This is not a reflection on the staff itself, nor necessarily the pizzas, rather the failed leadership running this store. Erin Williams, GENERAL MANAGER, berated the cook with the glasses over the quality of their cooking. The pizzas seemed fine to me and none of my friends had complaints on their pies but the GM absolutely lost her mind on this employee. Being completely unconstructive about it. It was so bad I felt uncomfortable and left before I even finished my meal. I have worked in the service industry for 8+ years, managed at Topgolf and Country Clubs, and was absolutely appalled at the behavior displayed by "leadership." When my friend and I are looking for a cheap place to eat, we choose MOD. MOD is like the subway of pizzas. You choose what size pizza you want, then choose your toppings (as many as you want), then Pat and once it's cooked in the huge brick pizza oven, you either eat it there, or take it to go. My favorite thing about MOD is the price. It doesn't matter if you have only cheese on your pizza, or half of the topping options, the price is the same. The mini is a little less than $5 (before tax) and the MOD is a little less than $8 (before tax). I'm not sure how much the mega is, but it's not much more than the MOD. I love the amount of options you get with the toppings. They have everything from a multi cheese variety to veggies like roasted corn, roasted cauliflower, and artichokes. There is a variety of cheeses, meats, veggies, and sauces. The ONLY thing that makes me sad is that they no longer have sun dried tomatoes. Hopefully they get them back.
