Very, very poor organization! While I do appreciate that they were one of the few restaurants open on Christmas, the experience was absolutely unacceptable. The assistant manager was rushing through orders in total disarray and seemed to give priority to female customers. I ordered through DoorDash and waited almost two hours, only to find out my ticket never printed -- yet my order was marked as completed. When they finally bagged my food (after I had to speak up multiple times), everything was cold and obviously had been sitting for a while. I was patient for the first hour and a half, but as I watched several customers who ordered after me get their food quickly, I became frustrated -- and was met with rudeness instead of understanding. Food was good, service at the bar could definitely improve. "Gizelle" took care of me, and by took care of me I mean looked up from her phone to get me a Togo box and check. I'm making this one star review after having 7-8 poor experiences with this specific location over the last 6 months mainly with take out. Every single time there have been items missing or they don't add the sauce on the tenders or wings. When bringing up the issue to the store they blamed the online system and how it doesn't show them how we requested the sauce. So I proceed to call my order in the next time and still have the same issue. If they add some sauce they only cover about 10% of the tenders or boneless wings. Brought up my concerns multiple times to the managers in this location. They don't care and give generic responses. I got my wings and paid my bill and left.. I got back to my hotel and proceeded to eat the medium hot wings and they were fire. Nothing like I had at the other 23 states I have visited. His attitude was standoffish and we seemed to be an inconvenience to him. Look at the picture of the wings that arrived at my table. If they look old and dry... it's because they were. There was an unusually long wait but when wings are BOGO, sacrifices must be made. We ordered the 15 wings which gave us a grand total of 30! We had teriyaki (my personal fav), garlic parmesan, and Nashville hot (my wife's favorite). We also ordered onion rings which were yummy too. Our waiter was amazing. The cauliflower wings were good, but the spicy garlic sauces tasted like a salt lick. No one complained about their food, so maybe most people are okay with bad service as long as the food is good. To give you a timeline, we left at 9:39, more than 2 hours after I had asked for the initial table. At one point a woman at another table asked to speak with the manager and no one would tell her the managers name. Eventually a teenager spoke with her, but she never spoke with an actual manager. Then we got our food pretty quickly, which is a plus but that brings us to our main problem the food, I ordered chips salsa I was expecting fresh salsa but instead, I received Pace picante sauce. Then when our food came out, I got the Southern chicken sandwich. Coleslaw was pretty good but It could use some butter and the chicken lacks flavor. A little bit of salt goes along way. How is this establishment still open? The restroom needs to be power washed! The AC was not working properly. The floor tiles were very slick. The Bartenders were inattentive and all gathered in the corner on their phones. Haven't been in a few years and after the 2022 astros parade a large group I was with decided to go here. ‍ smh have to say management and staff let us down. With such a large group you would think that the management would allocate 2-3 servers to help with service but no. Of the 4 tables we had to push together myself and the waitress took care of 3 while the manager stood there An watched. That should have been my first red flag. To get our drinks in we waited about 15-20 mins, there were a couple of times when we had to stand up to get our own beverages and it just got worst as time went on. Our appetizers and our main entrees were brought out cold, and I finally had to say something when it was brought to my attention that someone never received their meal. As I told the manager if you see your waiting staff struggling you should allocate others to help with a large group or even better yet step up to the plate and help your fellow team members. This is the worst Buffalo Wild Wings I have ever experienced. The service is abysmal - it's like the servers think they're working at "Dick's" where it's the theme to be rude to customers. Your server will pretty much ignore you and you have to work to get them to come check on your table. The food quality has decreased steadily over the years, having an inverse relationship to the steady increase of their prices. I was given chicken nuggets with a small dollop of Parmesan garlic sauce. They didn't bother mixing it together or adding enough to cover more than one. The fries & wedges are always old and cold. It takes about 45 minutes to an hour to get your to go order. I have no clue why I continue to have hope that this restaurant will somehow magically be revived to its originally glory in the 2010s.
