ in town. I asked for the wings well done with light sauce and that is exactly what I got. I never thought I'd be so satisfied with a couple of beers and wings but this staff as a collective really made it a five star experience. read more

The service. That's what brings this place down. The food is not great either. I came and ordered the philly egg rolls and they were burned then I ordered the boudin balls and they are covered in this seasoning that is terrible. I would send them back but the waitress takes forever to come around. I have been here for almost an hour and seen her 3 times. Yikes. I came here because it was closer to me. But I'll make the drive to the la Porte location. The margarita was good and that's why it's 2 stars. read more

I would give this place 0 stars if I could, the service is absolutely horrible. After they sat my friend and I, we waited for 15 minutes and our sever still never came. Another server came and asked if we've been helped and took our order and said OUR server would be back to check on us, she still never came. The food came out 30 minutes later, and overall it was a horrible experience. I used to love this place but it definitely has gone downhill. Sticky tables too. read more

Well I had written a good review before but recently I've changed my mind, the food is good yes its amazing, but the service now is just horrible, waitress give attitude, I wish we could review their waitresses because they're are a couple who have an attitude, if they don't want to be working there at least fake a smile for customer service read more

This place sucks. the quality & customer service of this place has gone down so bad!!! I came in tonight, sat for 15 minutes while servers walked by ignoring us. I just left, if they don't want to work, why hire them, super shitty location read more

This is the second time I've eaten here. Last weekend I ordered boneless to-go. Not bad, it was lukewarm when I picked it up, though. And the hostesses were not welcoming or prompt. Ate at the restaurant this evening. Our waitress was new, however we were sorely disappointed. Fried pickles were so so. Our drinks didn't come until ten minutes after our appetizer was brought to the table. Two tables that arrived after us received their food before us. Bone-in wings were less than satisfactory. The wings were tiny and there was waaaay too much sauce, even with the different flavors. Dinner took about 20 minutes after it was ordered. A little ridiculous in my opinion when there are only 6 other tables with people at them. The entire time the manager was standing near the kitchen watching tv. Not a fan. Will not be back. read more

I will definitely not be back here, the waitress did not know anything about the food on the menu when I asked her a question. I figured when you don't know the answer common sense is to ask someone above you that does, she didn't even want to do that. She forgot one of our drinks and our forks, I guess we're supposed to eat with our hands? I'm guessing they leave these girls alone because I did not see one single manager there managing them. The last few times I've been the bone less chicken has been excessively greasy. I definitely came in with a better mood than what I left in. read more

The customer service was very poor. As soon as we walked in, nobody was there to greet us. We had to sit ourselves and ask the wait staff for a high chair to make our arrival known. There were 2 tables already eating when we arrived, yet our wings took almost 40 minutes to make it to our table. The last part of my complaint might sound petty, but just a fair warning if you pay cash dont expect to get change back. read more

Disatisfactory on pick up orders and service. I placed a order over the phone and was rudely greeted. I was rushed and of course when I arrived for pick up the order was not there. The experience was SO bad that I'm writing my very first review, ever! Was there on a Friday night, party of 3, around 9:30pm and was sat promptly. The place was not busy and had enough wait staff to get the job done. Place was a mess! Service was atrocious at best. We were the ones that were friendly, definitely not our waiter that worked the bar as well. He had a TERRIBLE attitude and it showed. He should seek other employment opportunities where he won't have to deal with the general public. We did ask for help from hostesses but they weren't too helpful. I tipped, didn't want to, but wasn't my normal 20%. Even the hostess commented how bad our waiter is upon our departure. Quite obvious there's ZERO management and ZERO training. The fish ALWAYS stinks from the head. read more
