I usually come here during lunch to dine in and the food is great. Once in a while I'll do a larger online order for pick up feeding approx 10 people. Most of the time they have my order ready on time for pick up (usually about 3-5 minutes off) but today I placed an order to be picked up at 11:30am, which they moved to 11:42am. My order wasn't actually ready until after almost 12:10pm. They kept asking if my order was an ubereats or regular online order (about 4 times) and looked confused. I understand if there's a line of customers waiting, but I am also a paying customer and if it says my food should be ready by a certain time, it should be. read more

Ive been to this Panda a few times and it normally is ok service and food. However after a few times of visiting how can they possibly tell you they don't have chow mein!! How??! I understand if i went close to closing time but it was like a Sunday at 6pm!!! But aside from those times I decided to give Panda another shot. Yes they had chow mein and I even order a medium side of chow mein. To my surprise once I got home I opened my entree and the only thing I got was cabbage!!! This Panda Express has the WORST Customer Service, the employees ALWAYS look bothered when you ask them for something. They have great food but the service is disgusting, I really think McDonald's has better service than this place. Will be telling my friends and family about the horrible service they give here. It just took us almost 30 minutes to go thru the drive thru. During lunch who has time for that. And to top it off as we are sitting there no one comes back to the window to explain or even acknowledge that we are stuck sitting there because they already took my card. Then as you are sitting there you can see the people inside being served with haste, as the drive thru sits as a after thought. One more thing, you can see that on the side there is drinks already made and egg rolls sitting on trays. All for cars lined behind me as we wait. Let me start with, I love Panda Express. So today, 2/20/16, I decided I wanted it. I saw that they opened at 10:30am, and it was just that time. I pull up to the drive thru, no one answers... Drive up to the window... I see an employee walk by so I sit for a few minutes thinking they will see me... Nothing. I decide to drive around again to the drive thru menu. Still nothing, so I drive back up to the window. It's now 10:40am. A female employee finally sees me and literally opens the window and just looks at me. I ask if they are open, she says yes.. I tell her, I'd been at the drive thru speaker and no one answered. She just shrugs. She did take my order and I got my food, but this location did not impress me with customer service today. My family & I had dinner here on Sunday Dec 21st, we each had an egg roll, the rice, the cooked vegetables & the beef with broccoli. That evening me & my family all got sick with vomiting & diarrhea. My wife who's 6 months pregnant got scared about having food poisioning and what affect it would have on the baby. Decent for what it is. Fast food, could have larger portions, and the egg rolls aren't the greatest. A lot of it tastes like you can get it from the frozen aisle at the grocery store but what do you expect. My boyfriend and I just had the most pleasant lunch dining experience. We were promptly greeted my who I assume was the manager. He was polite and offered to give us samples of any item. The food looked very fresh and appetizing, which is was! After we were finished eating we were asked by an associate who was taking out the trash if there was anything she could do for us, we politely declined and she told us to have a good day and come back soon. This was a pleasant surprise of excellent customer service. I grew up in Pasadena and now live in Austin. Very rarely do I encounter this type of service while in town. Horrible. They had the orders all scattered and were confused which I get it. We ordered a lot. But when we went to look for seating. They had a huge mess in an area that was empty and from the looks of it. It was there for a while. And then on top of that. When we were almost done, we saw a ROACH on the counter in front of us. We normally love Panda Express. Our last few visits have been terrible. This location is disgusting. Tonight was the worst. Every single table had food on it and under it with dirty napkins and straw wrappers under them. The drink station and counter was covered in syrups and lemonade. All 3 trash cans were overflowing with trash we couldn't even throw our own away. We found the least dirty table and I put a napkin down to put my food on and when we were getting ready to leave, the napkin adhered to the table top because it was so sticky. I love Panda Express. Everyone knows they run out of food all the time and they are pretty good about getting mare ready... BUT when you wait while everyone behind you in line that has not paid yet gets the food your waiting on first before you. I think this is not right. Also the serving area was being dripped on from a BAD AC leak there were buckets everywhere. When I confronted the cashier about my food she didn't say anything. I'm usually a fan of Panda. I went to this location about 30 minutes prior to close. I was told that what they had left was the only food available. Mind you there were maybe 2 entree choices and the broccoli beef was just broccoli. The choices looked as if they'd been sitting there a while and the employee looked surprised when I asked if they could make anything else. A very disappointing experience and I went elsewhere for dinner. If you're going to treat customers like that and not have any food available- you may as well just close early. read more

I don't recommend eating there so often unless you really really REALLY love Chinese food. We went there for one time every 3 months and we just got sick of the flavor. The food is delicious and the staff is very friendly. I've been coming here for so long and I noticed the recent change in staff and manager they are a faster team. Love to eat here even more especially there string bean chicken ! I noticed that a lot of customers try to get there way around here but ever since the new staff came along they are very firm and they know how to handle difficult customers. Threw the food in the bag in an unorganized fashion and there were boxes not closed as well as bag not tied. And the silverware had no plastic covering. And they were out of crab rangoons. We went in almost and hour before close and there wasn't any food. They were even out of both kinds of rice. They refused to make any more food saying they weren't allowed to. The short female Hispanic manager that was there has short changed us on portions on other occasions. I can understand not making anything close to closing, but an hour before is ridiculous. The drive through is poorly run as well. They sometimes park cars in the drive through to block it from use. They told me one day that they didn't have enough workers to run it. Whenever I visited Panda Express my experience was always positive. On 2/8/18 I had the worst experience I've ever had with a manager name Daniel. He was so rude and ignorant it was unbelievable! After waiting in the parking lot at their request I received my food after some time. I love 10 mins away. When I sat down to eat my food it was like warm! I called to complain and Daniel over talked me and wouldn't let me get a word in edgewise! He told me if I wanted my food hot I should have come in. He also responded "Do whatever you want ma'am!" When I said I was going to contact corporate. He made me so angry I went back to the store to confront him. He denied it was him and because I challenged his rudeness he said he was going to call the cops on me! I have never been so insulted in my life! I returned my uneaten food for a refund.
